My wife and I recently purchased a new 2019 4Runner TRD Pro from Austin at Groove Toyota. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years, and this was without question the smoothest car buying experience I have had so far. Austin was easy to work with, helped us to decide what we needed, and gave us plenty of information and we walked through the final parts of the process. He ensured that we got what we needed, and even took the time to ensure that the car was cleaned, prepped and ready for us as soon as we came out of the door from signing the final paperwork. At no point during the process did it seem like he was trying to sell me a car. He was just helping me get what I needed. Extremely friendly, no pressure, and we were out of there in just a couple of hours. Will definitely recommend him to my friends looking to buy a 4Runner or Tacoma in the area. Extremely happy with my Truck, but not the after care of Groove as a dealer, my warranties and other coverages were some of the worst I have ever dealt with. The service dept attempted to turn me away due to not having an appointment, after calling to ensure a drop off oil change is fine. Loads of small continued customer issues I hope they solve for the future.
I came in last Saturday and looked at a 2016 Chevy Impala. I worked with Eric L. And he was not pushy at all. He made the experience very easy, and went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. He was patient and never seemed to get tired of helping me even though I was there 5 or so hours. I then met Lucas who helped me with financing and finding the best rate for me. They got me into s beautiful car. I thought they would try convincing me to get another car or a Toyota specifically because it was mainly Toyota s but they saw that I loved that car and did everything to help! I found Groove Toyota after needing an oil change and Mountain States being booked for months out. Groove got me in and out and doesn t ever find issues that they could charge extra for. They came today to pick my car up from my house bc of covid and were on time and made it super easy. I often will go there and expect them to come up with major car issues and am always surprised when everything is fine. As a woman we all know the deal when you take your car in. All of a sudden the engine fell out and the transmission fluid needs replaced. As an experienced car maintenance person I have had to make car mechanics show me the issue. One time a mechanic showed me my transmission fluid after telling me it needed to be replaced and when I asked him again he said it was actually fine. This never happens at Groove toyota. They don t treat women like they are fools. I also am never at the auto shop longer than an hour or so for an oil change. So timely and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place.
Delmar was great. Pleasurable gentleman with no high pressure sales tactics. He works hard for your business and will fight to get you the best deal. Kept his word with getting some things done after the fact and was easy to get in touch with. (Even after the deal was done!!) I highly recommend Groove and especially Delmar!

On June 23, 2020, I purchased a 2020 Toyota, 4 Runner, Limited Edition using the USAA CAR BUYING SERVICE. The buying service suggested the average savings using the service was $4000 off the MSRP/Retail price. Groove Toyota sold the above vehicle to me at very near the $4000 discount. Larry Lewis was the Groove Toyota Sales Associate who assisted me with the purchase and his service was exceptional with the sale, explanation of the special features of Toyota 4 Runner, Limited Edition, and assisting me to drive the vehicle home after the purchase. I certainly would consider purchasing another vehicle from Groove Toyota using the USAA CAR BUYING SERVICE.
First time buying a Toyota and Karen Anderson was a fantastic person to work with. She made every step of the process seamless. Everything was organized and I never felt stressed about buying a car. When I first arrived with my partner, there was no one to greet us and it took a minute or two for any one to even come out and find our needs. As we spoke to the sales rep about our needs and wants, he didn't seem to be paying much attention and more just wanted to get us into a car. After giving us a car to look at (simply look at, not drive though) he then went to run our credit and do an appraisal of our current car (a car that is less than two months old) and then disappeared without any more help to us. After looking at the only car he recommended and then walking their lot, he sat us down to talk about the numbers he came back with. He barely told us anything other than the numbers and how much they felt our car was worth (which was almost 10000 less than we felt it was worth), he basically said that we could take it or leave it and didn't seem at all concerned with how we felt and even less concerned that we just left. After our last car buying experience where the sales rep did literally everything in his power to not just get us approved, but to get us approved at the lowest rate he could possibly find, I found it insulting how little the rep at groove toyota did to even get us a rough estimate of the best numbers possible, and then tried to pass it off as "it's better to expect higher than what you actually will get, than to shoot too low and then have higher payments" While this is true, it doesn't apply when the numbers he comes back with are completely out of the range you had previously discussed. This is the second bad experience that my partner has had with groove toyota and I personally don't want to repeat the experience for myself. Both of us feel that we are slowly losing faith in a brand we've loved for years because of this dealership and I'm not so concerned with not buying toyota from here on out.

Zach Vose is such an amazing salesman!!! I recently purchased my first vehicle from Groove and he was the perfect guy for me. He did not pressure me and explained everything in simple and straight forward terms. He was very honest answering my questions and didn't mind that I took a few extra days after the test drive to fully consider this major commitment. He even checked in with me a few days after my purchase to make sure everything was still great! I can't say the same for the finance guy (Richard?). He was somewhat rude and condescending toward me. As I stated this was my very first car purchase and he pitched me an extra 5 year warranty package that would have added a lot more expense and time to my loan than I had anticipated. I called my sister to ask her opinion about it (she's 10 years older than me and has purchased multiple vehicles, house, boat, etc). When I declined to purchase the extra warranty, he said, "I hope your sister is going to foot the bill when something happens to your car" in a very condescending manner and proceeded to act angry and disappointed during the final portion of the paperwork. He even made repeated comments about it when I was signing other paperwork for the vehicle not pertaining to the warranty. I understand it is his job to sell these extra add-ons but I didn't appreciate how I was treated as an unintelligent and inferior person for not wanting the extra warranty. Regardless of this, I loved Zach so much I still give Groove 5-stars!!!

Very disappointed in this dealership. I test drove a car on 12/15 and planned on purchasing it. Made an appointment with a salesman to come back the following day to purchase the vehicle. I then show up for the appointment and am informed the car I was planning on purchasing (which I came for a specific vehicle they had in stock) was already sold that day. There was no attempt to reach out to me via email informing me the car was sold. So I basically wasted my time driving 30 minutes to the dealership to be told the car I wanted was gone. Very dissapointed in the lack of communication and how this was handled. Everybody was kind and polite, however this is just bad business. I don t plan on doing business with them, and would recommend that you avoid them at all costs, unless you like having your time wasted.

I had a great first car buying experience at Groove Toyota in Englewood. Cristo Perales was the sales representative that took care of me from start to finish. When I first stopped by Groove, Cristo understood what type of vehicle I was looking for and in no way pressured me into buying a different vehicle. The Sales Manager, Ben was a great help in holding the vehicle an additional week, and offered me a great trade in value that I couldn't say no to. When I first saw this car I was a little hesitant because it was filthy. They normally don't show cars prior to detailing them, but after insisting, Ben & Cristo made an exception. There were multiple coffee stains, funky odors, and miscellaneous interior/exterior damages, but it ran like a dream. Karl was the employee that took charge in making this show room ready, and I couldn't be more impressed on how it turned out. THANKS KARL!! When it came to holding the vehicle & financing options, Sergio was on top of everything. I was in a time crunch, and he was able to get me in and out in a time sensitive manner.
Due to Cristo's thorough follow up and great salesmanship, I was glad to give my business to GT. All in all, this Groove location has a phenomenal staff that provides a welcoming atmosphere and goes out of their way to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I have never been to a more disrespectful dealership. We made an apt to come look at a car and the salesman (Jason) said he had everything ready for us. We drive 30 mins to get there and find out he had left and after 20 mins of searching, they couldn t find the keys. After they had the keys made, we arranged that we would come buy the car. On our way to the lot, we got a message that the car had been sold! That is terrible customer service, dishonesty and disrespect! I would highly recommend going elsewhere!

I found a car I wanted to look at on my USAA car buying app that was located at Groove Toyota. I scheduled a test drive for that night. My sales guy was very hard to talk to and during our test drive he kept yawning. He seemed very uninterested in selling me the car. I left that evening leaving him with a couple questions to get back to me with. The next morning by 10:30-11:00 I hadn t heard from him. I texted him and he said let me find out. I had a few more questions throughout the day, but on some he never answered. Nonetheless I liked the car and went back to show my family. I spoke with Brooks about my concerns with my sales person, this after I sent an email to Brooks with no reply. He jotted down my concerns and seemed to care. Test drove the car again and ended up buying it. That part was pretty painless.
However the next day I was looking at the Groove Toyota website the car I purchased was still listed in their site and the price had been reduced that day. How disappointing to see this the day after I signed the papers. I emailed several people about the price drop. I got a call from the internet sales manager and he apologized. He understood my disappointment.
Groove Toyota ismaking it right with me. It was an automatic price drop, but they understood where I was coming from and wanted to make sure I was happy with my experience. I appreciate them making it right. I would recommend this dealership.

As a Service Advisor at another dealership it is hard to bring my car somewhere else, however I bought an extended warranty that has to go back to a Toyota dealership. I bought my 4Runner at Groove and it was the first car I had looked at. I live minutes away from Stevinson West and they couldn t get me in for a week for multiple times I ve tried to get in. I got right into groove. Stevinson tried to charge me $150 diagnostic when my warranty covered the exact same repair just opposite side at Groove. My loyalty will stand with Groove because they always take great care of me and appreciate that I know the business. Adam Pearson was awesome during my last visit. He got my 4Runner fixed up conviently and effortlessly. I will make the 45 minute drive from here on out because it s worth it!!

I have been servicing my 2015 Tundra at this dealership since purchase. I have had positive experiences until my most recent visit. I scheduled a 60K mile service ($495.00). I also had purchased a 3 year extended bumper to bumper warranty ($3,900) when I bought the vehicle out at end of lease about 6 months ago. When I dropped it off I asked that they look at two issues. #1 - low tire pressure indicator and #2 a loose inner weather strip on the driver side door. (I've had numerous issues with mouldings and weather strips on this truck since new). The service adviser, Scott, let me know that neither of these were covered under the warranty, They wanted $190 to replace the weather strip. I fixed it myself with by purchasing a $2.00 push in retainer rivet. They wanted another $195 to break down the rear tires and inspect the low pressure sensors and they may or may not be under warranty and potentially another $95 per sensor. I went to a tire shop, they read the codes, reset the sensors a viola...fixed! Very disappointed in there attempts to extort.
A superb experience at Groove Toyota. Michelle Smith was simply outstanding in all regards. She was knowledgeable, patient, experienced, and professional - to name just a few wonderful qualities in a salesperson and human being. She, along with the manager Joe, had to find the right vehicle (a Jade Green Highlander with a factory hitch) and they exceeded my every wish in finding one and making it available. Sold! Having been in sales before, the great thing about Michelle is that she closed the deal without any issues - we were a team in finding the right vehicle and she wasn't going to be happy unless I was. It was genuine, and sincere. Speaking of which, everyone I met at Groove had the same attitude of service, from Michelle, to the managers, to Sergio in finance, all just embodying the 'easy' part of this car-purchase experience. I was just quoted a price $10k over MSRP b/c the vehicle is in high demand. Yes, that's the nature of supply and demand. But that's also price gouging and is not indicative of the kind of business I wish to patronize.
Showed up for my appointment (that I made two weeks prior) for a supposed 1 hour safety recall fix, they told me they didn't have me in the system, and the recall will actually take 3 hours. As if a recall isn't enough of an inconvenience.
Confirm your appointments ahead of time to make sure the incompetence of the people here wastes as little of your time as possible.
Wasted 2 hours of my time to drive there during rush hour, called to confirm 15 minutes prior to the "appointment" the made with me to look at a car they'd already sold. When I got there, the person I was supposed to see never came, and the person who did show up knew nothing of the car I had arranged to see.
My husband and I just bought a car today from Groove Toyota and we had nothing but the best experience. Mason was a absolute pleasure to work with and he really catered to our wants and needs. I just want to say how happy I was with Larry Lewis, we test drove a lot of cars that day and Larry was a big part of my decision to return to Groove Toyota. He did not pressure us at all and he was extremely patient with us. I would rate his service 10/10 and I even told him he was the reason we returned to give him our business. I even went as far as giving my brother in-law his business car, he is a big Honda fan but I think I've changed his mind and referred him to Larry when they choice to buy.

Over all, I had great experience in Groove Toyota. I just bought a Toyota Highlander from Them. I make a offer to all four Toyota dealership, and got a best offer back from Groove. My sale person name is Ali Rafiee, we e-mail each other for few time about the price, than I decide to call him during the final push. We agree on the price over the phone even before I even walk into the dealership. I love that, because it took my father and me four and half hour to buy a new Lexus RX350 from Stevenson Lexus three year old. It could be our fault when it took so long, since I didn't e-mail or call anyone before we walk into the dealership three year ago, but let's comeback to Groove. I put down a deposit of 1k for the first night there, and did a quick test drive into the lot since the car just come off the train that day, and everything was still wrap up, and no electric was working, because Ali said they still need to turn on everything tomorrow. The car only had 1 mile on it after I test drive it in the parking lot. So I spend about forty minutes there the first night, then setup a appointment the next day to buy the car. I don't know if Ali didn't give me back my driver license or I forgot over there, but I didn't realized I didn't have my license until next day when I am at Chase to open a Chase bank account since they said they will give me more interest rate discount if I open a Chase checking account and use the account to do a auto payment. I got good rate from Chase since I had over 800 in my credit score. So, when I walk in the car dealership the second time, I was ready to purchase the car. I talk to this finance manger name Lee Cook, and I believe he is good at what he do, and he thought I was going to pay cash for the car, but I explain to him that I got pre-approved by Chase, and Chase need my purchase agreement fax to them, than Chase will finalized the loan, and setup the closing at one of Chase local breach. I told Lee that Chase give me a 1.94% interest since I will get discount from open the checking account and the auto payment from that Chase account. Lee told me that they more likely can also match Chase rate at 2.44% since that was the rate before chase applied these discount on my auto loan. Lee also said they had direct connection with Chase auto loan and the few other bank and credit union, which I do believe him on that, but still want to get 1.94% from my per-approved Chase loan, so I spend next 15 minute on a call with Chase to confirm I will still get my rate and they will for sure cut me a check at closing tomorrow for my loan, so I can bring the money to the dealership. Lee said he can still get me the 2.44% rate and Chase might send me a letter later to reduce my rate to 1.94%, so he can save me a trip and time with Chase. I don't know if that's true or not, so I didn't do that way. I ask Lee to give a try to submit the loan on his side and using the dealership connection, if he can get me the 1.99% rate, than I will just use him. he finally try that, and Chase approve it on the spot, I think Lee said Lee didn't try that low rate first is because he didn't know Chase will approve it or not, but Chase did approve it, and I want to thanks Lee since he did save me lots time, since I don't have to do the closing and bring the Check back to the dealership. I think I didn't true Lee at beginning since I know the auto financing office is where they make lots of money from. Overall, I spend two and half hour between the two day at the dealership, and bought the car. I think dealership made little bit of money from me since I really got good price on the car, and didn't buy anything from the auto financing office. Thank you Lee and Ali

I had a poor experience buying a used car from them. The car needed to be serviced, detailed, and they brakes were bad. The salesperson was Dave Galibrith. Totally slezzy, but it was the car I wanted. Did not do what they promised and what was written into the contract.
I went into purchase a vehicle in august made up my mind and had a good sales person who was new but sold me on the vehicle I wanted I came in and he happen to be off unfortunately I had to work with his partner which was a very rude clown and ultimately it made me think of I m spending the money on a new car takeaway can I get some respect and after a argument in their lobby I left that day and bought a new F-150
The service wait was 2 hours, but, that is what they quoted when I checked in. I would like to suggest, when appointments are made, can they make the service appointment quicker?
I have ALL my vehicles serviced by Groove Toyota. Kent and Edward are by far the most competent and caring team a person can have. They are always doing what is best for the customer. Edward is an exceptional master technician. Glad I have benefited from such a good relationship for so many years.

Had an excellent experience buying a new Toyota Prius Prime. Our salesman Paul Lips was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Toyota products and did his best to make it possible to drive it home the same day. He went above and beyond what was expected to get us a good trade-in deal. Couldn't be happier with our purchase. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from this dealership.
We had a great experience here. Josh Mooney was our awesome sales rep that got us through every obstacle to get our Rav 4. Poor guy had to deal with us 2 days in a row. But he didn't mind showing us any all all Rav 4s he had on lot. We test drove 2 of them and looked at all the colors. Very patient and laid back, not pushy at all. Knows and loves his Toyotas.
Then Josh Barreiro in finance walked us through even more obstacles LOL . We didn't come in with an ideal car buying situation at all. It was more of an emergency situation due to my car breaking down. But both of these gentlemen did an amazing job to get us the vehicle we wanted at the monthly price we wanted to pay. They didn't mind answering all of our questions, and changing our finance deal at our request like 15 times. (We wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, then changed our minds and wanted something else etc.. we were a mess, and they took care of us)
I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone shopping for a car. They have a HUGE selection, great employees, and very efficient system to get you in the car you want (once you decide what you want LOL). I am SO happy with the new 2018 RAV 4 Adventure!
These folks are courteous, prompt and very polite. Service is easy to schedule and access is simple. The waiting area has plenty of comfy chairs and there is a small kitchen with complimentary coffee and cold water. Every time I've gone for service was pleasantly consistent. Highly recommend.
