The appointment process was smooth. However, the sales staff were extremely pushy and dishonest. Gave us the "Let me go to my desk and check" at least 5 times during our time there and expected me to believe the MSRP was the set price and there's very little room for negotiation. I felt being put on the spot and forced to make the decision then and there - the whole process was very unpleasant.
