I can't express how amazing my experience with Groove Toyota was. I am a first time car buyer and felt like the staff at Groove exceeded my expectations, the staff had the ability to come down to my level and explain the car buying processing and answer ALL my questions. I took my time in the process and felt respect and support through out the whole process. They worked with my budget and suggested upgrades and packages but were very understanding with my wants and needs. I dropped by Groove just to see if they had any 2014 White Prius III with solar in stock. To my dismay, they didn't and all their cars had just been pummeled by golf ball sized hail. Delmar greeted me courteously and stated that he would give me a steal of a deal due to the damage that occurred. I warned him ahead of time that I just had a horrible experience at Stevinson East Toyota and that if he treated me the same way then I would walk out also. Delmar assured me that this wouldn't happen. To my surprise, he listened and resolved all of my requests and gave me a great deal on a vehicle. All the hail damage on the vehicle was repaired to factory spec so if I hadn't seen the damage before I would never have thought that it had been damaged. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Delmar, he took care of me even after he sold me the vehicle and not even the sales person that sold me my Lexus did this.

I had the most unhelpful sales person who just couldn t seem to locate the vehicles and simply sent us on our way. No effort, no personality, no help.

I initially rated my experience with Groove Toyota as 5 star excellent - and it was. However, when I drove off the lot I realized I didn't have a manual. I called right away in case I could go back and get it. No, one would be ordered and sent to me. It arrived 7 weeks later after multiple phone calls, assurances and excuses. The service is on the front end, after you leave so does it :(

We make it easy is not just a catch phrase at Groove Toyota its the truth. I have purchased several vehicles around the US and have experienced customer service that has run the gamut from extremely poor to excellent . My experience at Groove was hands down the best! Miguel was honest, straight forward, and an advocate for my needs from the start. He actually took the time to listen and did not push or prod to sell more than I wanted. Miguel was phenomenal and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. If you are going to Grove ask for Miguel you wont be disappointed and you will actually leave with a smile on your face. I am happy to say and pleasantly surprised customer service in the auto industry does exist, at Groove you are a valued person not a commodity to exploit for every dollar and cent you are worth. First and foremost let me say that my experience was delightfully professional. I worked with Dominic as my sales agent, and Josh as my finance team member! Let me say that i found the vehicle of purchase on the Groove website. I contacted Groove and spoke with Dominic. I layed everything out over the phone about money down, my trade in and other details. Dominic was very responsive and prepared everything in advance for the purchase of the vehicle. That way two days out from my appiontment when i showed up to Groove my purchase process went so smooth! Now for the finance part. Josh was amazing! That gentlemen is all high speed and low drag. If you have any request ask for the young bloods of this company and have the Josh and Dominic experience! Josh really sealed the deal on this positive review. Usually by the time you get to paperwork your ready to be done. Josh some how makes this part of the car buying process the best part. I am shocked by the lack of customer service at this location.
I took my car in to have a flat tire fixed. I wasn't able to fix the flat myself because this dealership originally ordered the wrong wheel key for my wheel lock.
When I was called by Dennis, the service representative, he told me my car was ready to be picked up. To my surprise, the nail that made my tire flat was still in the tire and continuing to leak.
When I called him to ask how this was missed or just any explanation really as to why he told me the car was ready yet the repair had not been done, he effortlessly blamed it on the neighboring Nissan dealership who they sent it to to have the wheel locks removed.
Dennis gave me no options and refused to offer any solution or explanation other than it must have been Nissan's fault.
A simple "I apologize" or any kind of ownership to this mistake would have been greatly appreciated. I can no longer trust this delaeship and will warn all of my friends and family to steer clear of this service center specifically.

We enjoy working with the parts department at Groove. Mike is very helpful and makes sure our orders are handled correctly and quickly. The entire staff is willing to assist anyone at any time which we appreciate and shipment is fast. Groove Toyota parts department rocks!

I went to Groove Toyota after a few other dealerships like AutoNation and worked with Byron.

What I liked about my experience is Byron and the Sales Managers did not play the same car dealership games that you'll typically find at places like AutoNation; where they jerk you around and hold your keys ransom.

My time is important to me and it was respected at Groove. Not to mention, they ACTUALLY have good deals on their vehicles there.

I will absolutely be referring people to Groove and more specifically, to Byron for the great experience.

From the moment I first spoke to my sales agent, Macy Marsh, till I pulled away with my new vehicle I was taken care of. He answered all of my questions, was upfront with all information, NEVER was misleading and just a great person to work with. I purchased a RAM truck from them and even though it was not a Toyota everyone was very happy and helpful for me. The whole staff at Groove was excellent from the car trade in, financing with Richard, and anyone else I ran into there. Everyone was personable, pleasant, any happy that I was there to purchase a vehicle. Thanks again to everyone there, especially Macy, with helping me get the truck that I wanted. This was the easiest and best vehicle purchasing experience I have been through. I drove over 220 miles to get there and it was worth every mile.

Receptionist was very rude. Sales staff were confused and not on the same page. We called before coming to confirm the vehicle was available to test drive. After it was confirmed, we drove across town to get there only to find that the vehicle was not there and the person on the phone lied. No one had any clue who answered the phones there, the receptionist informed us there was a "system" that we were apparently not following. We'll be going somewhere else. All of the worst parts of a dealer experience.

Started search a few weeks ago. Had purchased a Sienna from them in 2005, so was confident I would be treated well. After being greeted by a friendly face as I entered the door, I was introduced to Byron Fludd. Byron was AWESOME!! I spent 2 different days on the lot doing research and a test drive, and on each visit he did everything to ensure I was comfortable with my process and that all my questions were answered. I went back this weekend to look at the Tundra that had the exact colors and packages I was looking for that had just come on the lot. We checked it out and I knew this was the car I wanted. We went inside and Byron said he would get me a GREAT deal, which he did. I was sold. The rest of the process went smoothly and I left Groove with a new 2019 Tundra feeling completely satisfied. I would recommend that anyone looking for a Toyota go to Groove on Broadway and meet the people there, you will not be disappointed and will probably leave with the car of your dreams.

I had a great experience with Delmar buying my first car and he was very helpful with providing a lot of selections. Also he was very polite and flexible with me. I would highly recommend going to this location just to see Delmar and hearing his expertise.

Usually they are 5 stars, maybe today was just an off day. I brought my truck in at 10AM for a recall and got a lyft home, then got a call the recall didn t apply to my truck. I asked them to just do an oil change and tire rotation instead and they said sounds good. 5:00 comes around and I haven t heard from anyone so I called them and got transferred about 6 times before I could talk to someone who knew where my truck was. Turns out they never did anything and it was just sitting there for 7 hours. The icing on the cake was when I went to go pick up the truck and they had no clue where my keys were, and wasted another 20 minutes of my time searching for them. A number of people in the service department were either pulling their masks off or not wearing them over there nose. Guess I ll find another dealer which sucks cause I thought I finally found a good one.

I seriously can t say enough good stuff about this place. The staff are unbelievably nice and helpful. Their coffee machine is also bomb.com, so that s good. Toyota in general is an amazing make. You cannot go wrong. Everyone I know who s had a RAV4 has said they last well above 250,000 miles. Mines sitting at 13 years old and 200,000 and it s in amazing shape. I love you, Toyota.

Terrible experience-first off they genuinely take advantage of those of us who don t know much about mark ups/trades etc. low balled me on my trade that was only 1 year old, lied to me about so many things including inventory, cost, tried to convince me to buy a 4Runner that was from 2014, but why? I wanted a new car, had the intention of getting one. Tried to talk me into this bs service extra 2000 for 5 years of oil changes. Also finance through your bank-they make more off loans. Worst dealership experience-felt very swindled. Go to mountain state Toyota instead many friends had a better experience.

I bought my first car at Groove Toyota, and it was a smooth experience and I got the car I wanted. Everyone was very courteous and profesisional. Special shoutout to Dan for helping test drive a stick since I was learning at the time, and also to Jose who was able to help me finance the car even tho it was my first time financing a vechile. You guys rock! I will be coming back to you for my next car purchase.

Just leased a 2017 TRD Tacoma and it's really hot! This is our 2nd purchase thru Groove Toyota and we wouldn't go anywhere else. This Dealership is super when it comes to service and fast. Other Dealers in area have not owned up to what they advertise. There are so many good things to say about this place but let me bring 4 people to seek out should your need arise for a Vehicle. First - Joe Steiner who is part of the Sales Team but is always there to help no matter your need. Mark Jacobsma who was my current Salesman and out did himself for us. From meeting our needs on a Cold and Snowy Day to even transferring our belongings from old Tacoma to new one. A super nice Man. Brendan Carlson who is the Manager took time to introduce himself and ask if all our needs were met and if he could help in anyway. Last but not least our Financial Man Mr. Mark Lindell who is a real pleasure to work with due to his expertise in the Lease or Purchase of a Vehicle and what savings he can offer you. Very Fast and in and out within 30 minutes tops. If you need a great Team of Fast Honest and Friendly Men and Women at a Dealership this is the one for you. I know we will never venture to another.

I went in for an oil change and they got me in and out within 45 minutes. The staff were polite and went over anything I needed to get updated with on my vehicle.

Started out great. The vehicle needed some body work and detailed so I was told it would be ready in a week. I tried to get an update and ETA through the week from my sales associate, but never got a respone email or call.

When a week came I had to call the associate to confirm if the car would be ready and was told it would be ready.

.....then after I cancelled my insurance on my trade and the time drew near to come and pickup the new car I got a call from the associate that the car wouldn't be ready.

I was told that they won't give me a loaner so my options were to drive my trade without insurance and hope nothing happens or pickup the car without it being cleaned and come back and sit around for hours while it's being cleaned.

.....once I signed the paperwork I feel I wasn't a priority anymore.

If you are looking for a Toyota, do yourself a favor and go to Groove Toyota in Englewood and ask for Zach Vose. The amount of time he spent answering my questions and walking me through every aspect of my car purchase was unlike anything I have ever experienced. I have purchased more than 12 new cars in my life and this experience with Zach was the only time I have ever had fun. He responded to literally hundreds of texts and emails from me, because I had so many questions about 4Runners and all of the options I had for accessories. Zach and I determined that a white 2017 4Runner Offroad Premium was the 4Runner for me. After locating one and having it brought to Groove, Zach spent 2 hours with me in the parking lot while I played with the new car features and took before photos of the vehicle. I wanted a LOT of after factory work done to the vehicle, so before pics were important to me. Zach supported me during the entire process and he felt more like a friend than a salesman. His knowledge of Toyota vehicles, particularly 4Runners, is absolutely amazing! Groove really hit a home run when they hired him. He never once made me feel pressured to buy even though I waited approximately 10 days from the day he and I started speaking until the day I decided to purchase from Groove with Zach. It was the best decision I could have made. After the day my car was delivered and the before pictures had been taken, Zach took my new 4Runner to RSG Offroad, where for the the next week they took my 4Runner and turned it into a MONSTER. The day I came to pick it up from Groove, Zach had had the 4Runner detailed and it was sitting in the showroom garage and I literally cried when I saw it. It was the most beautiful 4Runner I had ever seen. I told Zach it was better than I ever imagined. I will never purchase another new car from anyone other than Zach. It was truly an experience I can't tell enough people about. Zach was absolutely amazing and I still can't believe how fun the process was with him. If I could rate my experience 20 stars or even 100, I would. Even after I collected my fully finished vehicle, I came up with questions about things and texted Zach and he responds every single time. I know I can count on him to be there and to have that feeling with someone after the ink has dried on signing the paperwork to purchase a new car is priceless. Thank you Zach Vose, for making my 2017 4Runner purchase, the best car buying experience I have ever had. You are 1 in a billion.

I had a very bad experience in groove Toyota I stepped in to look for RAV4 but the way rep Ali behaved like I am not going to buy , first of all he never asked us to sit (basic ) second he did not show me the price details ,when we asked for it , he replied us to check online and when I asked for a test drive he was not interested to arrange for it. worst rep I had come across sorry to say this ,

Took my truck in for service today. They got me right in and took care of all scheduled service needed. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I have been here twice. The first time, Macy helped us lease a car without credit and very little down. The second time, Byron got us into exactly what we wanted. We were given a fair price both times, and will return in the future for another car.

I had to wait (1) week for my white 2016 4Runner but Delmar kept me updated almost everyday as to when the car would arrive. Not the best experience

I thought the selection was good and sales person was ok not great, Groove did make me wait quite awhile for finance. I was looking for Josh my sales guy and could not find him, one of the other salesmen went into finance to find out if they were ready and they said yes we have been waiting.

Not sure why they made me wait so long, once we got into Finance they had all my paper work
sitting there waiting for me to come in.

The sales person Josh told me I had to put all perfects on the survey and turn it in right away, sure wish I would have filled out the survey a month later, as he has not been much help since we bought the car.

My wife and I purchased a 2020 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium on March 6th. I was searching for a 4Runner through TrueCar when Stefan Hachey contacted me. In our phone call, Stefan was very knowledgeable in helping me find the best 4runner for my wife and I and we set up a test drive. On meeting with us, Stefan was very personable and down to earth; he also didn't pressure us in any way to buy a vehicle on our first day. However, we ended up coming in a week later and had another quality test driving experience with Stefan and bought a 4runner that night! Stefan was a complete professional while guiding us through the test driving and car buying experience at Groove.
Our finance manager Sam Lyons, was also easy to work with and professional. However, Sam sold us on window tinting for $459 during our discussion of the purchase agreement. We came in on March 18th to have the tinting done but Groove said they couldn't do the tinting because all of the back windows would become illegal in Colorado. This was frustrating because Sam had sold us on this and it was written into our auto loan. Groove did offer to tint the front two windows for $334 vs the $459 for seven windows but this didn't seem like a fair price so we're waiting on a full refund for the window tinting. Overall, we're satisfied with our purchase from Groove and would purchase a vehicle there again.

Staff are friendly but over all service is horrible, I got a car from them a year ago and through out the year they have been super unorganized, didn't let me know about many things, they still haven't sent certain paperwork to places and every time I call they are rude and say that they know all and that they have done certain things and then I received calls after from them apologizing even from the manger of the whole building called to apaologize because even he messed up big and say they were wrong and say they will fix or do thing and still haven't done anything! Never again will I buy a car from here, I have gone to so many dealers around Colorado and this is the worst one I have ever gone to in my life! Just to say I'm a friendly, patient, and understanding person but they have reached my limit!

Zach Vose at Groove Toyota was incredibly helpful and great to work with on the purchase of our new 2017 Highlander! From the time and effort he spent prior to us even entering the dealership to taking our picture and showing us the ropes before we drove away, he was professional, honest, up front and understanding of our wants and needs. Bought a used car from them and it was overall a truly enjoyable experience! Delmar was very patient with me, as I was looking at several different vehicles. He then proceeded to help me land a deal I was comfortable with, ultimately allowing me to walk away with my dream car!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I am a senior citizen and have bought many cars. Macy and Delmar were totally awesome and were able to work within my budget. Everyone working there was polite and engaging. Super place!

We recently worked with Youcef Smail & Larry Lewis and purchased a new 2021 Highlander. They made the process very easy and showed us what we asked for, and a few others that made us think outside the box. Their financing department qualified us for a super low APR, making the car even more affordable. They also took my Subaru trade in and gave me a fair enough price that it didn't make sense to sell in on our own. All in all a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Oh and FYI, I purchased my last vehicle from Groove Subaru next door and have done all my service there for 10+ years!

I just had, hands down, the best buying experience! In the past 15 years I've purchased ten cars from seven different dealers and Lucas Huchinson was/is, hands down, the most professional, ethical and professional sales member I've ever encountered. We take our truck to this location for service/maintenance, including oil changes. Their newly completed repair facility is great for clients waiting! It has snacks (key!), free wi-fi, tables and couches.

The customer service with the servicing team is also great - they walk through everything with you and are polite, courteous and efficient.

Wow me next time. Service dept customer service not on point for first visit. 1 other customer talking to service tech and 3 other techs just walking around talking about the holidays and not 1 person said hi be with you in a minute or acknowledge me standing there. Also got a poor attitude from one of the car hops he clearly didn't wanna be bothered with question of who to talk to the proceeded to distract another service tech with un wirk related jabber. Gave up had to walk out angry. Will try next time. Biggest thing at least acknowledge someone.
