I emailed the e-sales rep Zack. He was able to beat the prices and trade in value I had been quoted from the other Toyota dealers around town in less then 15 minutes. I went in to look at the truck and drove away with the new truck in less then 1.5 hours. Fast, efficient, easy to deal with, no BS. Very pleased!

You need to update or teach them how to take care first toyota buyers. some employees like Dennis, they have a problem . I have purchased 2016 toyota camry , last weeks, the car is fine but the car has still has easy problems. I tried to go and ask them , they are not interested to fix the problem. I have seen their problem like a couple of times with in a week. Changing the days , extending the days I was really upset yesterday. I went their for service , the car still has a kind of beeps horn when the key inserted. Also I have driven 35 min to get there.

Recently after Toyota care expired I began changing my own oil. I noticed one of the bolts was missing to remove the skid plate. New car and i had only ever taken it to Groove. I contacted them and right away they not only offered to get me a replacement bolt but to have someone drive out to my office or home to install it (just send it in the mail, thanks). That though is above and beyond. Suitably impressed.

When we were "shopping" for a new car, I emailed Groove Toyota and Rob Wright was the person who responded. Having been to other car dealerships where the salespersons were less than satisfactory, we were extremely pleased to work with Rob. He listened to what we said. He wash't pushy. And, although knowledgeable, wasn't afraid to admit he didn't know everything about the car(s) in question. We had those answers in a brief time. Better that than giving misinformation!

Having purchased 3 vehicles from Groove Toyota , we were Very Pleased from sales to the warranty. Our most recent purchase was the Toyota Tacoma, salesman Zach was knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select the right financing for our budget.
Kevin was a pleasure to work with during the recent purchase of a 2020 Tacoma. His personal experience driving a Tacoma was valuable as he had a good grasp of the different models and option packages. He was direct when conveying logic for choosing one model or option over another w/o a hard sell. Taking a vehicle out for a test drive that was long enough to get a feel for both city and highway driving was valuable. The lot was packed with Tacoma's to browse so we had a good feel for the different colors and configurations.
When searching for my first new truck I was put in Contact with Abby here at Groove Toyota and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. I've always heard stories of high pressure sales tactics at dealerships but my experience could not have been more pleasant and further from that. Abby was very knowledgable when it comes to the vehicles they have in stock and responded to messages quickly, politely, and is determined to find a way to get you the exact vehicle setup you want. I think good customer service and business practices should be recognized which is why I'm leaving this review. Don t let them sell you on any level of extended warranty. We were sold on the warranty at the time of purchase of our Tacoma. I rejected it 3x but what ended up selling me on it was that they cover essentially everything and in his own word s I ve never seen a bill smaller than $6,000 for parts and labor at the end of the warranty. , we were told a master mechanic would go through everything on our Tacoma at the end of the warranty and luckily they did and found a broken ac pump! Awesome right? Wrong we ended up having to pay for the entire bill minus the belt which is a $40 part. So if you ever find yourselves in our shoes purchasing a certified Toyota and you are dealing with a high pressure salesman on you have to have this $4,000 warranty, it would be foolish if you don t take it. I m here to tell you save your money for if the vehicle ever needs work.

My first trip into the dealership to obtain a brochure the hostess helped me and the one salesman I saw was not interested in talking about the car.
My second contact was about an hour ago I called to try and figure out what softex trimmed and leather trimmed meant. I was sent to sales who told me he had no idea and told me I should talk to a sales representative then hung up. I do not think this group really wants to sell cars.
This is our first experience at Groove Toyota. I have leased a new Toyota every three years for the past nine years and it is very frustrating to work with OTHER Toyota dealers. Groove is absolutely FANTASTIC. We were impressed with the ease of dealing with them, no high pressure sales, we told them what we were looking for, what numbers were in the ballpark and they actually LISTENED to us. We were able to upgrade the Sienna Van to the top of the line AND obtained a payment that was more than reasonable. Dan L. and Kendra helped us with questions, showed us the vehicle, kept us updated during the purchase and made us feel part of the family. The finance (great guy) made sure the numbers were right and the lease information was correct, not an easy task!! Thank you so much! We recommend Groove Toyota without reserve to everyone!!

Great service, acceptable wait time considering the volume of vehicles going through. The service writers let you know what's going on with your vehicle, and I trust that the work is done as it should be. Have never had an issue, and my Toyota is 4 years old.

Worked with Macy when trying to purchase a Toyota Highlander Limited. He gave me a great price, was easy to work with, prompt with communications, and handled all paperwork quickly and efficiently--which was impressive as I was out-of-state and the whole transaction had to be done remotely. Groove Toyota gave me the best price for the vehicle and best price for my trade in compared to Larry Miller and Stevinson, $5,000 less as an out the door price difference. They had a large inventory so were were able to look at several options and didn't have to do anything about getting the vehicle to their store.

Go in or call in and ask for Meredith. I've bought 11 cars in the last 7 years and this was my best purchasing experience. I got quotes from 6 Toyota dealers from Pueblo to Denver and I can say working with Meredith from Groove was the best shopping experience. After fighting back and forth between other dealers in Denver I reached out to Groove out of curiosity to see if there was a better deal out there and they not only beat the my best offer but beat it by a wide margin. I then arranged the deal over the phone including a minimum I would take for my trade. We agreed and I drove up from Pueblo to Denver. When I got there the deal we had negotiated got better. They ended up giving me more for my trade than we had agreed upon and they beat all other offers on the trade even though they were way lower on the new vehicle. Simply put if you're in the market for a new Toyota or any used car go talk to Meredith she will save you a lot of time.

I bought a RAV4 XLE Hybrid from Groove Toyota. Jacob was excellent in walking me through the differences between the XLE and the XLE hybrid. He was patient with me while I decided to take both versions for a test drive. Service was fantastic and Jacob went through the purchasing documents for both versions and helped explain my options. The atmosphere at the dealership was fantastic and I never felt pressured into making any decision.
Aside from the new 2021 4Runner OR-Premium sitting in our garage, the best part of the transaction was working with Kelyn.
Kelyn is one of the hardest working sales-people we've ever dealt with. She was very professional, listened to our "wants" and was able to configure the vehicle that exceeded our expectations. There were some minor challenges with the availability of the upgraded parts, but Kelyn really shined, going above-and-beyond to make it right, and on schedule.
Perhaps the thing that most endeared her to us was that she was able to work with us and another family, simultaneously. She was able to provide excellent customer service to each, tailoring her service approach to meet the needs of both families... in English for us; and in Spanish for the other family. Why is Groove Toyota asking me to pay a $1000 down payment for a car I purchased more than 18 months ago, when I paid cash for the car (i.e., there was NO down payment) and have no documentation from them that I am responsible for their accounting error? I wish someone, other than the collections person that surprised me with this insane request, would contact me to get this resolved. I purchased my last 4 autos from Groove. Guess where I won't be buying my next car from?

Bought a 35,000.00 new vehicle here (6th vehicle we've purchased in three years here). I could forgive the fact they didn't have it ready at noon yesterday as they PROMISED....but when I got there today to pick it up, and the "customer relations" guy wouldn't turn around to acknowledge us even after the sales person asked him to deliver our vehicle...he then got very huffy and kept saying "WHAT vehicle"..."I DON'T KNOW ABOUT HTIS VEHICLE", and other unnecessary statements and acting as if it was a MAJOR inconvenience to leave his desk to help....then he S L O W L Y drags over to the sales department where the sales manager already refused ot get off his butt and help when he had asked him and commented that after buying 6 cars here we find it difficult to accept that not one person knew about the purchase, the $10,000.00 check we wrote them two days before, or where the vehicle was, or even IS to this point...and of course, the sales manager could not be bothered, so we were told they don't know where our van is or what we are talking about.....as if we just dreamed all of this up. We started out nice...but after each and very person there refused to act as if they had any desire to serve their customers, well....let's just say things deteriorated to the point of my having to tell them that we have no intention of taking delivery of any more vehicles from this nasty mess of a company, and further supporting their over promising and under-delivery! When I called and asked for the General Manager - the receptionist told me they have NUMEROUS problems and that this is a daily occurrence, and that I shouldn't expect much in the way of anyone calling me back to help me from her experience....wait, my phone is ringing. Oh, it was our salesboy calling to make our experience here even more special, he called back, (Kyle), and told me "we didn't want your business anyway". It's apparent this company is in DIRE NEED of LEADERSHIP and a THOROUGH cleansing. I can buy any vehicle I want....it just won't be from anyone associated with this mess. I never forget a face or a name that tries to take advantage of me.

I'd been looking for a car online for several weeks and had sent requests to several dealers for information. No other dealers returned my emails, but CJ Adams from Groove called me almost immediately. I was very impressed. Several days later I mapped out the routes to see all the used cars I had researched and made the stop at Groove. CJ was so helpful in detailing all the benefits of the car I had inquired about and the car was so perfect, so clean, and so much more than I had imagined that I stopped my search on the spot! I went to the parts department for a non computerized key replacement. I got in and out really fast. The staff was friendly and keys worked perfectly. Also the price was a lot cheaper than I expected.

Finally I chose not to write my review until i got the paper work from the DMV stating my title work was done and i could get plate. Within 21 days of purchase I have the options to now get my plate! completely headache free

I would not recommend buying a Toyota from here!!! The salesman (Yousef) we dealt with lied to us about the Tacoma models that have the long bed available and told us that the TRD Sport was the only 4 dr model with a 6ft bed. Later to find out that the TRD Off Road also comes in a 4 dr, 6 ft bed model. First time customer that won't be coming back!

Had my oil changed, they bent my front plates in their carwash and I had to go back in to have them straightened out. I bought some additional items in their waiting area and the guy was looking through one of the items to make sure I had not concealed anything. Being treated like a thief when you are spending almost $200 there for maintenance and having purchased my vehicle through them is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be going back.

Talked to a Karen Andersen threw text she started out to be very helpful I live in Pueblo and the people down here were bad
But the more we talked she became very hateful telling me to look my trade up and not worth what others were saying so I won't be doing business with groove I did buy a truck from them before and got screwed over should of learned my lesson maybe need to talk to the corporate office seems like maybe they will like to hear of my great experience

This Review is for the Finance Dept only BUYER BEWARE. I traded in a Tacoma and bought a 4Runner. Three weeks later, my checking account is hit with a car payment for the Tacoma I traded. I've called three times and left three messages with three different people, including the finance "manager" and nobody has called me back. I then talked to the bank the Tacoma was financed through and they have not been contacted with any payoff info from Groove Toyota. Now, not only is this inconvenient to have that much money pulled from your account that shouldn't have been, but troubling because three weeks has past. What if your payment was due when you traded the car in? Do you check your credit down the road and see a ding on your credit report because Groove Toyota's finance dept. can't send a payoff? Make sure and check that your trade has been paid off by them because it very likely hasn't been and if you try and contact them, they won't call you back. Very disappointing to say the least.
UPDATE 11/18/15 - A month now after trading in the truck and they still haven't sent the payoff!!!! I have the company I financed through calling and threatening me for payment. Hope this helps stop someone from making the same mistake I did.

I decided to trade in my Toyota Tundra as I bought a lemon from Stevenson Toyota West. I was very disappointed with Toyota Corp. and Stevenson West with the way they handled things and almost left the Toyota family after being a loyal customer for over 25 years. Then I found Groove Toyota in Englewood through TrueCar which I can't say enough good about. That site is awesome and it helped weed out a whole Saturday of negotiations. Anyways enough about that, the main reason for this reveiw is the awesome customer service Zach Vose gave. He got me the price and options I wanted with no hassle. He had an awesome personality and gives you his undivided attention for your car buying needs. It is because of Zach and The Groove Toyota atmosphere that I can say that I'm back in a new 2018 Toyota Tundra and happier than ever. This is my second new vehicle in 2 1/2 years and I can actually say that because of Zach I feel like I walked away with a great deal.
