My name Is Kyle , my wife I wanted to take the time to share with you the excellent Customer service that one of your staff showed to us this past weekend when purchasing a Toyota Sienna from your dealership. Lucas Hutchinson was very patient and also very kind while working through the trials and tribulations of making a large purchase like we did this weekend. He showed us the utmost class while working with us on our car purchase. Its people like Lucas that make the car buying experiencing (@ a Dealer) nice and easy. He was very prepared as-well as the other staff in the back, to get us out the door as quickly as possible at the same time not feeling rushed and or Pressured. There s nothing worse than buying a new vehicle and going to a dealer and you leave there feeling like wow that was horrible. This time that was not the case. My wife and my new 6 week old baby felt comfortable and very well taken care of . Your staff took the time to get me some water for my wife and I and always seemed concerned that we were being taken care of. So with this said I thank you and your staff for the amazing car buying experience.

My experience here was the best experience I've had at a dealership. Macy was absolutely amazing with going through options and finding a match for me. When it came time to finishing the purchase, he made sure it was smooth sailing and painless. I highly recommend working with him and Groove.

Do NOT trust the service advisers at this location. I learned my lesson after they sold me service I didn't need and the problem was exactly the same after a $2,000 wheel bearing replacement. They recommended changing the other wheel bearing when I brought it back when the problem had not gone away. When that didn't solve the problem and I brought it back to Groove for the third time, I was told the whole transmission and transfer case needed to be replaced. Of course I was skeptical and scheduled two more appointments to have my transmission and my transfer case inspected. One of these places was a Lexus dealership, and one was a private business. Both said the same thing, " there is nothing wrong" with my transmission at all. and that most likely something is rubbing against the frame, even emailed me a TSB about a known problem that would've been a very simple solution. How does that make the thieving liars at Groove Toyota look in my eyes? Not good. Not good at all. I am so disappointed that I once trusted this place so much I brought them this very vehicle to inspect before I purchased it, so they could say its in great condition with no visible problems. I am assuming they pocketed the money, drove it through the car wash, then told me it was in great shape and is a great investment. Never again Groove. I will make it my personal mission to make sure anyone i come in contact with who drives a Toyota will think to avoid at all costs the service department at Groove Toyota on Broadway. There are five Toyota vehicles in my local family who will no longer be bringing their repeat business to your location. I have told my friends in the country who used to bring there trucks to Groove, what to expect from your establishment.

I have been shopping several dealerships for a new Toyota for several weeks. I called Groove for the first time today and completed my purchase tonight. Macy was hands-down the best sales guy I have ever worked with- there was ZERO pressure from him, he was incredibly friendly, and he worked very hard to beat every quote I had gotten from other dealers. I'd highly recommend this dealership solely because of our great experience with Macy.

We first spoke on the phone with Michael Kurtiev and he was extremely polite and helpful and provided just the right information which motivated us to walk into the dealership. There we were greeted by his manager Zach Bose who took the time to listen to our requirements and our experience with other dealerships. He said he would make up for our past bad experiences in finding a car and he most definitely did.

The car we bought had a problem with the A/C and as soon as I called Michael the next day he first spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me trying to help me fix it and when it didn't work, on a weekend he told us to come in and that we'd be taken care of. When they realized that it would take till Monday to fix the A/C Zach offered us a brand new vehicle!

We probably visited over 10 dealerships during our search for the perfect car and none matched the customer service of Groove Toyota. I cannot recommend this place enough!

It was a 2 hour wait to find out they wanted to charge me 500 dollars to replace, reglue two rubber strips on the roof of my rav4. They told me it was under warranty when my appointment was made, then after I went down to the service area to see what was taking so long, Kent had to walk down to the service area to because no one had an answer on the phone. They didn't know what was going on. After writing it up for 500 dollars, I said no, I wasn't paying that kind of money for 2 rubber strips. Bad, bad service, don't want to go there again!!!!

Because she was so easy to deal with and pleasant, I actually traveled a long distance to work with her versus a dealership in my neighborhood offering the same price. Only to have a manager becomes shovey about their extended warranty, she then proceeded to tell us that the vehicle he was purchasing was basically a bad car. We Initially did put a down payment and proceeded to go with paperwork but dune to their pushiness on the warranty and how it seemed like none of the inspections have been done on the car we decided to forego buying this car through them. We then proceeded to get a run around with getting my boyfriend's down down payment back.

When I purchased car car in 2015 I the salesman made several sexist comments towards my girlfriend only after I had signed the paperwork. Additionally, every time I have brought my car into service, the reps have either forgotten to do entire parts of the inspection, the oil change, or left body panels off the car. Do not expect quality service or respect here. There are lots of Toyota dealerships in the area that will give you the same deal and treat you like a human being.

I can not say enough good things about Groove Toyota. I bought a 4Runner yesterday with the help of Dominic Arcuri. I have never had a better car buying experience. Dominic was honest and forthright in all that he said and I truly felt he was working to find me the best deal on a car. I do not like going to buy cars so when I decided it was time, I knew what kind of car I wanted and the closest Toyota dealer to me was Groove. SO GLAD I went there! It was crowded and Kevin Gaw was the first person who saw us wandering around. He said hi and was totally hospitable with NO PRESSURE. He took us around and walked us through everything, even the confusing nav system. I will tell you that is why I bought my new 4Runner there. I hate being pressured and I was not. I felt that I could leave at any time without a bunch of manipulation or false claims. Everyone was nice, attentive and we weren't there for very long after we decided to buy. And, I got some extras thrown in! Thanks Groove!

I entered 5-stars because I have nothing to complain about. I arrived early and the sales person was not there yet. I was shopping for a used car and despite the unusual long wait, the car was brought out front. Salesperson met us after the test drive to discuss the car. I decided to continue to shop.

This location and another Groove dealership continued to send me e-mails about other used vehicles that closely matched my test drive vehicle. I did find that helpful. After kindly replying I already purchased a vehicle, I was off their list.

I have not purchased a vehicle here, but I would certainly return to shop here again.

I had a very pleasant experience here, getting a new purchase (older vehicle private party) a multi point inspection.
They were quick, and helpful at least letting me know when my brakes needed done.

Only reason they dont get 5 stars is because they rated my transfer case, plus front and rear differential fluid as: 'good' or, in the green section on the test results, leading me to think that fluid was fine.
Then afterwards told me they didnt *actually* check it because it's a closed system. Uou remove one bolt on each axle to check fluid, and it's a standard part of a multi point inspection.
I'm a petite woman and we have street parking.... so now I get to crawl underneath on hot asphalt/cardboard to check fluids, instead of the technicians popping off a couple bolts while they already have my rig on their lift...

My point is: It is misleading, and to give something a good 'grade' if you didnt check it.

Additionally, they also did not check my transmission fluid, for the 'closed system' reason. It's an 02 T4R automatic, it's not a closed system
I told the tech that it's not a closed system and he disagreed, called the other tech over and asked him and hes a 4runner owner so he verified then we talked about 4runners.

Again, not a bad experience at all! I'm just unsure about bringing my vehicle back here for servicing.
(I have no idea what the sales department is like but I see groove dealer plates around my area a lot!!!!)

In fact the first thing Zach told me was that the car I wanted was a unicorn . Haha. I took my in right after Christmas in 2017 for a VSC system on my 2007 highlander hybrid. This issue had been causing my breaks to go out and my acceleration to stop working as I was driving, as well as all my warning lights to come on, and traction control to always come on even when I was not driving on slick ground. Highlander hybrids between the years of 2005 and 2008 had also been recalled for the VSC systems for the same issues that I had been having. I took my car into the service department who took a loot at it and told me that it was a spark plug that was not working and simply dusted off parts of my engine. Then they charged me $500+ dollars for this. Of course I am well aware that most of this was for labor, however I could have dusted my engine off for free. What ticked me off the most was they said there was so issue with the VSC system and I was having no issues with what I had reported. Let me tell you that I had almost gotten in several accidents because of these issues. Now not even two months later, my car is having the same VSC issues as it was having before. I have been trying to get in touch with a General Manager for about two weeks and no one seems to be calling me back. I highly recommend you take your car somewhere that will actually car about you and your safety because Groove Toyota is absolutely not that place.

Jose helped us add an amazing warranty so we'll be worry free for the life of our loan. Furthermore, the used vehicle I purchased I took over to my mechanic for inspection.The previous two cars I had them look over had expected costs of $2,500 and a $5,000. So, the Audi I purchased from Groove had an expected bill of $0, meaning no initial maintenance. So far, so good.

My husband and I are people who do not buy cars very often....the last purchase for me was 16 years ago...so we were a bit nervous. Kelyn made us feel comfortable and did not pressure us at all! Took my Rav4 here for basic servicing and my car was returned to me with a crack all the way through my windshield. One they didnt notify my that it was broken I have to find out myself. Two I took it back immediately after I noticed which was only a min after driving it. They swore it was due to a chip. I inspected it further when I got home where I could see better and there was no chip where they were pointing. So not only did they not notify me or take responsibility, they lied to me. Would not recommend going here for services. I will never use them again.

Two years ago I bought a Toyota at Groove. I also bought extended protection from a third party service group. Recently, I had a problem that fell under the extended protection terms.

Unfortunately, I didn t have a copy of the extended protection agreement. A week later, I discovered that I had not met the requirements per the language of contract. I called Groove, expecting to hear, Not our fault blah, blah you re out of luck. What happened next is the reason I m writing this.

I explained my problem on the service line. Within 15 minutes a manager called me back and apologized for my trouble. He said Groove s first concern was customer satisfaction. No, Groove couldn t change the 3rd party contract terms or force them to provide the service. However, Groove would cover me entirely because that s how they do business!

They arranged for the needed repairs by another service company. Groove provided the needed parts at no charge to me and shipped them to the service company in advance. When the service company arrived to make the repairs, they assured me that Groove had taken care of every detail and expense!

I have owned more than 70 personal and business vehicles in my career. No dealer has ever provided the level customer care I experienced at Groove not even close!

Groove was competitive on price when I bought my Toyota, but it was their extraordinary customer care that has made me a customer for life. If you re looking for a vehicle, don t buy until you talk to Groove.

My family and I were torn between Toyota or Subaru since 3 of us were planning on purchasing new cars this year but when we went in to look at a few cars we received the worst service. We had planned to meet with Frank and from the get go he was rude, unprofessional, and uninterested. Perhaps he made quick assumptions and did not want to work with us? I am not sure to be honest but he basically shoved us away and didn t care to speak with us. He left us to look at cars alone and would check in once every 20-30 minutes there were even times we had to go to the front desk to ask them to call him over for us.

When we sat down at a table to talk about the cars he barely let us speak and when my sister said she was interested in the RAV4 just said good luck , shook our hands, and walked away. We barely spoke with him the whole 2-3 hours we were there and we were very cordial so I know for fact it wasn t our end that made the whole ordeal uncomfortable.

We went ahead and stuck with Subaru and bought the 3 new cars we needed from them since the whole exchange was incredibly uncomfortable and distasteful and we have told all our friends/family members in the market for a car to steer clear of this place. They have good reviews and I m glad others have received good service from them but my family and I were not so lucky.

From the very beginning, my experience at Groove Toyota was nothing short of great. Jazzman (Jazz) was very knowledgable, personable and professional throughout the entire shopping process and he made the hours we spent at the dealership worth it. Dan, the sales manager, was very insightful and helpful as well. My parents live out-of-state and were by my side through the process and they would prefer to fly back to Colorado to purchase a Toyota from Jazz and company at Groove when they look at vehicles later this month. I have been anticipating the 2020 for awhile reading reviews, since they announced the 2020 updates, especially to the driver seat controls and apple car play. Both were must haves for me, and toyota finally added to the 2020 Tacoma.

Meredith was my salesperson, and I will highly recommend contacting her for your next Toyota/car /truck purchase. Meredith was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process(including a test drive a few days earlier). When it was time to close, I was out the door within a couple of hours. Want to add that I had the Tacoma 2020 in service the other day and ZACH Flatow was my service advisor. Zach is awesome, he went above and beyond to help with an issue I had with the truck. Groove Toyota has been a pain to deal with since we were looking to purchase our new Toyota in 2018. Initially, I submitted an online request for a quote on a redesigned Rav4 with all weather mats. They let me know they did not have that in stock, but they were more than happy for me to pay for the carpets and add on the all weather mats. I replied that that didn't make sense for me since I had no need for the carpets in addition to the mats so why would I pay for it? They replied that they had no need to discount any component, and we continued our search elsewhere after leaving a less than stellar online review.

They reached out directly after my review and said that management had a chance to review, and they could offer me the Rav4 I had asked for initially without paying for both the mats and carpets. We took them up on their offer and started to work with Karen Anderson. She was generally fine to work with, but it was irritating when she asked when we could pick up the vehicle and replied that she wouldn't be there after we got off work past 5PM. We had to get off work early to go pick up our new vehicle even though they aren't closed until 8PM...pretty sure that she should have worked with our schedule.

Next, we dealt with a manufacturing defect where the vehicle's windshield wipers would go off randomly. It took them awhile to figure it out, but there was an issue with water leaking in and triggering the windshield wipers. A bit surprising considering the car was less than 6 months old. I'll add a star since this wasn't technically their issue although the slow repair was. Maybe it just says something about the quality of Toyota vehicles in general.

Now, I cannot get them to reply to me on questions regarding potential recalls on my vehicle. I submitted an online form twice trying to find out if there were recalls on my RAV4 or how to find out, and they have never responded. If I was looking to buy a new vehicle, I'm sure they would have taken the time to respond. I generally don't have time to call, wait on hold, etc. I prefer quick digital communications so I can focus on other issues besides my Toyota.

Looking back, I should have went to the dealership that was a bit out of my way but very easy to deal with initially: Ehrlich Toyota in Greeley. When I reached out, they were priced a bit higher than Groove and much further from my home, but the online sales rep (Christian I think) was very nice and helpful. They even called out that while they might be a bit more expensive (maybe a couple hundred dollars) they felt it was justified for their customer service. Like I said, looking back, that might have been the better deal.

WOW! 5 stars are well deserved here! Luke Pascale worked hard to get us a great deal on my NEW Prius 4, it had EVERYTHING I asked for. He took photos, sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls even after hours to get me what I wanted, It was well worth the 5+ hour drive to Denver. Their service department left me high and dry after I came in with a warranty stereo issue on my 2016 4Runner. The service rep, believe his name is Devon, had someone look at the stereo and determined it needed to be replaced and told me that the person who orders parts wasn t working. He said they would order the new stereo first thing Monday morning and they d call me to let me know. Monday goes by but no call, so I call them that Wednesday and get voicemail so I leave a message, but no call back. I try again Thursday and reach someone named Danielle in service who says she ll look into it and call back. Danielle calls me back the next day and says the part wasn t ordered and that Devon is off all week, so they have to wait until he s back in order to place the order. I have since called three more times, the operator is unable to connect me with Devon, so I ve left messages. I remember leaving a message with on Ken Williams voicemail but can t recall the other guy s name whose voicemail I left the other message on. It seems impossible to get through to anyone, so I guess I ll have to go to another dealership to get help.

Very disappointed that I can t get a follow up or callback from anyone who can help me get this issue resolved. It is too bad for the dealership, as I had planned on buying a Highlander for my wife within the next year, but I ll have to go somewhere that will actually respond and follow up with their customers.

When I 1st came here I expected to not be able to afford much but, with the help of Josh and his trainee that day (Kindra) I got my very 1st BRAND NEW vehicle for the payment I was looking for! That s almost unheard of, super easy and no back and forth. This made me happiest since I m a chick and I was doing this whole thing on my own. They even dealer traded the make I wanted for the terms and payment I wanted! Awful, just awful! Had Toyota recall work that was to take 2 hours so we waited. After waiting for the 2 hours they said the work couldn't be done because the computer system was down. Oh but about an hour into our wait they were sure to bring out a long list of expensive repairs they claimed I need. (My long time mechanic just went through the car and fixed needed repairs 2 months prior.) I rejected the suggested repairs from Groove. And later they claim their system is down Hmm interesting... what were they doing with my car for all that time if the system was down anyway?? They are incredibly dishonest. Frustrating.

Ask for Hamid and someone give him a raise! He was wasn t your normal car salesman trying to squeeze all the money out of you like other places. He helped me find exactly what I wanted, no crazy extras only what I came in for. The entire dealership itself was great. Huuuge selection, took care of you as soon as you walked in, and the finance department wasn t a hassle at all. They even helped us find a great Chinese place while I wanted for my car to be detailed. Over all great experience!

Awesome service. The water pump in my wife s Toyota Highlander went out. We purchased the car from Mountain States Toyota and from day one we have had problems and they refuse to help. They said it was going to be over three weeks before they could fix it. We called Groove Toyota and talked to Adam Pierson. He was extremely helpful and told us to bring it down and they would get it in right away. They had it all fixed within hours and helped us with the warranty. We did not have to pay a penny. I had a great experience with Zach Vose on Saturday. Loved his enthusiasm and attention to what I was looking for in a good used car. I was also pleased with buying a Toyota Certified Pre-owned vehicle, and a nice low mileage Rav4 Hybrid. The price was a little high, but not out of line, and they gave me a very fair trade-in price on my 2017 Tacoma. The availability of the 12 month / 12000 mile warranty is great, and I also took advantage of the ability to purchase extended warranty coverage, since hybrids can get expensive to repair because of the amount of sophisticated electronics and onboard computers.

Sharing constructive criticism, based on my experience. I stopped here, while travelling, to have a potential warranty claim looked at sooner rather than later. After pulling into the service bay, right in front of a dozen service representative's counters, I had to approach someone, myself, just to be acknowledged. I was one of only three vehicles in the bay, at the time. Two; when the inspection was finished, I was sent a text message instead of having someone come and tell me my vehicle was ready. I watched several others, in the waiting area, have a much more personalized experience (as i have had elsewhere, myself). The appointment, text message, and checkout were through Kent Williams. Three; included in the text message, was a request to have both my cabin filter and air filter replaced. I just had the cabin filter replaced, by another Toyota dealer, only a few thousand miles prior. The air filter, at the same time, was inspected and cleaned by the same dealer; as well as my charging system, of which this dealer noted 'corrosion' on my battery (but never offered to show me; only requested my pre-approval, via text, to have it addressed). Nor did they care to address the supposed corrosion on the battery, and this vehicle is still under its 36mo/36k warranty. Alarming.

Not all dealers are created equal, and this one ranks lowest on my list of Toyota experiences, thus far. What a shame. Coming from Summit County, I should have just made my appointment at Big Horn Toyota in Glenwood Springs.
