I just purchased a 2015 Toyota Rav4 using the best salesman I've ever worked with, Paul Lips. It took me a year to decide that it was time to trade in the family van and get something sporty. Paul was so patient during the year and was never pushy or frustrated that it took so long to decide. I have owned 3 other Toyota's in addition to a Ford and a Dodge. The Toyota's have definitely outlived my other vehicle. My next purchase in two years will be a Toyota from Groove Toyota using Paul. I don't need to look at any other dealership in the valley like I did because Groove really did give me the best, fair deal. Thanks again Groove and especially Paul.
Knew I was in need of a new 4Runner, and since I ve purchased five different vehicles from the dealership I headed down to look at a used 4Runner. I brought my Toyota in to see about getting a part as suggested by grease monkey for a window that is off the track due to a broken piece. I was basically turned away. When I asked to make an appointment so that I could get the part the person couldn't even do that because he wasn't going to be there next week. I asked the service person if they could at least fix this one part for me next to the window that grease monkey mistakenly forgot to snap back in.They told me it would cost $145 to even do that, and that I would need to make an appointment for that. Then told me to take it back to grease monkey. I went back to grease monkey they snapped the piece back in place with ease, without costing $145. This Toyota service center is worthless, better luck going to a different chain service center.

Just bought a new 2019 AWD Sienna from here! After having dealt with multiple Toyota dealers - in multiple states - to decide on 2018 vs 2019 and then trying to get the best deal, no dealer came close to Groove. We had a disappointing experience with our local dealer who wouldn't come close to matching a written offer that we had from another dealer. When I requested pricing information from Groove, Zach Vose contacted me right away. I presented him with the terms that we were looking for and he went to bat for us and they agreed to our deal. He was super responsive and easy to work with to set up an appointment and there was zero fuss when we arrived at the dealer. Our new van was right out front and the paperwork was all in order!

Purchase experience for a 2019 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid was a good experience but every interaction with this dealership since then (less than 60 days) has been been nothing but trouble. First issue is my Toyota is a rolling rattle mobile. Scheduled appointment to have the rattles addressed. When I showed up it was scheduled as a 5K service?!? They took me in as goodwill but the impression I received was it was my scheduling issue. Over 90 minutes later the service advisor said the rattle was in the tire area with the tire changing tools. I questioned this but it was obvious the advisor didn t care. Paper work stated the technician did so stuff to the battery area in the passenger area. It is obvious that they never test drove the car after their fix . Nothing changes, still rattles. Next issue was an issue with the clear bra. Took over 2 weeks to get the repair scheduled. Actually had to be in person to get it scheduled. I was told 0900, which I repeated back to the woman. I showed up at 0900 and was told they were looking for me at 0800. This is the first and last Toyota and I will be getting service completed somewhere else. It seems like the dealership is struggling with supporting their customers and it is the customer that is suffering.
I recently purchased a used car that was seamless, hassle-free and the first time having zero buyers remorse after the transaction. My wife and I just bought a Prius 3 and the over-all experience was excellent. Our salesman was Lucas Hutchinson. Lucas was very transparent and low pressure about the whole process and was very willing to work with us. We did negotiate on price (which I didn t mind). We brought in very aggressive price from AutoNation and they matched it. We did not have a trade in or need financing so I can t comment on those aspects of the process. Next time we re in the market for a new car we ll be looking up Lucas.

My husband and I haven't bought a new car in 12 years, and were in need of replacing a 20-yr old Ford Ranger. We'd been considering a 4Runner, and had the best experience working with Josh Barreiro. He was the perfect sales guy - patient, honest, friendly, not pushy, just an overall great guy who we were comfortable with immediately. Of course, we just went in to test drive, and ended up buying one on the first visit! We couldn't be happier with the overall process - it really was less painful than we remember from 12 years prior - and we absolutely LOVE our 4Runner!
In the past 3 years I have purchased 2 Toyota vehicles, one from Groove and the other from a different dealer and I must say that Groove was a far better experience. Not only was the sales staff helpful and candid but they did so without being pushy. After the purchase they have continued to provide me with excellent service. They have updated their service center to streamline the process but I do miss the nice lounge they used to have inside the showroom. I believe I got a very good deal on my 4Runner but if I paid more I feel I got my money's worth in the stress I saved and not finding out later that I was bamboozled into buying add-ons that added no value.
Not pushy, gave space and time to consider the offer. Zach Vose came to me as one of the only sales guys to talk to at groove, and very happy with the service. Technical recommendations on the car came from one of the Master Techs, Daniel Girolamo, and was very happy with his help.
Groove is amazing! There service department is quick and honest. I called today and they were able to get me an appointment same day for an oil change and were $20 cheaper then other Toyota dealerships in the area. They offer affordable maintenance as well and are very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be bringing my Toyota to them for all maintenance! Shout out to Joe was stellar to work with as well! We arrived for our appointment to a nice bright showroom, and a friendly greeting to see if we have been helped. From there we were almost immediately asked to do a credit app before really talking about a car. We did discuss the vehicle we were looking at, and that it will be in by a certain date. After all this, we eventually did a credit app, knowing we don't have stellar credit to see what we would be paying. My wife and I had lunch and decided to try one other dealership. First off, we discovered the other dealer had one more vehicle on the lot, filled out another credit app even though it was still in the system, they saw our original credit reports. We found out Groove Toyota DIDN'T use the right scores, thus our payment was higher. After all the options we added, we still saved money. Now my wife wants another of the same vehicles we got, and will be placing an order for, because she was happier with the overall experience at the other dealership. Just be careful at this dealership.
My wife and I were looking for a small SUV and had it narrowed down to 3 or 4 different vehicles. We stopped in to Groove on a Saturday evening at about 7pm and sat down with Zach Vose. He promptly got out his notebook and iPad listening to our needs & wants. In doing so, he helped us narrow down to the Rav4 in the Toyota family. After narrowing it down, he suggested we look at the different trim levels to narrow down what to look at. We decided on a couple different colors and the trim level we liked. We walked away that evening with lots to think about...
A few days later, we stopped back in just to drive through the lot again looking at different colors & options. Macy Marsh came out, in the rain, and helped us decide on our Rav4. We waited until the next day for the check we were waiting for and called Zach & Macy. Zach came in on his day off and between him and Macy, we were exceptionally taken care of. Our finance manager Lee Cook made the process quick and simple. We drove away in less than an hour in our new 2015 Rav4 XLE.

I took my 2012 tundra in to have some work done on it. After them having it for a day and a half I get a call telling me that I need to come get it and take it somewhere else because they won't work on it because it has a lift. They did not even look at half the things that I was having issues with. When I got there to pick it up the service advisor would not give me any answers on why they wouldn't do any of the work besides it has a lift. I also did not get any paperwork with the in mileage and out mileage so I don't know if they even test drove it. I have left messages with the service manager and have not gotten a single call back.
I went in late one evening about an hour before closing time. I met one of their salesman, Mason Schuster. I was looking for a vehicle under $10k. Long story short, we found a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. There were a few mechanical issues that needed to be sorted out and Groove Toyota was more than willing to help. They wanted to provide a quality vehicle. I signed papers that night. Mason and the finance guy stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. I've never had such an easy car purchasing experience in all my years. I would not hesitate in recommending Groove Toyota or Mason. They have for sure earned my business.

If you order parts through Groove, do not expect them to contact you about it. They charged and ordered parts from me back in September, then shipped the parts back. I recently got an oil change from them and brought up the issue and they reordered the same parts. It has been a month now, and I have still not been contacted about the parts.
My wife and I enjoyed our experience at Groove Toyota. Michael Kurtiev helped us find a CPO Corolla that was right in line with what we were looking for. We told him we weren t sure about the first car as we got in to test drive it. He had a 2nd vehicle ready and waiting when we got back to the lot. He and the other staff were helpful and kind. They answered all our questions and stayed late to help us finish buying our car. I d shop there again.

1 star is too generous. Do not shop here for a used car. I saw a nice one listed on Autotrader, but when I arrived, I was informed that it had already been sold. In spite of the fact that I had called not an hour before to confirm availability. These chuckleheads don't deserve anybody's business or money, if they can't even figure out when they sell one of their own cars.
I live in NY and needed a car asap for my daughter who was moving to Denver in two days. I had tried other dealers for over a week with no success.
I reached out to Groove Toyota by phone Monday and was greeted by Macy Marsh. He was excelllent in finding a used car and having it ready for pick up on Wednesday when my daughter arrived in Denver. My wife said Macy was the best car salesperson she has ever met. He took care of getting the car ready along with helping us get insurance. Macy called me several times and followed up to get all the paper work prepared and signed off on. Incredible service to have this turned around in less than two days. Buying a new car can be a lot of work. After shopping around at three different Toyota dealerships I'd have to say Groove was the best.
What we appreciated the most was that they were straight forward. There were no waiting games or charges for things we said that we did not want appearing on the final bill. It was certainly the most relaxed and easiest car purchase that we had made in the last few years.
We are very happy with our purchase. We worked with John and CJ, both were friendly, efficient and informed. We will return for our next vehicle purchase.
Groove was great. My sales rep Miguel Barajas was awesome. Listened to what my goals were and worked hard to find what I was looking for within my budget. He was responsive from the very first time I visited the dealership and this continued after we had signed the papers and I drove away. There was a minor issues with one of my doors and he continued to help me through the process of getting it in to be fixed and ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
The service department was also great. While it is standard policy to charge a $50 deductible for Certified Pre-Owned warranty claims... Adam Poole helped me communicate with the sales department to get my issue resolved for free since I drove off the lot with the issue already present in the vehicle. He communicated what was going on and gave me realistic time expectations for the service to be completed.
From both my purchasing and service experiences I highly recommend coming to Groove Toyota if you are looking for a team that truly cares about their customers.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We walked in ready to walk away with a 4 runner, we'd done our research and knew the prices we could get else where. First our appointment with Josh was not kept, he was helping someone else, so he stuck us with another sales person. I wish I could remember her name, but can't. She was still trying to sell us, we explained to her this was the car we wanted and wanted to talk pricing. She explained to us that Groove always matches or does better, we showed her our quote from Ehrlich Greeley which included dealer/handling fees. Groove came back with a price $500 higher and she thought it was the better deal. We explained to her and showed her e-mails that Ehrlich's included dealer fees, she told us she didn't trust us. And after berating us on what we wanted her to go back to her manager with and us explaining simply a better deal, we walked out and drove to Ehrlich Greeley to purchase our car. I would've driven out of state if it meant not purchasing from her. Groove is pushing and in the end is NOT the better deal, go to Ehrlich.

Ok my friend! Went in with a specific car In mind. Spoke to Cristo. He said he would pull the car around which took him 21minutes. Once we drove the car, he had no to little knowledge about the car or any of the features. For example - told us that the gas tank is 18 gallons when it is only 13. Had no idea where the features are or how to turn ANY of them on. When we talked about the price, he was not interested in making the sale. He came back with higher rate than any other car or newer model we came across (with much better technology) and would not want to negotiate at all.
We had a very disappointing experience.
Macy was super helpful and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. He was very good about calling me back and giving me all of the information I needed. He had everything ready to go before I even got to the dealership! He was great to work with!
Initially, I was impressed with my experience with Groove Toyota. I live in the mountains, so I started speaking with the salesperson," K" before making the long drive to the dealership. You could imagine my disappointment when I arranged to test drive the vehicle, "K" was not available, which was fine. HOWEVER, the gentlemen that showed me the car, also shared a different price, a higher price and claimed to know nothing of the price that I had been quoted by "K"..which felt like a classic bait and switch. I thought better of this group, so I offered them the opportunity to correct it. I received no response in our last correspondence...so I am sharing this review. I would have liked to give this dealership a 3 or 4 out of 5 but objectively, it is a 1/5 because of unresolved issues during my purchasing experience. Sad that the GM cannot make 5 minutes to speak to a disabled veteran.

We just bought a 2013 Highlander from Groove Toyota and were very happy with the overall buying experience. Groove Toyota had the largest selection in the Colorado Springs/Denver area so we contacted them about a specific Highlander that was listed on their website. Chad Leach assured us it was still available before we made the 1 hour drive up from the Springs. He met us at the door of the dealership and had the vehicle parked outside for us to look at and test drive.
Chad was very knowledgable about the vehicle during the test drive. He never pressured us, asked us what our budget was, or pushed us to any particular vehicle. We also looked at the 2014 Highlander which had only just arrived at the dealership. Because of the Toyota incentives we decided to stick with the 2013.
We were dissapointed by the offer they made us on our trade-in so we decided to remove it from the discussion and see what bottom price they would sell the Highlander. They made an offer, we counter offered, and Chad came back with a final offer from the manager. They let us see their invoice and explained the offer was as low as they could go and suggested we check with other dealerships if they could match the price. We were unsure so we left without any pressure from Groove Toyota.
Based on their suggestion, we did take the offer to Liberty Toyota in Colorado Springs to see if they could match or beat the offer on the same vehicle. The salesman took the offer to someone and came back before I could pour a cup of coffee and said I should jump at Groove's offer with both feet and he wouldn't waste my time.
We bought the Highlander from Groove the next day. Great experience with Julie Wilcox with the final processing and Logan Wakefield in their customer/guest relations department.
We went back to have a hitch installed on the vehicle about a week later after talking with Chad about it. He worked with the Parts and Service Department and gave us a reasonable price so I decided to go ahead and get it done. There was a major misunderstanding on what was going to be done when we arrived. I was very irritated and left without speaking to the Service Manager or anyone else. Chad called my cell phone about 15 minutes and said he had heard there was some miscommunication on what we had agreed to on the hitch installation. He said if we still wanted to have it done he was on his way down to the Service Department and he assured us we would get it done that day with everything we had agreed on. Phenomenal customer service that you don't find often these days!
Highly recommend checking with Groove Toyota before making your next purchase. and ask for Chad Leach if you want to work with someone who will take care of you.
Service department is not great. Took my toyota in they "forgot" to fix the item I brought the vehicle in to get fixed. So they kept it an additional 7 hours to call and tell me they don't actually have the part. I come back again a week later when the part is in. Wait an hour in the waiting room for them to tell me we ordered the wrong part. I have to come back a third time. Told me they will "take care of it for me" but item is covered under a warranty so they actually aren't doing anything for me but causing me to have to come back a third time to get the USB dock fixed....Have had similar service issues during my entire ownership with this location. 3 star because they aren't the worst but really get things wrong a lot and never offer any actual resolutions to mistakes they keep making.

Internet sales woman was extremely rude. She told me by e-mail that their price was a real bargain. So I made an appointment. When I went there, she was out of the office and I had to wait for 30 min. When she comes back, she was really rude. She started talking about financing even I did not tell her that I would purchase a car. We also discussed about the trade-in. I gave her all the information of the car. She told me that it would not exceed KBB value. I had to wait for another 30 minutes for evaluation. Although I took care of the car very well, she told me its value was only 2/3 of KBB because it is not equipped with CD and the interior was light color. I told her to give me my car key back and went to the other Toyota dealer where I got a much better deal. Avoid Burt, or you feel ashamed.
Fast, easy, no nonsense. I dealt with salesman Zach Vose who is very knowledgeable, especially in the off-road department for any 4runner/Tacoma needs. If that's what you're looking at, hit this guy up. Any questions I had (which were a lot) about the vehicles I was interested in or on the monetary end were answered in an efficient and succinct manner. Worked very well getting me the features/model I wanted without question. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

We live about 4 hours away from this dealership and wanted to make sure we weren't wasting our time. I sent an inquiry to the dealership with what I wanted in a car, and Jason selected one that he thought would work. When we got to the dealership, Austin showed us the car and it was perfect. Julie worked her magic and got us a lower interest rate than our pre-approval, and they even gave my kiddos some goodies. They were friendly, fair, and quick. I would recommend them and will do business there again.

This was the best car buying experience I could have asked for! I had a specific car I was interested in when I went to visit over my lunch break and I scheduled an appointment with Austin LeBlanc who was super responsive and friendly. He had the car ready for me when I showed up, and within 20 mins, I test drove it and we had an agreed upon price which was less than I anticipated paying for a vehicle. I showed up after work the same day with the money and Austin had the car cleaned and ready to go. I signed a few papers and was out the door in less than 30 mins. I think overall, the whole process took less than an hour and was zero stress. The best part was Austin s follow up after I purchased the vehicle. He continued to help coordinate on a few outstanding issues and was as friendly and responsive as when I was looking at buying a car. Definitely worth a visit when you are looking for a car.
I called Groove Toyota for a pre approval on a car and within the same hour I got approved and we worked out a deal over the phone within another hour and was in and out an hour after that. Something I thought that was going to take weeks, took a matter of hours thanks to Delmar and the people at Groove Toyota I highly recommend you give them a call
2 hours for an oil change when I was the first in line before they open is unacceptable.

My husband and I bought a car here last month and it was a great experience! Macy helped us over the phone and then when we arrived (we live in the Springs) and was so helpful and honest. We bought the car(for a very discounted price) with some recent hail damage and were told that it would be fixed through the dealership's insurance so that it didn't have to go on the car's record and a week later, we were scheduled and had a beautiful, dent free vehicle. Also, almost 2 weeks after we bought the car we noticed a leaking tire and found a nail in it. Groove offered us all new tires and let us keep a couple of the old ones as spares. No questions asked! Everyone here has been phenomenal. They are so polite and respectful, definitely not your usual salesmen/mechanic condescension. The service department is comfortable and has complimentary beverages and bottled water and they are quick too! Honestly, we almost didn't even try this place because of the horrible reviews on yelp but we are so glad we did! I have no idea what they are talking about... Give Groove a shot!

Kelyn was kind and extremely professional, she kept in close contact with me during the process, even corresponded with me on her day off.
