I am a trainer at VXI. Just like all call centers we have opportunities for greatness and some great things going on already. Most of the complaints on here about bonuses are people who couldn't even show up to work everyday. They didn't qualify as it is. And to be straight up we've changed the hiring process a bit to ensure a higher quality of hire. A lot of people got a chance here to become a Titan... but very few could show up and show out. I've been here over a year. I've seen the changes and progress. I've been apart of great things here. I guarantee that I will continue to work hard to make sure my trainees are well informed, skilled, and well supported. We have a moto and not everyone takes it seriously.... but not everyone is suppose to be here. We need great people like you to come and apply so we can replace them. We are Titans! What you call hard work we call sleep. If you can get on board with that then come down and apply with my name on your application. (We both get a bonus for the referral.)
