Today I dropped off my car for a/c system repair since it wasn t blowing cold air. I had the assistance of my case manager, Richard from American Honda who is an amazing guy.

My service advisor was Rachel and she was communicating with me and with Richard. I dropped off my car before my scheduled time which was 8:15am and they provided me an Uber ride back home since Rachel told me that it s going to be a whole day work. Come by almost 4pm, Rachel informed me that my car is ready and fixed. I paid everything online to make the process faster.

Rachel even reached out to me afterwork hours regarding my question on why the compressor does not engages for a long time to which she told me to just let it run in order to let the freon circulate to the new system.

Kudos to Rachel Chadwick of Burns Honda and Richard Schuler of American Honda for helping me out!
