I'm very pleased with the customer service from this store.

Food was fine but it took the cashier almost 5 min to take my order at the counter with 1 car in the drive thru and only me at counter...guess joking around and finishing a conversation about the previous nights affairs was more important than customer service.

I wouldn't give them a star at all, my last visit was awful, the manager was very rude they completely messed up my order, I went thru the drive-thru and they didn't give me my receipt, when I went into the store to get them to correct my order, the manager refused to fix the order, which was missing a burger and the other burger wasnt even the right one. All because I didn't have a receipt that they didn't give me, she wouldn't even 2 look up my order when I had just went not even 5 minutes before. I personally recommend that Burger King

It was a short time from the time order till getting our order and the food was good

Sucks.. They ran out of whopper patties at lunch time...

The ran out of ingredients for the chicken parmesan and tried to pass off a sandwich that was not a chicken parmesan which could have been resolved by simply telling bus that they were out of the ingredients instead the manager when confronted about it said she knew also while we were in the line waiting on our sandwich to be made which was incorrect anyways the manager told us to back up so we would be off their line so she would not get in trouble for taking so long with our order kind of strange

Ive always had great interactions with the employees there. But it apparently closes at 10.

Always a problem in this place. Took 10 minutes to place order, no receipt give. Then after waiting another 15 minutes, I inquired about my order the guy who took my order claimed he gave it to me 5 minutes ago. Then a co-worker had to remind him that I had been standing there 15 minutes and no one have given me anything. The outside looks like a hangout for home less people, that should have told not to go in. Inside is not much better.

They know my there because I come through the drive thur so much lol

Didn't get my sauces right and some of the chicken nuggets were over cooked

Horrible customer service. Employees were cussing loudly and being rude at the drive thru window. Too busy playing around and messed up my order. And they wondered why they had so many cars in their drive thru line.

One on blanding and harlow sucks bad attitudes and get orders wrong constantly

The inside is of course closed due to the virus, but we sat in the drive through for 5 minutes before the car in front got to place their order. We pulled up and sat another 5-6 minutes and still no one took our order. We left. There was no car there. The employees were inside goofing off.

Drive-thru takes 20 min to order and get a ten piece of chicken nuggets

Went for lunch first time tasting the impossible burger was fresh and fries were hot. Was good will get again

The staff is awesome and the food is great but the bathroom needs to be checked more often.

Waited an hour to get my fully loaded biscuit large meal with large hash browns and large sweet tea. Waited that long just to receive a fully loaded croissant and a medium hash brown.. worst burger I been to

Food was hot and fresh. Location looked much cleaner than other nearby bk. We made this our store.

Rude do not listen to your order!!!!!! Not ever ever going there again!!!!!!

It is not clean place, I see bugs inside so I no longer go there

Worst experience! Slow employees. Long wait. No manager in site!

Burger wasn't what it's supposed to be, there were no cheese in my whopper and the fries was just warm not hot.

Horrible service. I waited in drive-through for about three minutes and nobody talk to me. I then walked inside and nobody talk to me. So I walked out and then I called to talk to the manager, the manager had a horrible attitude towards me when all I wanted to do was be served. Worst Burger King ever

Can't complain here. They was pretty quick and they got my order right. Hot and fresh.

I don t know what this location has going on but there is no way I should be waiting at the speaker for 8 mins without nobody saying anything and only one car in drive thru. And still had to wait and extra 15 -17 outside in the heat by the double doors. Over 20 mins for a $12 dollar meal

Absolutely the worst Burger King in Jacksonville. The lady at the drive thru acted as though having customers was a total inconvenience to her existence. She kept cutting me off so much so that I didn't even want to finish my order. When I got home I realized not only was my order wrong, the buns were so stale they could have been used as hockey pucks, my fries were cold like they had been sitting out for over an hour, and they only filled my drink up half way. Don't waste your money here, take the time and drive down the street to McDonald's.

THREE times in a ROW I've gone on the weekend and ordered a double sausage, egg & cheese croissant, and all three times they've given me a single for the price of the double.

The first time I didn't check it until I got home, and just didn't feel like driving back. The second time, I forgot to check until I got to work and couldn't go back. THIS time, though, I remembered to check, and sure enough, they did it to me AGAIN. I walked in and explained this had happened to me three times in a row, which ISN'T an accident, but a systematic problem that amounts to FRAUD. The "manager" gave me a sour look, and very lightly chastised her staff telling them they have to check the orders before sending them out. I let them try again. After all this, they actually did it AGAIN.

Needless to say, I was NOT happy, slammed the bag down on the counter and just said "SERIOUSLY?!!". I explained again that this was now the FOURTH time in a row, TWICE in the same visit that they did this, and asked if they understood that this constitutes FRAUD. All miss bedazzled eye makeup could do then was get angry and tell me how it wasn't her fault and say I "threw the food at her", that she would NEVER get that upset over being screwed over FOUR TIMES IN A ROW, to which I simply responded "I don't believe you for one second".

PATHETIC. CHECK YOUR ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME if you eat here, or they WILL screw you.

I had such an awful experience this morning. I come here at least twice a week and I will never return to this location again! So dissatisfied and disappointed I wish I could give a -Star. . Way to start a morning.

Burger King on blanding the cashier keep wiping her nose with her bare hand Nasty, the manger have gloves on scratching her head and fixing food never will I return back, that's how we get sick by the germs

Totally enjoyed going their food prices an personnel where on the job. Place was clean inside and out.

Great food and Management. But the people who work there don't greet you right away only one guy who is always smiling African American guy who seems to love his job and it is the reason why I have given them 4 stars. He should get a raise and a lunch with some movie tickets. He has braided hair. I don't know what his name is but If I did I would have made mention of it here.

Not very clean, some employees make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by being there.

Went thru the drive thru this morning, delivery was fast, cashier was pleasant and asked if I needed any condiments, food was perfectly hot and fresh!

Lines backed up inside and out and no ice. Not so hot today.

Did not wait long for our order good and hot. Also I'm thankful for the manager working yesterday at 4:00PM I drop my cell in the parking lot and someone found it and turn it in to the manager to the person who found it God bless you there are still honest people in this world and to the manager and employees that day my hat goes to all of you. Thanks for all you do.

Waited at least 30 min for our food. People were rude.

too much playing going on music blasting and service was extremely slow

Unfortunately, after waiting for almost 15 minutes in the drive thru my order was completely wrong. I didn't feel like it would even be worth my time to go back and complain.

Fast, polite service. I wish the employees had told the man at the counter, polity to stop cussing instead of encouraging and engaging him in further conversation.

I love this place. The morning crew is friendly and efficient.

Love it. Pulled up, ordered food, paid. Manager came up to the window and explained that the only impossible whopper they had was old so she dropped a fresh one for me. She also made me fresh fries at the same time and everyone was super polite. Great experience!

Yuk, place looks dirty. No organization, customers not served in order, they take care of their friends first ahead of other customers Will not go back! No unsweetened tea either:/
