On almost every drive thru visit the Order Clerk is running back and forth from her station to the kitchen to do other things. In every case it delayed the taking of the order, the delivery to take out window and a staff that was unaware of the importance of a pleasant attitude when serving their customer. Moreover, my orders are messed up approx 20% of the time and the last visit, half my order was apparently, never heard. BK ! You can do better than this.

Good food but 8 flys hanging out and smell of burnt grease. Otherwise that food was good no complaints. Bring back the King himself to arrive any Burger King so he can do his sneaking and making people smile.

Was not even able to order. Waited over 20 mins and eventually left due to terribly slow service.

Slowest Burger King ever, I spent 20 minutes on line for breakfast and I was the only person online. This is the 4th time Idk why they take so long and they don't make the food to order. This is blasphemy!!! Two thumbs down

They get large orders out quick! When we go there we order 10 whoppers to go and so far Very fast. Clean and cheerful atmosphere. We did go in and eat there and it was pleasant.

Got both my orders wrong, 1st they had my burgers all wrong, and missed a 10pc nugget that I had to pay for, 2nd time was earlier 20 mins ago, they give me my card back with no receipt and forget another 10pc nugget again, and I call them they say theres nothing they could do if I dont have a receipt, BUT ITS THEIR FAULT THEY DIDNT GIVE ME A RECEIPT. I shouldve known something was up. The people that work there are just sad. Is it that hard to read a ticket?

Drive thru was fast but order was short.ordrred 4-20 piece nuggets and cheese balls. I drove away, , missing 20 piece nuggets, went back and inside, asked for missing food. Left with bag, went to truck, checked food, Still Short 10 nuggets. Back inside I go, asked for them, got them, and left.
Each time employee was polite and helpful. So all and all fast friendly service.

This is always a two trip Burger King. You never get what you paid for the first time. When it is right, I still have to bring it back. What you advertise and what you sell is not even remotely close to each other. You don't answer or return phone calls. I live less than a minute from here and this is the easiest location for me to get to. I will certainly be giving the neighboring Burger King my business from here on out.

Good fast food. Busy lunchtime crowd. Food & service was great!

I just left. My husband got his milkshake which he enjoyed and I enjoyed my caramel sundae except they hardly filled the cup half way. I looked up pictures of caramel sundaes from BK and it is definitely not what I got. It is inconsiderate of the employees to obviously not put enough. I can see if they are busy and we ordered a lot but this was not the case. If I would have realized this before my husband handed it to me and drove away , I would have got it fixed. I understand it was $1.69, but it's the principal and it looked like it was an add on to a kids meal.

Drive Thru cashier stated "I hate these people" .... Wow, you chose this job!
I gave the code for my food to the cashier, but she continued to ask me for a coupon
Then she told me to check my mail...Lady the coupon code is ELECTRONIC!
I told the cashier I was dining in.... The put my food in a bag!
NOW!!!! I understand why you work here!

RUDE RUDE RUDE. I go there everyother day and they do NOT get any they have a attitude like i am bothering them. I dont get all my food or i get the wrong food.

Ordered the bacon burger, what I got was a piece of bacon about the size of my thumbnail slathered in mustard and ketchup.:/ they couldn't even put it between the buns, it was half hanging out when I opened it. I took a picture and won't be going back...it was very disappointing....

Always slow service never have my order correct I dont understand it's only burgers and fries how hard

The burgers was cold the service was terrible those teenagers have no respect they were slow two people got their food before me even though I ordered less they got theirs so I do not care for that Burger King and I will not ever go back there and anybody that I see I will let them know it's not a good place to go get food when you're in the line when you get out of the line and go inside is even worse no no no don't like it that's my comment

The drive thru wait was long. I arrived at the window and my sandwich was still not ready. I had to ask for a receipt also.

I purchased the unbelievable Whopper today and it was amazing. I love veggie burgers and this taste like a real hamburger. A must try.

When I got in line to order, I was looking at the menu to pick and some guy jumped over the rail in front of me and the man behind me and started ordering, the lady just took his order not saying anything even though I was already there, and then she completely messed up and order, my crispy chicken wasn't crispy and all it was supposed to have was mayo, but all it had was lettuce, and messed up a wopper to

Not exactly fast food, very disorganized, food was good but the employees inside were having too much fun and giving poor attention to the patrons in the drive through.

The meatless whopper was to expensive but i have just seen they are 2 for 6$ now

Unless your a buddy/Homie of the cashier you will get overlooked and skipped in one. Food was correct

They offer online ordering but don t cook the food until you get there to pick it up so they should discontinue this service because that is not online ordering I ordered food got there the lady said you have to get in line I m thinking this is going to take my whole lunch break because the line was long I had to wait behind people that were walking in ordering just left

I was eating lunch at the restaurant on Normandy Boulevard Jacksonville Florida and two guys almost got into a fist fight very agitating and there was other occupants in the restaurant as well there was a lot of yelling and cursing totally unnecessary

Cause it was me as the first customer in lane no one else in front of me , it took them 25 minutes to serves me with my order 2 Berger 2 lages 2 drink. And i could not eat the food the meat was cold and grease. They were cooking everything in a cold, and nasty oil i had to work i didn't have any chance to call them back i wasn't ratified at all . the one blinding and wesconet in jax fl bad services

Worse service ever. They had charged customers ahead of us someone else's order. Then did not want to straighten orders out. Then had orders backed up because they acted as they did not know what they were doing. Total disaster.

Waited in line for 10 minutes, 2 cars in front of me. I gave up drove around and there were no cars at the window.

This location lacks any form of professionalism to say the least. I was in the drive thru behind another guest who a problem with a staff members attitude, whom decided to go toe to toe with the customer while the manager standing right there allowing this type of behavior? This is not the first tine that i have winess this kind of behavior from the same crew member and the Manager standing there allowing it to happen.This happened during breakfast around 8am. Poor Customer Service!!

Burger King is Burger King! You either like & eat it or You don't.

I stop here every morning on my way to work and every afternoon on way home. They have very respectful staff. I've never had a problem with my service other than I had to wait a few minutes for some sweet tea. But I got a hash brown for the wait.

Food fairly good service needs working on thur drive thru

Food was cold. I told the young lady my was cold, she took them and put it back with the other whoppers. She didn't even give me new ones. I waited and waited until I got another young lady's attention and she gave me two warm whoppers.
