Disgraceful! Orderd my salon wear over two months ago and still waiting after being told it would take maximum two weeks. Customer service is a joke !!

Have bought the tunics and trousers, the colour and fabric is excellent.
Will definitely by again

Honest never again uniform turned up it wasn't even embroidered with my college logo I was expected to hem the pants myself I know I won't ever use these again I have bought my own salon uniform still waiting 2 months for the correct uniform

Uniforms are great fit and material is long lasting no discoloration from hair dye etc very happy with product and service

I placed my order over the Christmas period. Tonya ensured my items were with me asap. The tunics are the best quality I have ever used. I'm a Therapist 15 years!

I placed an order for my university uniform and received order in good time , however realised upon delivery that I needed a different size , as advised I sent the order back to the address and waited, a few days later I contacted the company via email to confirm they had received my returned items and a lovely lady named tonia responded to me in a timely manner and was very helpful she emailed me frequently through out the day to answer my query and it was soon noticed that it was my error and that I had written an incorrect number in the post code , once this was established I felt that tonia went above and beyond to ensure the parcel was retrieved and order amended ASAP as she aknowleded the deadline that I had. She was very friendly and made feel very positively about the company I felt like tonia really cared about Me as a customer and I would like to personally thank her very much for the 5* customer service that she gave she turned a very stressful situation to one that made my day :)

I love all my purchases. Everything came super fast in the mail .I got the Belle , Glow, and Blossom Tunics . The Belle fits snug , may go up a size in that style . (Purchased a size 8 would get 10. I buy size small in Canada or 4-6 ) Beautiful and professional uniforms for my studio :) ty

I did buy the skinny version, but bearing in mind that these trousers are for people who spend alot of time walking the calf width is way too small! Waist sizing however comes up correct. I didn't realise you had to take the trouser hem up yourself (although I quite like this as I don't mind sewing). Some of the stitching came apart under the fly which I also had to Sew. I wouldn't buy again.

AVOID!! We placed a order on 12th September and was told it would be dispatched on 16th with a 3 to 5 day delivery time,17 days later nothing as arrived and we keep getting fobbed off when we send them emails with vague replies saying it is on it's way, it was dispatched late and it should be with me today or tomorrow, Now had enough and going to get in touch with card company to get payment reversed.

Total 5 star customer service from Tonia at salonweardirect. I ordered a tunic 2 weeks before my course started, I received an email stating I wouldn t receive my tunic until August. However after an email explaining I was only doing a short course and didn t need my tunic in August, Tonia personally sorted this for me. She kept me updated about it being dispatched and I have just recieved my tunic this morning ready to start my course tomorrow. Definitely recommend

Sizes are small so definitely order the next size up from what you'd usually wear. Great company, fast delivery, nice stretchy uniforms. Would recommended

I love my tunics from Salonwear, they are really easy to look after, I literally just wash them and put them on a hanger and they are ready for me in the morning. The fabric is really durable and comfortable. Romney in customer services is extremely helpful when ever I contact Salonwear. I would always recommend Salonwear Direct.

I ordered from Salonwear for the first time and can say that the quality of the clothing is excellent and the delivery was quick too. I will definitely use again.

Delighted with tops, nice material, has some stretch in it which is nice. Wasn't sure what size to order I can be a 14 sometimes in the bust but not hips but went for 12 and it fitted lovely.

Fast delivery service.

Would avoid them at all costs. Purchased a black polo shirt as part of uniform and name badge over a month ago and have only just recieved the polo shirt.
Alongside this the customer services is a joke, with half baked answers and blatant lies they WILL just fob you off becuase they don't care.
They advertise you will recieve your kit before college and will notify you once your uniform is on it's way. Nothing of the sort. I would avoid and source your kit elsewhere for a cheaper cost.

I read the previous reviews and nearly did not buy but the girls really liked the style. I could not be happier with the service and the tunics are brilliant. We have had so many compliments.
