I hate it when i finally go once a month for Them to tell Me every single time there is no zesty sauce Drives Me insane.

What! They ran out of Whoppers! That's what I was told smh.

Slow service inside and out. The floor was sticky from dried up soda that obviously no one bothered to clean up. Use to go there years ago and was very disappointed as to how bad it is. On top of that food was cold.

They lost ALOT of customers today. It took about 20min minimum in drive thru. The car in front drove to the window after being ignored & had to order. I had too yell "hello" 6 times before someone rudely told me to wait. It was beyond disgusting customer service today. And mind you there was no other cars besides mine & the one in front of me. No one was wearing masks or gloves. But had a big sign saying EVERYONE was to wear a mask no exceptions. Made no sense.

Poor service unsatisfactory unprofessional lack of skill just pull all the way around need assistant to show them the right way to deal with customers

They rush you to order. Very rude. Rang up one order as two different orders. BOX! Sat for good 4 minutes before cashier even came to window for money? She dropped my change on my car, outside. Food WAS good I ain't gonna lie..but I will never go there again!

People don't know what this store goes through on a daily basis. This BK has changed alot after having replaced the gm there and got new staff. We're trying our best to let go of the old and bring in the new. But one last thing. If u going to rate BK one star and stay talking about it then don't come back period point blank.

Terrible. No matter what time of day you go, the food is never up to standard. Nasty brown lettuce, no times on the sandwiches. For all I know this sandwich had been sitting for an hour with how it looks and taste. They always have a forever long wait. Just nasty. Managers need to be retained and learn proper food safety and handling.

OK prices and service, u can use discount coupons for meals.

A bit run down but the burger prices make up for any shortcomings in decor and service

Went thru the drive thru, charged for the wrong order and told to wait for "fresh food". Sat in backseat with my screaming baby for 20 mins til i drove around and took my baby inside. Manager had forgotten to bring me my food. Least she could have done is offer my kid a toy. 1 star out of 10.

BK on Southside Blvd and Touchton Rd dayshift is my favorite, they are always so nice and get it right everytime!

Sat in line for like 15 min and nothing moved even after ordering... two people drove off in front of me.

The food and service are very nice. The soda machine needed to be restocked, but the tea was very good, so it was fine

I had a whopper and a diet coke and everything was very good and the attitude was very nice.

The had 3 or 4 staff working with only one person working the drive thru, took abought 20 minutes to get food.

Prices are through the roof. Street sign advertising two Whoopers for Six Dollars. Newspaper buy one get one free Whopper coupon - manager wanted $4 plus tax. Company policy. Whopper has been my favorite burger. Never again Burger King.

Lied and said my fries my take a while because they're going to be fresh but was not and Nuggets were cold.

DO NOT EAT HERE!. I gave this place a try despite some of the reviews, but my experience is a negative one. They took so long to take my order and once I was at the second window I realized the lady at the window didn't have a mask or gloves on. I looked a little further and briefly saw the conditons of the food station which was nasty. She suddenly gave me my drink, which had dirty wet finger prints ALL on it. I reject the entire meal and drove off. Do not eat here. There's a good chance you may catch more than covid there.

Dry personalities, luke warm food and dirty tables to be expected here.

The store gets their work done very fast. And the customers are very patient. I love the way it smell and the bathroom is very pretty on the outside

Cashier had an attitude because I changed my order to the meal instead of the sandwich and fries due to the price. She then got angry and left the restaurant because her manager told her not to forget a customer's order.

I had to leave because my food was taking so long to get. In the line for at least 15 minutes and still haven't even been able to pay. Only 3 car's were in line. This is not the first time this has happened to me. At this location. Nearest to me unfortunately.

This was a great Burger King I had never been here before and I had had an early doctor's appointment and I was craving a Whopper I knew it was early but I went in and ordered the two for $6 special and I said I know I'm early but I'll be happy to wait until you cook them they were so nice and so sweet all of the staff were wonderful and I sat there and waited happily they gave me a Coke and then as I was leaving they gave me a french fry I love this Burger King I will continue to go to this Burger King it's much better than the one on King Street in Riverside thank you for the king and by the way the burger was awesome!

Food sucks.staff look like they don't want to work!.

The worst Burger King there is! I get the same thing every time I come and have never had a issue. Come this morning and they cant use a different bun for my order, and when I say I get it all the time they ask me am I sure its this one. Will never eat there again

Don't do it! Terrible! Nothing was hot even though we were waiting for 10 minutes. Chewy onion rings, the greasiest taco I ever saw. Burgers were cold, bland and disappointing. I've had gas station hot dogs that were better than this meal. Waste of time and money. Stay home and have a bowl of cereal or drive to any other Burger King and roll the dice.

I don't like it twice and gone and. I was treated badly this time I went to serve and the girl who attended me was rude and charged me more. And when I got his mistake restored. I was charged twice for the card

Customer service has went down drastically for the past couple years....

Was rudely told to return to the first window to pay..when I said there was no one at the first window...cashier replied "well if you want your order you need to go back around to the first window" . There was a long line of cars...I left...my daughter went back 10 minutes later and rude behavior continued. Very disappointing treatment

Always great experience but could be a little more clean place to eat

This is one of the better locations BK has. Service was good, accurate and friendly. I usually make a special order and they got it right here.
