THREE times in a ROW I've gone on the weekend and ...

THREE times in a ROW I've gone on the weekend and ordered a double sausage, egg & cheese croissant, and all three times they've given me a single for the price of the double.

The first time I didn't check it until I got home, and just didn't feel like driving back. The second time, I forgot to check until I got to work and couldn't go back. THIS time, though, I remembered to check, and sure enough, they did it to me AGAIN. I walked in and explained this had happened to me three times in a row, which ISN'T an accident, but a systematic problem that amounts to FRAUD. The "manager" gave me a sour look, and very lightly chastised her staff telling them they have to check the orders before sending them out. I let them try again. After all this, they actually did it AGAIN.

Needless to say, I was NOT happy, slammed the bag down on the counter and just said "SERIOUSLY?!!". I explained again that this was now the FOURTH time in a row, TWICE in the same visit that they did this, and asked if they understood that this constitutes FRAUD. All miss bedazzled eye makeup could do then was get angry and tell me how it wasn't her fault and say I "threw the food at her", that she would NEVER get that upset over being screwed over FOUR TIMES IN A ROW, to which I simply responded "I don't believe you for one second".

PATHETIC. CHECK YOUR ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME if you eat here, or they WILL screw you.
