They were short staffed, it took an hour to have my order ready. A freaking hour at a fast food joint is just wow. The manager was

Says play ground on the sign...no play ground. Place was empty. There was trash on the floor. No cup lids or ketchup cups. Kids toys were basically baby toys. Literally it was 3 plastic blocks with numbers 1-3 on them. The manager left work to go pick up an employee at home. Bathroom floor was wet. Overall not gross but not great.

Burger King on Blanding , need to more respectful of the customers service, they're rushing to get u out of the drive- thu. And not giving u all your order.I didn't go back to get the next day nor any other days. Bad services

This BK is just o.k.. If go inside to dine excellent but the drive thru can be a nightmare from slow orders to broken order display to missing items.

Whopper, fries, zesty sauce and a vanilla shake.....Oh my!

All the black workers keep swearing and calling each other the N word. This is a family restaurant for Christ sake.

Was unable to check out order at the location as it went.

Manager told me she'd give a $5.00 meal for the inconvenience.

I ordered and found out she took about $1.00 off a meal instead of a $5.00 gift card as I understood her prior to placing any order.

They ordered me a meal and charged me $5.31 instead of me placing any order.

I would of had a whopper and small fries no beverage if I could of placed my order on the mobile app for the offer.

Ripped me off and tried to make it look as though I was a problem.

Showed them my attempts to check out on the app that kept reverting to a different location after placing order at mobile check out.

Flawed.

Busy BK, and not enough staff. Food was normal BK, but wait was long.

Terrible. I ordered a burger and when I took a bite out of the sandwich the meat had some sort of stringy substance that made me gag. Probably won't ever eat BK again .

Good food, order was correct, and the lady who helped us was super nice.

Rude at night a week ago , cold food and forgot my drink and of course I didn't realize that until I was home . Also I wanted a milkshake and of course the machine doesn't work for night crew because they break it down to early so I told them just give me a cherry icee she said and these are her words " We ain't got no cherry right now so I got the cola one. Oh and the funnel fries was cold and barely had powder sugar on it ...... Tonight was ok only my fries was missing.

First of all the manager took the order through the drive-thru and was very rude. Second when I pulled up to the window I paid cash and a girl did not give me a receipt. When I went to the second window the manager told me that I would have to pay before giving me my food and I told him I paid the girl at the first window and he yelled in my face that I have to pay so I yelled back at him that I did and he needs to check with his employee at the first window. Might I mention he was on his cell phone the whole time. Then he told me that I had to back my car up and sit at the first window until my food was ready. So I told him that I was not going to backup to fix his numbers on his timers because he was so rude. Then he proceeded to tell me that I can sit right where I'm at and wait two damn minutes then and slammed the window in my face. He also looked very dirty his shirt was untucked and the entire time he was speaking to me he was on his cell phone.

Worst customer service I've had and the Whopper wasn't a whopper. Very unsatisfied.

Haven't eaten at BK in a while. It was new on the inside, clean and the food was good. The cashier was friendly and gave us optional sides

I have visited the location twice in the past couple of months, and both times service delivered by management was horrendous and not customer service oriented.
In early June, my boyfriend and I visited the location and his portion of the order was incorrect. We were the only car in the drive thru, and we waited for an employee to notice us. One did, a blonde manager, she made direct eye contact with me as I was waving my hands attempting to get the attention. As soon as she made eye contact, she glared and looked away. My boyfriend then parked the car and had to go inside to get his order fixed. The employee who actually took his order (wish I would have gotten her name) was walking out (leaving her shift or having a break probably) as he was going in. The employee recognized him from the drive thru, followed him back inside and helped fixed his order.
The manager (blonde) did not speak with him at all.
Incident number two happened yesterday (07/13/19). Also at the drive thru. Same exact scenario, same exact blonde manager making eye contact and looking away. Except this time, we had to knock on their drive thru window to get their attention.
I guess this is the customer service they are delivering. The first incident really rubbed me the wrong way, and I gave it a month and benefit of the doubt. But now I see that this manager is deliberately ignoring customers and not doing her actual job. Won't be back.

Needs better customer service and needs to be cleaned.. staff needs better uniforms

Good food. Always nice and fresh. Orders have been correct. Visited this location at least 10 times in the last 4 months.

Food was Fresh, Tasty, Service gr8, and Dining room clean.

Why is the manager and two employees hanging outside the building? The manager is yelling on the phone and they are just hanging out and giving dirty looks as I drive by.. Very unprofessional.

Okay Place fast service but check your food bag cuz they get the order wrong a lot

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Have spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru on multiple occasions and the "manager" literally does not care at all. She dropped the change in my hand without looking and half of it fell on the ground, then someone tries to hand me the wrong order. I'll never go back here.

At this particular Burger King service is always very bad

Employees was courteous, food was hot and fresh. Bathroom was not clean!

If you want fast food stay away from this place you'll sit in line while they try to figure out how to prepare your food then it will still be wrong... Place is a joke bk what are you doing....

I like Burger King every now & again, but a home made hamburger, is just as good or better to me. There whopper is what I always get when I go. The Burger King is the first restaurant that me & my father ate at, after not seeing each other for some years. That being said now, you all probably get that part of why I like the whopper & Burger King was cause if Daddy liked it, I probably would to. I did & still do like Burger King! Oh, they also have some good shakes & desserts.

Impossible burger burnt. Fries cold. Both replaced, people working there were not rude to me, and even apologized but also way to preoccupied talking about personal things between employees literally while I was ordering. I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my order. It was very strange.

Clean. Has an older style building. Very friendly staff.

Well waited in the drive through for 13 minutes...one car behind the speaker and one sitting at window...no orders were taken..just asked to please wait to order....so don't choose this BK...

I got that special those two Whoppers for $6 they worth

Took almost 10 minutes 2 get thru the drive thru and there were only 3 cars in front of me.

I normally don't write negative reviews, but last night I got the reason to. First, the drive thru was closed, so I had to go in. I ordered my family bundle. (3 whopper, 3 bacon cheeseburger, 3 small fry. )and a10 piece nugget. When I got the food, no nuggets. I got the nuggets and left. On the way home, I realized the fries are unsalted. Get home and eat. Whopper has no onion or tomatoes and the bacon cheeseburger has no bacon. That is all. Rant over.

Went to stop in with family. Took the staff almost 15 minutes to take the orders. Finally someone did. Then it took another 30 to get the food. Would not recommend. Go to another place with better service.

So I love bk but I dont usually eat inside but I wanted to sit down and enjoy an mean with my mother and the whole time were inside theres a black man not eating just standing at the counter being loud as possible talking to the staff in the back and they were just as loud talking back to him just loud as possible like they're in there own homes. It frustrated me to no end that I couldn't even eat and enjoy my meal because it was to dam loud in there
