Burger King Corp Review

Would have Gave 5 stars but for some reason Burger king was slow tonight thru the drive thru. Normally it will be fast but the food is delicious...

Spent 45 minutes in drive thru line slowest fast food ever.

No consistency, got our order wrong, and my burger was cold. Should have waited until I got home.

I love the service, I get good hot food a out standing greetings. The staff and crew care about their customers, it starts with a warm greetings

They always forget something, had me pull up to wait for my order in still forgot the sandwich they asked me to pull up for

If I could give this place NO STARS I would...I dont know why I keep spending my money here!

My fish really was bad and paid for cheese didnt get it. Drive thru is bad for the cheese

Quick service for a large order. Can beat 10 nuggets for $1.69

The service is terrible 28 minutes for a cold Hamburger never AGAIN

Just visited there. Went through the drive thru. When I got in line there were two cars in front of me. When I got to the speaker I waited for 10 minutes to place my order. 2 for 6 -a whopper and a crispy chicken with a large fry and a small fry. This is what I got. Thought it was a burger at first. In reality it was a nasty grilled chicken. When I pulled around no cars in front of me and I waited another 10 minutes on my order. Waiting on fries they said.

Order was accurate and pretty fast. Staff was friendly enough. Only complaint is that I went in the evening, and the parking lot is not very well lit.

Drive thru was slow. Food was cold. No napkins or forks.

I got my food pretty fast and it was hot and fresh.

Extremely slow service and got my (very simple) order wrong.

I didn't eat any food from here but I used their WiFi and it worked pretty well. Staff was friendly enough. Also they play Christian Radio here and the store has a good vibe.

My sourdough burger came out with raw onion and wasn t grilled at all they literally just stuck the patty on bread

Sweet Tea was served at drive thru already soured. It was replaced with another drink, but it was inconvenient and took the fast out of fast food. Service otherwise was ok. Looked as though it had been recently cleaned.

Service was slow and there wasn't a long line. They actually forgot our order and the people in front of us. This was for dine in

Veryyyyy slow service. They even got my order wrong but because they were so slow I didn't bother going back to fix it.

Cashier didn't listen, didn't read back order. Had to have Manager come and fix it. Manager berated all of the staff in front of customers the whole time we were in there. Morale was low. Then Whopper was made wrong (with cheese). Manager asked if I was allergic to cheese because I said I did not want cheese, implyingrhat I should just take it the way it came. Person who made Whopper wrong gave me attitude saying "Why'd you watch me make it and not say anything?" as if it's my job as the customer to even know who's order she's making. The whole thing took over half an hour. Also the whole restaurant was out of ketchup. How do you let that happen? Floors were sticky and the place smelt bad. Will not go back.

I love going there because it was a really juicy and really good the tomatoes were excellent and they're on your rings yummy.

What happened to the signature "flame broiled" burgers? I couldn't tell the difference between their burger and any other fast food burger. The quality of the meat was substandard. Oh, and my food was cold. I will not be returning. Not worth it.

Always fast and the order always right. What more can you ask for!

How unprofessional can the hiring management be? If it s not one thing, it s the other. Been trying to start working all together for 2 months now, while seeing other people get jobs after me applying a like a month before they did. Wasted too much gas, why exactly am I trying to get a job?? To afford the gas I already can t afford.

The young lady who took our order in the drive up window was not friendly rushing us while there was 5 cars ahead of us we waited 21 minutes to get our food didn't apologize either wow

Little slow in the drive through , but the nice lady working the window was very courteous.

They forgot all the ingredients on my hamburger. Talked to the manager and he is going to make it right.

Everytime I end up at this location I feel like I've been duped. I've gone through the drive thru and had to spend 40 minutes total waiting on "fast food" just to receive the wrong food. Then I'm like hey ill try the app see if that makes things better. So I place a simple order. 30 minutes later I am waiting for my food. Meanwhile 8 people are waiting for service. The lady assigned to the counter only visits the counter twice in 20 minutes. Finally I'm asked what I'm waiting on. I tell her the food behind the counter with my name on it. I mean I'm standing under the pickup sign... In total it took 50+ minutes from order to receiving to get my FOOD. and the place had an attitude. I don't mean just one person had an attitude, the entire staff from the cooks to the manager did their absolute best to ignore people. Hell I stood there for 20minutes and the manager who clearly saw the crowd more than once never even opened her mouth to speak unless it was to make a joke with her coworkers.

Still can't beat the Whopper and eat them since I was in high school

This burger king place should be close! Terrible customer service, they're so rude!all the crew was lazy, they have line in the counter and they're all playing and laughing..all the customers left.. i would not even give this place any star!

Horrible customer service. It took twenty mins for a burger and some luke warm fries.

Drive through too long just pulled out when to Church's

I arrived there at 11:30 and their closing time is 1AM. They did not wanted to serve me

Came in today with kids after school. First time visit. The equipment and floor the soda machines all greasy and sticky and unclean. Makes me thing about the equipment making the food. The employee was nice a friendly it was not busy at 430 but it took 12min waiting for our food. While other got their food we had to wait...forever. 2.5 stars is my expierence there.

Always clean at this location, accurate and adept staff, goodness in the hood.

Went inside as the drive thru was full. People were great. Fish sandwich was a little mushy and the onion rings had been in the warming tray a little to long. But it was edible.

Very bad tonight. Waited in line in drive thru for about 20 mins, got home, order wrong. Called store and went to voice mail. Wrong food tasted good tho. The manager called me back and offered me my correct order for free. I went Friday evening to get it and she personally came out to see me. She apologized and thanked me for letting her make it right.

Burger King at 6634 Normandy Blvd do not wipe their tables at all.

Would of gave 5 stars but drive thru speaker was broke and they could of handled it better

Slow service and never enough workers in the A.M. hours.

Be careful and check your, someone have a problem following directions with your order, wants to give what they want you to have or they can't read

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes they are really good.. most of the time it takes 20-30 minutes in the drivethrough. They were out of the sauce i asked for so I got BBQ instead and this is what I got. It like... barely enough to cover the bottom of the container. Like.. really??

I haven't eaten here in at least 2 years and I had breakfast this time. Everything was hot, fresh and made when I ordered it.

Every table was dirty, the floor was filthy so were the windows, etc. There was something wrong between the "manager" and the employees. They were all upset and yelling at each other. I won't be back.
