Great quality produce, however a lot is overpriced. I've seen a lot of brands a couple of dollars cheaper at other similar stores such as Peaches south Fremantle, leeming and south freo IGA, farmer Jacks, fresh provisions etc.

Examples are the Over the Moon Kefir was $1 more, the nutty Bruce Almond Milk was about $2 more. Sounds small but adds up at the checkout when you're stocking up for the fortnight. Made Juices and Pressed Earth juices, the coyo yogurt etc all marked up. I don't even understand why, as other stores in the area sell it at the rrp.

Also bought a medium size lamb cauliflower salad, got to the checkout and it was $17. It was already packed for me so felt obliged to buy it, and it was defs high quality, but it was way overpriced for what it was! That's what a you pay in a restaurant for the same quality and a much bigger portion.

Overall the food is amazing, and they've curated a carefully selected range of local produce, however I think they could do themselves a favour and price match a lot of products to other stores, and I'd be far more obliged to do my health shopping there.

No argument that the produce and range is great with a definite leaning to the high end. A good baker with an extensive range of cake and bread.

The deli is also notable for the range of prepared salad and meals for take away.

The cheese fridge has a huge range of Australian and imported cheese.

The two main issues with the Boatshed is the prices of some items. You shouldn't have to get your bank to pre-approve your shopping.

The other issue is the carpark. For those who are not keen on hitting a Porsche or have concerns about being hemmed in by some Range Rovers, just park across Jarrad Street or if you want, across Stirling Highway.

I live in Melbourne now and visit Perth every year. Every time I am back, I come here. Downside: it's expensive. But it has the best butcher, fishmonger, patisserie, bottle shop, fromagerie, and produce in Perth, all under one roof.

This one is for the finer things in life where quality reach supreme over quantity. As with all more luxurious goods also here are the prices tags to match, however if you would like to indulge yourself this is the place, very nice selection of European wines and cheeses certainly worth while a browse.

Wow what an awesome place I stumbled upon literally. The boatshed butcher shop was fantastic and meat is superb the guys here are lovely with their manners and service they even put my meat on ice for long drive back. Bloody brilliant. There range of meat is exhausting but worth it as too is there beautiful made bacon smoked by Chris this bacon and meat was flavourful and amazing. The boatshed market was just as impressive as the butcher's. Produced was fresh and fantastic aisles are very skinny not the best for a disabled person but nonetheless accessible. The range of pasta's, tea's and gourmet cheese was brilliant. Had a carvery and fresh baked bread and desert bar and fresh flowers. Definitely will be going back. Top place.

Massive range of fresh ready made meals, fruit, vege, and other ingredients (the cheese and fresh pasta range is insane). The prices for most things are high, but fair for the quality. The disappointing part is seeing off the shelf items easily available at major supermarkets for twice the price.

4 stars for range, presentation and service. The only thing that gets me is that a lot of their pre prepared items look AMAZING but just don't deliver on taste. Love their new wine loft too.

Well done to the management for training your staff so well.

Elegant place for groceries.... They have a daily food menu for breakfast lunch and dinner, they also cater food but you have to pick it up yourself, the only thing i didnt see was that once you have bought your food there should be a place to sit and eat or maybe i didnt check in detail, but their displace of food items has a class of its own... beautiful display.

There is a large variety of quality foods available, however they can be a bit pricey. I have found that the pre-cooked meals available at the deli don t seem to taste as fresh or nice as they used to about a year ago.

Yes a beautiful store but it is crazy expensive!! Obviously it has all the fancy produce that is pricey but also run of the mill items, for example Bannister Downs milk which is generally $1.99 elsewhere is $2.95 here.

So good but very expensive. I'm all for paying for the finer things in life but the Boatshed is more of a treat than a weekly shop type of place. The pastries, meat, and fish are all fantastic with a good selection of produce as well.

Its a good place for a quick lunch or easy dinner as well. Just wish it were cheaper.

Excellent produce and good variety of fruits and vegetables. The highlight is the butchery but be prepared to show the cash as needed; nothing is cheap but hey, you get what you paid for
