Burger King Corp Review

Almost ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Have had a few bad encounters with rude staff or painfully slow service, should ve just went and sat down at a restaurant instead.

They dropped my Whopper on the floor and was going to put it in the bag anyway. I had to tell them to replace it with a new burger. Gross!

Got my food and it was cold. Maybe in the afternoons it's better but I would not recommend going there for breakfast.

Slow line, food subpar, even for fast food. Won't be visiting this location again.

Really great people work here nice and went the extra mile to make my little girl happy with her cheese burger:)

Excellent service and food. I purchased the 2 for $6 burger & chicken sandwich, both were great and prepared as requested.

They forgot my order all the tables were dirty and it smelled really bad in there never going back again!!! !

I am on a low carb diet so I ordered 2 Whopper paddies they did not know how to do that so I said forget it just give me two Whoppers for my daughter and her friend. so I pull up to the window to pay since it's mix or match for $6 I said can I make one of them a chicken sandwich and they tell me no that the Whoppers are already made as I wait close to 5 min to get my order. I won't be back. Oh and the reviews of fast service! This place has NEVER been fast! Even if you are the only one in line.

Slow service not enough people who know how to do the job on staff during my visit. Waited 20 minutes for incorrectly made food.

This is probably the worst Burger King I have ever visited personally. A bunch of young kids ( teenagers ) operate this location and they are high on attitude and low on customer service.

Every time I go, I meet the sweetest cashiers and my order is always correct and hot. I have never once had bad customer service and only place I've been were I always get fresh hot fries

Girl at front counter had an attitude today and refused to listen to me,blamed her problems on her coworkers.

Love it they have good food and great ice cream cones for a dollar

This location has been bad every time I've visited. Drive thru is always really slow and the food is barely warm if that.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place and it's staff is trash. Took 20 minutes for my order to be taken at the speaker. They took it wrong mind you. And when I tried to let them know it was wrong I was rudely interrupted and told to pull forward. Turns out the MANAGER was the one taking orders. She did not acknowledge my presence at all other then to take my money and hand me my food. When I asked for a receipt I was told Yea sure just to have the window slammed in my face. So Bc they can't take an order right two of my kids won't have there "treat" for lunch tomorrow like I promised. Bc I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN.

Wrong order! No apology from staff.. the breakfast menu was up but they had stopped serving breakfast. The wait time was excessive

Staff is always friendly the only problem is that you wait a long time when you're at the counter for somebody to assist you

I ate ate at the one on Normandy Blvd in Jacksonville and i didn't like it. They got all of my orders wrong and the service was horrible. Very bad place to eat.

One of the worst Burger Kings. I have gone more than once and dont expect to get food quickly. Slowest service in fast food. Waited in the drive through forever. It just sucks. If you feel like waiting for food forever, then go here.

Why act like you will make a burger as asked when the grill staff just puts what they want on it? Because they count on you not coming back when they steal your money by giving you what you don't want. Wish granted, not EVER coming back!!

Great place. Very fast ,even when busy. About 8 people were waiting for their order to be completely finished and in 5 minutes, EVERYONE was served.

They changed. Its even worst. They never get your order right at the drive thru !!

They had no fried products at this time but worse the staff are not friendly with no sense of humor

I was there over 45 mins.. I tried to be patient and understanding due to them being short handed but the staff was just standing around.. They could give two cards if the whole store was getting upset as well as drive thru.. I won't.be coming back

Google says open until midnight but I went by at 10:00 pm on the dot and EVERY light was off and the parking lot empty.

The drive thru wait time is ridiculous!! It literally takes them almost 5 minutes to take an order per vehicle so if you re the 3 or 4th vehicle you just waited 15 20 minutes then you wait another 14 20 min to get your food.

Worst place..no soda just tea..no paper towels..slow

Very rude over the drive thru speaker. Totaled my meal out without even asking if I was done. They didnt have and chicken products or French fries on a Tuesday at noon. Only Burgers. Also I did not receive a receipt and the lady in the drive thru practically threw the bag at me through my window. WOST BURGER KING EVER!

Had lunch and got saved all at the same time. Food was typical Burger King, but trying to eat in the dining room was torture. Wherever I sat, the loudspeakers (very loud!) were playing this hideous wailing (music?) -- something about JEEEEESus I love you and JEEEEEESus make me whole, . . . . OK, I just stopped in for lunch. I did not stop in and pay good money in order to have someone else's religion rammed down my throat. Rude, inconsiderate, inappropriate, and I'll never go back. There are plenty of other places to eat where I don't have to suffer someone else's religion.

It's a fast food restaurant. But the staff are really friendly. Restaurant is always clean beverage bar is clean.

Slow... like..... S L O W. Woman at window said they are short handed. About 3 people working during the 5 PM rush. This is not the usual here

Sat in the drive thru behind like five cars for about 30 minutes after everyone got frustrated and rode off I drive up to the window and honked twice while a girl in clear view was on her cell and refused to look up and come to the window. Thia isn't the first time this has happened and im pretty upset. If they can't work they need to be replaced. This is out of hand. This was around 945pm

Open for business in morning, but not ready to serve food?

The Whopper, is my favorite fast food hamburger period, and a double whopper even more. Fresh 10pc. chicken nuggets for a $1.49 can't be beat, even by McDonald's. I love Burger King!!!

Horrible experience stopped by to grab a bite before we went to a friend's out of town and the cashier didn't take my order right only placed one meal which was the second meal I ordered not even my first meal. Then blamed that he was deaf when I complained. So I placed my order once again and it was wrong my cheese burger was plain and tasted horrible. My husband's fries was very cold so when he took them back he got a attitude from a lady when asked for hot fries. This was the worse burger king experience I have ever had. Will not ever return here nor would I tell someone to come here.

It was alright. Too many onions and ketchup was in one spot, no love.

Every time I come here the service is slow and they are always out of certain items how in the heck can you call a sandwich the bacon King and you out of bacon but you still going to sell the people, and then you tell me you don't want the sandwich the person at the drive-thru has a nasty attitude the young people at this place do not want to work at night time all they want to do is chat be on their cell phones and gossip. Terrible service

Gave our order to the person that ordered after us and had to wait till last to have it remade after that person opened the sandwiches and touched them

They did a decent job of handling the the rush and the cashier at the window was good and friendly.

There is so much to address here.
Getting orders wrong. Not honoring deals. Incredibly slow service.
They were out of all fried food for two weeks and didn t want to reduce the price of a meal. Like, I get the drink and no side but you still charging the same?

Food takes forever, even if you're the only one they're ordering.

Incorrect order. No one seemed to know what was going on. Maybe everyone was new.

The manager was very friendly and courteous to all the customers. He treated his customers well. He also was polite to his staff when asking them to do something. Great visit. I will be back. Very nice and professional staff.

One star because no option no star horrible service

The cashier was moderately attentive and seemed to not want to be there. The store was clean. The floors were freshly mopped. Our food was ready in 5 minutes. The food was hot and well made.

The whole services suck today. And the whopper was cold. They dont care about there inside people. Only the drive through. And alot of tables needed wiped off.

I absolutely love this Burger King! The service is unbeatable by any other fast food restaurant. Food is always good and order is always correct. The staff is friendly and pleasant, they seem to actually enjoy their job! Always come to this Burger King

Well as everyone knows they have the 2 for $6 and by God they sure know how to make a good Whopper... that's what I got... and I got a quickly and it was made right matter fact I used to work at that restaurant years and years ago it was good then and guess what folks it's still good

hit or miss on good service. always check your food in drive through. but this one is way better than cassat ave. those people are something else. Normandy location is probably the best 1 on the westside but that doesnt say too much.

Need more training customer service. Get my order right
