The service was slow and sloppy but worse was the dining room. I have used the drive thru many times but now that I have been inside I will never eat here again. The floor was slippery, covered in food and the room smelled like vomit. I was afraid to touch anything and left as fast as I could.
Friendly Josh are friendly people ordered your food in and out lesson 10 minutes with all the customers being there

Sucked nothing was made correct. Was not givin a receipt. Had a whopper remade once and that was not even made right. Said f'it i just go to the on blanding and wesconet. They never mess up my order. Dont even want to give this location a single star but i am forced to.
I came through the drive-through this evening was called a liar to our face a lady named Tia she said she ripped the bag out of my daughter's hand and try to claim she bag the food herself when I'm sure she never moved from the window seeing how we were sitting there watching her then they had us pull up sit for almost 15 minutes and for cars passed and finally our food was brought out and we got one sandwich she ripped the tag off and threw it on the ground and walked in I managed restaurant down the street I would be furious if my employees treated others this way extremely disappointed
The last few times me and my wife went to burger king the service wasn't that great but this time it wasn't to bad at all ..i had gotten a little better.

This was the absolute worst fast-food experience ever. The Burger King on Normandy Boulevard it's full of ignorant rude and I hate to say it very unintelligent workers including the manager. I went through the drive-thru with a simple order the lady taking the order kept disappearing in the middle of the order they want to come back and have me repeat it and got rude when I said ma'am I just said this. Then I get to the window and the order is completely wrong I try to correct it and she gets rude again for no reason. I ask for the manager who comes over and is trying to add things up and can't get it right then she gets mad and tells me to come inside because I'm holding up or drive-thru at first I said no I'm not coming inside it's simple math she throws her hands up and says this man is just doing too much and walks away. The lady working the drive-thru had a bit of a change of heart and asked me to come in so I went in the manager's loud talk and screaming at me because they can't get my order correct and I keep trying to give me whatever and I won't take it. I wish I had gotten the manager's name but at that point I was just fed up. These people are too ignorant to work in any business establishment even fast food.
Don't understand why I tend to end up w my order made incorrectly or someone else's entire order on every other drive thru visit in the mornings.

I went to go get food here, manager on duty March 15th, was bullying one of the other employees, it was disgraceful, talk about a prime example of HOSTILE workplace. If they treat new workers like that, how are they gonna treat us, hell no, I walked out, never eat there.
Wanted breakfast, no signage for ordering. Very rude workers that bully the customers. Was my first time coming here in over a year. I will never go back. Lady working drive thru should be fired!

I usually never leave bad reviews, ever but this one tested my patience to much. Sat in the drive thru line for a good 10 minutes, we were never asked what drinks we wanted till we were at the window, and that was when we were the only ones there. The wait was long enough for 4 other cars to show up and we still havent gotten anything other than drinks. Watched one of the employees through the window as she walked through the back and chatted on her pink cell phone and 4 other people just stood around and dawdled as if they had no idea what they were doing. When the food finally arrived, The lady handed over and didn't say a single word to us at all. The customer service was horrible, I'm sad to say.
Food is not fresh they tong burger out of pan and microwave it poor quality not real clean employees where no hairnet or gloves take no pride in preparing your food
What can one say about this place...I live 1/10th of a mile from it and just refuse to go near it anymore...the service here has been probably the worse I have ever seen in any fast food location.I think they actually have training courses at this location to teach their employees how to not get the order correct and to be rude. This place is bad enough I will not visit any Burger King for fear it is a representation of how this company feels about customer service. There are far to many other places to eat that hire people that care about their jobs and at least try to do them right.

Piss poor service! stood at counter for 20 min before order was taken with employees walking by talking and cutting up . manager had to take order because everyone else acted like its not there job or to busy walking around..employees were on phones instead of working. Manager was only person working everyone else had chip on there shoulder....

I have far too much to begin to explain... If considering this establishment, stop and find your nearest restroom. Take the largest dump of your life, and proceed to eat it from the sink. It'll cost less, taste better, be more hygienic, and you'll actually weigh less.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. The line was moving at below a snails pace. The employees were rude beyond measure, even when I smiled while giving them my payment. While waiting for my food, we could hear them in the back laughing & playing around. I need to find another BK.
Super slow drive thru. Always a line wrapping around bldg. Also run out of product alot which is very frustrating after waiting in that long drive through line only to find out that you cannot get what you want. People are super nice though!
My order was placed at 11:35. I didn't get my food until 11:55. My sandwiches sat for at least five minutes before given to me with the rest of my order. Also people who were two and three orders behind me received their orders before I did, all while my sandwiches were cooling their buns,waiting to be served.
I was pleasantly surprised at this one. The staff was great. They were in tune. They were friendly. Not too loud. Actually got my order right.

Burger King is great especially this one on Normandy Boulevard it's also great to download their app very good discounts there which you can save but the food in this particular one on Normandy Boulevard it's always hot and fresh and the service is fast also the restaurant is kept up clean a new item that now carrying you need to try the tacos it reminds us of Jack in the Box back in the day same Source same type of tacos it's a must to try do hope this review help you out and we do recommend this particular Burger King Burger very highly to try

We stopped to get some breakfast for the kids this morning. They were very fast and it was good. I think Burger King needs to improve your breakfast menu a little bit but overall it was a great visit and the food was pretty good.
