Have taken a couple classes with Buffini & Company and they are great!! Recently, I lost access to their Referral Maker CRM and had not done an export of my client data. I reached out to customer service and Christina told me the IT team would do an export immediately and email it over to me. Top Notch!!

Great principles taught, i will carry what i have been taught through my career... but...

i called and cancelled on Saturday (May 30) and then they called me on June 1. i am getting charged the final billing on June 1 even though i cancelled before i was charged. Apparently it's in their terms or how they do things, but really? So as long as it's in my terms and conditions, that makes it "OK" or right" i didn't complain, just asked for clarification, and came straight to review.

Again, good things are taught there. I think Brian Buffini is a terrific human being... but this whole "policy" or "terms" isn't sitting well.

This program overall can be very useful for Real Estate professionals. However you can do these things on your own without paying Buffini and Company $150 a month. I just called and cancelled my membership but will continue to use many of the things I have learned from Brian Buffini.

Do yourself a favor and get your own monthly mailers and send them to your SOI. You do not need to pay this company $150 a month for this. Also they are charging me for an extra month when I called and cancelled. Really poor customer service.

I had to contact BB&Co. today regarding my email. It was solved and while I was in the Chat room I was able to ask a few questions about the 100 days of Greatness traning. The answers I received were answered thoughtfully. I'm reallly enjoying the traning and so glad I joined with others from my brokerage!!! Thank you!!

If you are considering this company's Referral Mak...

If you are considering this company's Referral Maker Pro, please know the following.

The CRM is extremely far behind others like KvCore and not worth building your data base through their system. So in the end you will be keeping up with two CRM's.

What's inside the box. 100 printed letters and 40 or so cards.

The problem is when you make time to sit down to do this, the system is set up to print 120 contacts mailing addresses which leaves you 18 short every single time. You have three options, print on your own, don't print at all or purchase another 100 from Buffini for $40. Lets be real honest, it costs them pennies to print this stuff. They are taking advantage of you!!!!

Oh and if you are a new agent, they do NOT have examples of what to write on the 40 blank cards each month so they pile up. Don't let them lie to you like they did to me and try to provide you with examples. They put NO effort into their examples.

Once you start you can't stop, I wish I had never started, it is a huge time suck and you are better off finding an alternative for direct mail. You'd probably have better luck dialing random numbers in the white pages.

This product is NOT worth $150.00 -

PS. Please keep in mind you will have to spend $75 per month just in stamps!!!!!! Very poor ROI.

Value doesn't exceed price I promise!!

Does this company even have CORE values?

PSS. In three years NOT one person I personally know has said "thank you for these amazing letters each month, there is so much useful information"

As a real estate professional I now get 120 emails a day. Many of them have marketing companies at the bottom. Buffini & Company is often one of them.

Companies like this have made it a problem doing business via email because of all the spam it creates. I would love to be removed off of the master list, but I heard that will not happen.

I did the One 2 One coaching, and told myself I d be patient with it, and it ended up being a waste of time and a lot of money.

The coach never actually did any coaching, he would talk about his kids sporting events and stuff going on around the world, and when I asked him to please just focus on my business, he sort of blew it off. Every time he called, it felt like he just wanted to get through the convo ASAP. Like a guy going through the motions. An associate that heard us talk on speaker even said, that was pointless .

The real kicker is he would miss appointments and I never got refunded for it. I tried being patient because Brian talks about patience, but 5 months is a lot of money for missed appointments and no real coaching.

When I spoke with Buffco they pretty much said, sorry it didn t work out for you. I m glad others have done well with this program, but I obviously got the short end of the stick.

I have been part of Buffini and Company for years. Occasionally, I need to call in with a question or to get some help with something. The Client Care team is the best! They always treat the issue with sincerity and within minutes I am off and running with some new answers or help. Never an issue with the Client Care team at Buffini!

Horrible customer service. They do the thing when you cancel they charge you for another month. So take the referal from me... DONT BUY IT. Maybe 4 out of the 12 months of Referral Maker mailers are worth it. When I received a Gift Idea mailer I quickly realized that Bafooni is just a big advertising scheme. Think about it, you re mailing these out to your sphere of influence, meaning your friends and family. You re probably pissing them off already because you re sending junk mail, so in the rare event they open it you d hope it d be something worth reading. I sell real estate not cookies. Listen - I ll throw at the wall but it s gotta be relatively close to what we re talking about. The customer service is worse than the content. Bad deal.

Chaz was great at helping me navigate through my Direct Mail experience with the Referral Maker Item of Value system. I had been sending letters out directly by myself. Transitioning to the direct mail being sent via Buffini and Company posed some unanswered questions and issue and Chaz helped answer my questions and get me on the right track. He was just great! Big shoutout to Chaz Triplett!!! He is THE prime example of customer care par excellence. He's not only a pro at technology, but a superb teacher. He's consistent, persistent and has got the patience of an angel. He knows exactly when to push and when to hold back, all using his wit and charm. It takes a special person to school a *dinosaur* like me and I feel so very blessed to have crossed paths with him. He's definitely earned my respect and trust and I will *always* refer Buffini because of my experience with him. Kudos to Chaz. He's a jewel.

Kudos to Jennifer Dominguez. I value and appreciate her patience and willingness to make sure I understand before the call ends.

And last, but not least, I have yet to come across anyone in Customer Care who gives me anything less than what I called for what an amazing, wonderful, sweet and caring "family." I feel so cared for when I call, never feel rushed, and I appreciate all that they do.

Buffini Customer Care stands out amidst all the customer care experiences I've ever had. No one even comes close!

The CRM system is terrible don't sign up for up for it. Find another program that will be more effective and less expensive. They were evasive about the terms and conditions, on the last day when I thought I could cancel for free, they said that I would be billed regardless for that month. This not only disappointed me, but marred the end experience. My representative with the initials "E.S." was not helpful in resolving the outcome. He simply gave a canned apology and transferred me over to the billing department. The billing department, must be flooded with complaints and refund inquiries because you will get a voicemail. The representative with the initials "M.A" from the billing department left me one message on the same day, when I tried to reach him again on a couple different occasions, I got a voicemail. He hasn't returned my calls to discuss my grievances. M.A. made the minimum effort to not have to deal with the situation. His one lackluster attempt to reach me fulfilled his resolution obligation, he added the call to his "notes" in case it came up again and moved along. In actuality, trying to resolve the matter would mean putting in additional effort to call me back again. Buffini has my money, why bother? E.S. & M.A. knew I was upset with the CRM system and offered "ZERO" support because it was of no benefit to them. E.S. in the sales department met his sales quota for the quarter and had moved on to make this month's sales goal. M.A. in billing sent me an email of my cancellation and that I would no longer be billed. I should not have been billed in the first place for the worst, low budget, junk of a CRM system. This CRM system did not even work for the first couple of weeks of the Buffini Program. Yet, I'm paying for it. My group had to make multiple calls for tech support, but we complied and were excited for the program. The tech issues in the beginning were big gaffs too, not minor issues.The Buffini System with Brian Buffini was great, but this CRM situation has marred my experience. Proceed with caution, go through the terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb, avoid the CRM system (there is better for less). Above all, the charleton representatives will leave out important billing details, just skip the "FREE TRIAL" that is not free after all. Don't fall for their coercion and get a different CRM system, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR CRM SYSTEM.

I think it's a great system and has awesome support. However, I am using a different system and no longer need their services. The sad part is the "hoops" you have to jump through to cancel.

1) You can't do it online so you have to call and then get transferred to a voicemail
2) If you are lucky enough to have a live person answer, you then have to answer questions as to why you are canceling
3) Cancellation will be effective the end of the next month which means they can charge you for one additional month

While this is all legal, it's a hassle and the additional monthly charge is in the "gray area" of a scam.

If you are wanting a professional CRM system then I recommend it. Buffini is a great company; it simply did not meet my needs but may work for you.

What would be great in a time like this is if I was loyal customers who have been with your organization for years and years had access to training that we paid for.

I reached out to my rep about what happened to my programs I paid for inside of my Buffinni hub. I was told they were only temporary and I would have to pay to access them again! This makes absolutely no sense to me.

Now is a great time for me to be able to review these programs I purchased And was simply told by my rep that s not possible. To me this is not good business and not what Buffinni is about. I am a monthly customer spending several thousand dollars a year with your organization as well as several of my agents who do the same.

I wasn t sure if you were even aware that this is what is happening. If it is your policy I think you should look into revising it. Best of luck to you guys hope you are staying healthy.

Great customer service! They are real people answering your calls and they listen. Not a long wait time for someone to help either! I called billing for something and billing also gave me answers to something else I was trying to figure out since I was new to the platform. Any time I email or call with any questions, they always come through for me!

I thought I signed up for one month, but then was getting auto-billed. I tried to cancel but in their policy they states you have to give 30 days notice to cancel. So I was billed 3 months and never used their program. It was my mistake, since I thought I had only signed up for a month, but they were inflexible and I was ultimately charged 3 months for nothing. I won't use them again.
