Thorough, accurate, and customer focused!

I brought my son's car in for a severe coolant leak. Mark listened to me as described history of not only the coolant system, but others areas areas of concern. He set my expectations about when the mechanics would be able to diagnose the leak and inspect the vehicle.

Megan called with the results of the inspection and an estimate...both the good and bad. With 186K miles on the Buick, the front end suspension needs some work...they also categorized each of the problems as safety related or just damaged. I can replace tie rods and bushings myself ... Megan didn't pressure me to have them do that work, but did encourage me to bring it back for the alignment after I was done, which I will.

Coolant leak was fixed and delivered a day earlier than promised. They even stayed own a couple of minutes to allow my son to pick up the car that day.

So happy to find this professional business. Thank you!

The service has been great since I started bringing my car here a year ago. They help me understand issues and give great advice about how urgent repairs are such as what needs immediate attention and what can wait a few months. Plus, I appreciate that the work is done on time. Free loaner car is fabulous, too!

Above and Beyond Service!
Brought my 2016 Explorer to Yeck's. They determined that the wheel bearing was broken; it was going to cost approximately $1,000 to fix. The owner Matt thought the repair might be covered by Ford's power train warranty and he decided to call a couple of dealerships to explain the problem and determine if the repair would be covered. It was. Matt saved me from a $1,000 repair. He also offered to assist me with the dealership in the event they tried to nickel & dime me on the warranty repair. The Yeck's team is first class!

I am a repeat customer of Yeck's Tire & Auto in Bellevue and intend to keep taking my vehicle there. Their service is top quality at a very affordable price. The staff is very knowledgeable and they take the time to explain the problem and the options to resolve it. The loaner car is a huge help as well. Highly recommend!

Great service, but a little aggressive with text, email and phone call afterward. I took my car to them for the first time recently to get some brake work done and some diagnosis of front end issues. The work was done quickly and they were pleasant to deal with.

The day after I got my car back I started getting texts asking to rate the service, along with promotional emails. I also got a phone call a couple days later asking if I was happy with their service and if I'd leave a Google review for them.

I understand that this is how companies get people in the door these days, with online advertising and things like that, but it all felt like a bit much to me. Like, take it easy, we just met!

Botton line: I'll still probably take my car back to them for things that I can't or don't want to do myself, because they are close by and seem reliable and honest.

Phenomenal people and phenomenal service! If they dont have a FREE loaner car availablr they will drive you home/pick you up free of charge! I've got new tires and a transmission change, so I'm good to go!

Mark Lowe and his highly professional team ensured that every possible detail was not only addressed but handled quickly and accurately. I brought my vehicle in and they were able to provide me with a very thorough itemized list of recommended repairs, printed it off and never pressured me into any of their services. Megan (she is at the front desk) is awesome! She noted the potential hazardous issues that were put in order of importance and can answer many questions other businesses require their trained mechanics to address. I went to Yecks Auto Repair after seeing all the flawless reviews however I am not 100 % satisfied with the vehicle service. They are very friendly and kind but I feel that they overlooked many problems on my vehicle. I am in the middle of traveling all the way from Nebraska to Virginia which is a very long drive so it is very important for car to be safe and sound.. A few days after I spent almost $600.00 on repairs my car wouldnt start the next morning. They came and jumped our vehicle and told us that the cord going to the battery should have been replaced when they had looked at my car earlier but it had been overlooked. They fixed this free of charge which was very kind of them- noticing that they had made a mistake in not noticing that before. Now a week after they fixed the battery my check engine light is on I went in to the shop again to see if they could take a look at my car and I was told that they were pretty backed up that day but they could give me an appointment for the next day and that I could leave my car with them. In the end, I chose to go elsewhere rather than to use Yecks services again- Since I am traveling with a time crunch and traveling such a far distance I would rather go elsewhere and have my car issues solved rather than leave my vehicle with someone to busy that can overlook something else. I am glad that we didnt decide to start our drive the day after Yecks serviced our vehicle the first time- We could have ended up stranded with a faulty wire on our battery.

Amazing experience! Quickly diagnosed the problem and got me back in my car in under 24 hours! I barely needed the free loaner car they gave me. Won't take my vehicles anywhere else!

Yeck s has always gone above & beyond for their customers in both their service & interactions. One thing that sticks out the most though is that you will receive a care that is very personable compared to large revenue chain shops like Midas & Woodhouse Auto.

A little bit of some mix ups at the beginning with my service but I ll tell you what, this place goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer experience is something phenomenal. Yeck's repaired wires on my engine and A/C compressor after small animals chewed through them. Their repair was solid and permanent. I didn't have to go back a second time. When my car left me stranded in 13 degree below zero weather in January, Yeck's diagnosed the problem to a worn out water pump and a radiator plugged with corrosion, not frozen anti-freeze. Yeck's warned me about this impending wear and possible failure almost a year before it happened. I should have acted on their accurate diagnosis sooner. The entire Yeck's team is very thorough, attentive, and you will feel a sense of relief after you trust them with your vehicle. I've been a very happy customer of theirs for several years.

Mark and his team just put new tires on my Tahoe. He gave me unbiased suggestions and ended up going with a tire that was just as good, if not better than, one of the top of the line Michelin s that were more expensive. Tires look great and the ride is so smooth. Great work guys!

It was a snowy day, and in while driving to work, I hit a curb and knocked the valve stem off of my front tire and I ruined the tire. Because of the flat, I could not get to work. I called Yeck's and in no time they sent out a tow truck to and took me and my vehicle back to the shop. They then drove me home and kept my vehicle to repair the tire. Later that same day, they called me and told me that the tire was replaced and ready to pick up. By 4:15 PM the same day my car was as good as new, and I was charged a very good price for both the tow and tire replacement.

Yecks is the best! Their customer service is spectacular. Never have we been treated so well. Not only are they upfront about their prices before they start work, but they have also gotten our car completed faster then promised twice! I also appreciate their follow up calls to make sure everything is working well. I highly recommend them! Added perk: I'm a woman and not once have I gotten treated like an idiot.

I couldn't understand why people gave this family owned business such high ratings. My truck was serviced by them and they promised to have my keys on the passenger seat with my vehicle unlocked and a paper to sign. None of those things were taken care of when I got to Yeck's and I live an hour away. Although there was a huge inconvenience, the company made up for it by replacing the part that was supposedly causing my vehicle problems and even offered to deliver it to me. I wasn't pleased with the fact that the things that were promised weren't taken care of, but what truly matters to me is the fact that they offered compensation like any good business should. Thank you guys so much!!

One of the best auto mechanic experiences ever, and certainly the best in the metro area.

I have been using this establishment for over 5 years and will continue to go back for the simple fact that they hold their customers to the highest regard in terms of saving costs whenever possible, the quality of work, and a guarantee of a job well done.

I have not owned the best quality of vehicles, due to moving in and out of the area numerous times, so I have been to Yeck's plenty of times. Every time they work on my vehicle I am certain I am getting the best value for my money, and that my vehicle will continue to be a safe ride on the road.

Again one of the few establishments that I know of that will go to extreme lengths to make sure that large maintenance jobs will not cost you and arm and leg, and in those rare circumstances that can not be helped, they will ease the pain of a costly repair however possible, without compromising quality of work.

Walked in to ask if they could look at my old Suburban due a case of severe death wobble. The helpful young lady at the front desk informed me they normally don't work on any vehicles older than 1996. She was able to point me in the direction of several places that could help me. When my Maxima needs work, I know where I will be coming.

As always, my car issue was handled in a timely and professional fashion. The free loaner car helped me out when I was really in a bind for transportation. Yeck's always takes such great care of my me and my car!!

I compared a lot of reviews before deciding to use Yeck's to solve my mysterious car problem. I asked them to go over my old SUV since it was shuddering at certain speeds, yet the engine light never came on. Turns out it was a tire issue, my fault honestly. But, they found a power steering leak while they were in there. They did this vehicle exam free, and probably saved me hundreds. I drive across the country regularly and had my steering gone out on a trip it would have been very costly. They scheduled me on a date that worked for me, gave me a free courtesy car to use, finished it same day, and their prices were more than fair. My car is back in working order and I will be a customer as long as we live here.

They make you feel like family for sure, and their involvement with veterans and the Offutt community is a wonderful bonus. Steve said "I want you to be our customer for 20 years, not 20 minutes." and I feel he truly meant it. You can't go wrong at Yeck's.

I took my car to Yeck's Tire and Auto shortly before Thanksgiving. Not only did they get the car back up and running much sooner than I thought, but they also saved me money. I thought a few parts were having problems that were actually fine - they could have charged me for them, but were honest and didn't. I don't usually write reviews, but Yeck's really impressed me.

I have been using Yecks for over 20 years. One word describes Yecks, trustworthy! One time i was selling a car and asked them to check the timing belt. They could have easily charged me for a new one but told me it didnt need replacing. Just one example of honesty and trust.

Yeck's has always treated me and mine fairly. My Impala keeps having the same thumping motor issue in the dashboard, but they seem to be just as annoyed by it as I am. They treat my family like family and for that I am forever grateful.

Had to replace the automatic door motor on my Honda Odyssey. The dealership was going to charge me $1400 for parts and labor. I purchased the part online myself and took it to Yeck's to have them install it and ended up saving a few hundred dollars! Great service, very friendly and obviously very reasonable cost. I have been a customer of Yecks for 35 years. I lived in Kansas City for 11 years and traveled back to Bellevue to have them service my 98 Dodge Ram. I had that truck on the road for 19 years and attribute the longevity to the care given by Yecks. As a single woman, I never worried about my vehicle being dependable or that I would be taken advantage of. I have total and complete faith in Yecks and recommend them to everyone! I am now back in the Bellevue area and love having Yecks continue to care for my new car. They keep me posted on how the new car should be maintained. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I came in with a weird sound coming from the front. 1st place I've ever been that wanted to test drive before diagnosing. Sure enough, my car didn't want to make the sound during that drive! The amount of work they did (joint replacements, driving shaft, gasket repair and power steering leak) was great for the price. I'm used to going to places where the price hurts quite a bit in labor but not much work. Every conversation I had for updates was always cordial, always reminded they offer loaner cars (didn't need at the time). Best customer service, will go back again.

My radiator was leaking and the folks at Yeck's stepped up and beyond to repair my 1998 Volvo. I am very satisfied with the repair work. Nice folks always doing a great job.

They are timely, friendly and helpful. I went in for an oil change, however to find out my steering wheel fluid line was done for. They fixed it and helped me out! I will be taking my car back.

I would like to give a shout out to the best Tire and Auto Shop out there, Yeck's! Yesterday my son lost his front passenger wheel at 72nd and Cornhusker (terrible intersection). I called and spoke with Steve and told him my situation and he got Mark Lowe on the phone. Mark stopped what he was doing called his Driver and Mark and his driver came out to the incident within 10 minutes of the phone call. "What a load off the shoulders." This is what it means to be family, customer service friendly! Thank you for everything and I would recommend you too anyone!

I have to say from replacing an engine to am oil change,. Best place ever !!

I asked Yeck's to fix a loose piece on my fender. They could have said "we're not a body shop, we can't do that," but they went ahead and did it anyway. Plus the loaner car was a Dodge Intrepid. Very cool.

This place is absolutely GREAT!!! They helped me right away when I showed up, and all that was wrong with my car was that a little hose needed replaced, so they offered to call NAPA and let me order the part over the phone, and had them deliver it to us there at the shop!!! Then, since it was only like a 3 minute fix to take off the old hose and place the new one on, they replaced it for me free of charge!!! This place REALLY cares for their clients!!

We moved here a year and a half ago and didn't know anyone. Someone at my husband's work referred us here and I'm so glad they did. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They are kind, honest and ethical and they have been wonderful to my family and me. I would recommend them for any of your automotive or tire needs.
