Big shoutout to Chaz Triplett!!! He is THE prime example of customer care par excellence. He's not only a pro at technology, but a superb teacher. He's consistent, persistent and has got the patience of an angel. He knows exactly when to push and when to hold back, all using his wit and charm. It takes a special person to school a *dinosaur* like me and I feel so very blessed to have crossed paths with him. He's definitely earned my respect and trust and I will *always* refer Buffini because of my experience with him. Kudos to Chaz. He's a jewel.

Kudos to Jennifer Dominguez. I value and appreciate her patience and willingness to make sure I understand before the call ends.

And last, but not least, I have yet to come across anyone in Customer Care who gives me anything less than what I called for what an amazing, wonderful, sweet and caring "family." I feel so cared for when I call, never feel rushed, and I appreciate all that they do.
