Budds Mazda service department has the best staff and service I have experienced. After 40+ years of owning cars of different makes and models my opinion is justified. This team is professional, accurate, helpful and not overly pushy (which is offensive) and not condescending like some dealers. I am greeted with smiles and great customer care. My daughter agrees. She drives to Budds Oakville dealership over a closer location to her.
