First of all, you get King Willem Alexander on the phone even earlier than the service department.
If you eventually have an appointment, you take time off from work. At 16.13 you receive a text message "the service technician has visited you but unfortunately did not find you at home"
HOW SO! Our appointment was between 4:20 PM and 8:20 PM. Then you call Siemens directly, hang up on the phone for another 23 minutes before you even get to speak to anyone and unfortunately they can do nothing else for you than make a new appointment for a week later.

AMAZING SIEMENS !!!! This does not even earn 1 star.

The mechanic had been repairing for 11 minutes. Then 22 minutes to settle the bill via the Ipad. It was his first time, he said, and this time would not be charged.
So nice. Then contacted the company. After sending multiple reminders and explaining the story to different people 3 times, I suddenly received a letter from the collection agency one day. While the subject had not yet been settled / discussed via email.

Extremely rude. And there you are as a consumer ....

We will never do business with this company again and do not recommend it to anyone!

Despite the fact that I don't like venting opinions on the internet, I write a review about BSH, where I have been a satisfied customer for a long time.

There was a flaw: in 2014 Siemens washing machine with 10 years of extra class warranty (warranty on everything, not just the motor) purchased. After 1 to 2 years, the door handle broke off, while I waited 100% for the program to finish (timer was set to zero plus "clicking sound" heard from the opened door lock). The plastic handle made strange vibrating noises during the spin from the beginning, which does not make the handle replaced by BSH. From this I conclude that the first door handle was a production error, which can of course occur, even with good brands. Despite my 10-year warranty, I had to pay for the repair myself, which was very disappointing in the first place. Have been financially supported by Siemens (leniency) for a small part. The machine runs an average of 5 times a week and delivers fantastic clean laundry.

I have had a Bosch fridge freezer combination for 12 years. Fantastic device. When the device was just new, a technician visited because of slight ice formation at the temperature knob in the refrigerator compartment. Fault professionally remedied by placing a type of "styrofoam" piece internally in the area of the fault. The No-Frost function of the Bosch company works great. Food is perfectly stored in both the refrigerator and the freezer.

All the technicians from BSH who visited me were knowledgeable, friendly and interested, some of them even showed noticeable love for their craftsmanship and the equipment.

In short: my experience with both the quality and performance of BSH equipment is very good.

Rare poor service for a company that sells such expensive devices (Bosch, Gaggenau, Siemens, Neff). Customer service fully informed of what was broken and yet the technician comes along without the right parts. Surveys to assess their service are sent before the technician has even visited. They do nothing with the criticism (offered that they can call me about that). Thanks to new software, the bill not be formatted correctly by the fitter and when you finally get the bill is like a 'memory', while they do not have their act together. BSH shameful display!

A shameful display again a year later. Nothing learned yet and nothing adjusted. Again a morning waiting for a technician who doesn't show up. Maintenance history is not recorded and customer service comes with weak apologies. It is that you cannot give 'zero stars'. That is what BSH deserves.

With 1.5 years an induction cooker started to falter, just after 2 years this defect went in the sense that it could no longer be cooked. After repair by a technician where we only paid the call-out costs of 64 euros, we thought the problem was solved. Nothing could be further from the truth, a large part of the pans that were previously recognized on the plate; were now refused. The 2 engineers who followed blamed the pans of BK, Tefal and Ballarini. After practically all the pans of the Blokker, Makro, Sligro, Hanos and cookery shops have made a final request to Siemens to solve the problem otherwise legal action would follow.

Mechanic 4 wanted to solve the problem and started calling the office, on advice, bought a replacement plate from a higher series with an additional payment. Unfortunately this plate had a 'production error' upon delivery, an unsharpened glass rim where I cut my fingers open. Also due to the design of the model there would be a lot of dirt under the front and rear edge, not to keep clean. We feel well taken with the first repair, all pans that no longer worked after replacement PCB were immediately accepted on the new plate. The problem was not in the print but in the pan recognition in the power supply unit.

Wanted contact, had excellent contact with a lady who finally put our request for replacement plate (another model with stainless steel edge, no glass) in operation.

For the inconvenience, Siemens offered to have the plate built in free of charge, neat but not necessary. We just wanted to be able to cook a working plate without disruption. The technician who has built in the plate while grumbling, swearing, ranting on Siemens (his client) will in any case NOT come in here any more. Insufficiently covered an oven full of sawdust (hole countertop was too small) while I offered to take it out but did not have to. If I then also get the comment 'You can worry about anything', the size was full with me. Lost whole free morning to free sawdust from oven to prevent odor / fire during operation.

After 1.5 years of misery with repairs and haggling, it is now solved for what I hope for the next 6-8 years. What do I blame BSH for in the end? the long haggling and the total no response to a lousy installation, just no response to an extensive neat e-mail.

From the first repair, we at BSH have received Murphy's law as a gift for everything, can strongly recommend making another 'gift' available in the future.

Update 28-08-19:
Following this review with request from BSH to contact the following. I have contacted, then there are a few weeks between the contact on the mail. Finally had a nice conversation with a lady who apologized for the complete situation that arose. There would still be feedback, unfortunately only a cold business invoice received on the mail without written confirmation of the phone call that was promised.

It should be clear that BSH (Bosch, Siemens, Neff) you do not expect after sales, they do not adhere to agreements and you must have an angelic patience for advanced when it comes to a response.

Compensation for inconvenience and / or lost time has been discussed, but again it is just empty actions.

Completely missed opportunity to close a dramatic chapter. After more than 20 years of loyal Bosch / Siemens customers, I now close a chapter!

Rarely had such a nice, open, helpful, friendly, neat and very knowledgeable guy been on the floor. This would get 12 points at the song festival.

Ff for clarity, we have had this machine for almost 7 years now.
This is the first time that something is going on.

Also I read on the internet with some reviews only a lot of misery about this company. For example, if you have an appointment with a mechanic at 4:20 pm and you receive a text message at 4:13 pm that he has visited but no one was home. If you have an appointment with a mechanic at 4.20 p.m., you do not make sure that you are home exactly at 4.20 p.m.

I personally cannot agree with this negative time at all about this company, I have had a great excellent experience and that is why I have engaged such a company as Siemens Bosch instead of a local kitchen farmer who does not understand anything !!!

My dishwashing machine indicated an error message, I decided to have a service technician come via the appointment calendar on the website.

A week later the very nice and good mechanic gets up on the sidewalk, he looks 5 minutes, stated that repairing the machine will cost a lot of money and that a new machine is probably a good option .. (I have to pay 99, - euro starting rate for 5 minutes)
The man is well advised and comes across professionally, and I therefore decide to take a new machine through you immediately, because then I have no worries about placement and such, weird enough I have to pay the same 99 euro service costs for that again but well.

They can place a bosch machine within 5 days and they would contact me, the mechanic said.
Eventually after 6 working days I received a call and was told: oh us is not in our agenda, next Monday you will be the first on the trip at 7.30 (when I take 2 hours off work)

The technicians will be at the door on Monday at 11.10 am, and I have already had to take half a day off, but then the circus starts.

The mechanics complain about how the old machibe is placed, and I only hear push and pull work in the kitchen, when I go to see I see the kitchen plinth broken into 4 pieces, and the mechanics are violently pulling out half the machine ..
When I ask if it can be a bit quieter and more gentle, the man reacts irritably: I am normally ready within 45 minutes, and I have already been busy for half an hour just getting the machine out.
When the machine is out, the new machine will come in, it will go fine, only the front (door) of the kitchen will not fit because the holes are out of rubber.
Without the front cover on, the machine cannot be adjusted and cannot be fixed, I have to do that myself.
"Just a little line in those holes, and then you can screw in a screw again" sounds the top service of you.
If I ask if he can't do it, his answer is again: I've been working on this for half an hour now!

If the technicians were a little bit professional, they could have seen that if you turned the door and exchanged the hanging points, it would be like new.

So now I was left with a machine that was half apart, that was not fixed, without front and with a plinth in 3 pieces.
The fitter apologizes for the plinth, but mainly defends himself by saying that there was already a crack in it.

After an x number of visits by the mechanic, we received a super new hob after the umpteenth malfunction. Our old Gaggenau hob clearly belonged to the Monday morning product category. Of course we paid a small amount because our plate was 5 years old and this new hob was more expensive than the old one. I think this is really top service! Finally got rid of the plate with defects and now a completely new plate where we are amazed at how fast it works. We are very happy and now enjoy cooking again. In any case, we no longer have to draw lots who is the unfortunate to cook, because this is cooking with pleasure. Thank you for this top service. We are confident again!

My Siemens espresso machine had to be serviced after more than 10,000 cups of coffee. Unit was neatly collected at the agreed time and delivered back home. All within 10 days. Price was 10 euros more than planned and there was a neat call if that was OK. Company is easily accessible by telephone and email. My espresso machine is working perfectly again. On to the next 10,000 cups of coffee. Very satisfied with it !!!

Also worthless service if your dishwasher is broken. Weeks waiting for your parts that haven't come in every time. You will be told a different date each time. You can call it yourself every time and no one can help you.

After 1.5 months of waiting for parts, it appeared that my 3.5 year old neff dishwasher is already being replaced with a new one. Total costs for me: 350 euros (New price 629 euros)
