Siemens dishwasher problems with program start-up
Already explained to the company by phone what was wrong.
Mechanic planned and received a text message half an hour in advance that he was on the way.
He diagnosed the machine and it was the heat pump.
Ff for clarity, we have had this machine for almost 7 years now.
This is the first time that something is going on.

The mechanic worked very neatly
And everywhere a carpet was neatly covered because of the damage to the floor tiles.
A fat one for that man.
There is also a two-year warranty on the heat pump.

Also I read on the internet with some reviews only a lot of misery about this company. For example, if you have an appointment with a mechanic at 4:20 pm and you receive a text message at 4:13 pm that he has visited but no one was home. If you have an appointment with a mechanic at 4.20 p.m., you do not make sure that you are home exactly at 4.20 p.m.

I personally cannot agree with this negative time at all about this company, I have had a great excellent experience and that is why I have engaged such a company as Siemens Bosch instead of a local kitchen farmer who does not understand anything !!!
