Good beers, fast service, interesting setting (in an old windmill)

A must visit if you find yourself in Amsterdam! Works only 2-8pm every day and people start gathering in front even before 2 because there can be quite a long queue at the tills. Amazing choice of beers. You can order a tasting board which serves first 5 beers from the menu (this is not displayed on the menu btw do you have to ask for it) and costs 9,5 euros.

Terrible bar area hospitality was biggest disappointment of an otherwise amazing visit to Amsterdam. Brewery building gets 5* though. Also, buy some more beer flight glasses it's ridiculous you run out of them so much.

Nice place to see an old Dutch windmill and also enjoy a beer. The vibe was really nice, and a good escape from town center. You can take a bike taxi here from Central for <10 (haggle!)

One of the best beers I have ever tried!!!!! The ipa is amazinggggggg!!!! As well as all the other beers here! Built underneath an old windmill, how much more dutch can you get? The brewery tour is a little bland and short but man the vibe and the product they produce is A+!! Go go go!!!

Fun place to visit in Amsterdam. The food wasn't my taste exactly but the cheese was good and they have many drink options. The location is really cool! Loved the windmill. A local recommended this place to us and it was a wonderful stop during our outing that day!

Mostly a beer place. As far as the rest of the bar is concerned, it's ok, but since it's located right next to the windmill, (infact the building is an extension of the windmill), makes it iconic.

Characteristic place, you have the opportunity to enjoy a good beer in a mill. Excellent cheese and salami.

Best brewery in town! After you choose your beer don't forget to grab some Ox Sausage - that is if you want to indulge the best raw meet dish ever!

A brewery in an old mill. Fun place to make a beer tasting and sausage, cheese and nuts. Young atmosphere, terrace with a lot of tables that can be shared.

They serve a variety of beers, as well as sausage and cheese.

Might be a bit crowded but there is place outside as well. It was a bit cold and windy when we went and sat outside, the tables do not have heating above them.

English not a problem for the waiters, you can pay cash (euros) or with a card.

The only mill in Amsterdam, the place is very beautiful and peaceful, you can't not go there and try the 5 original beers.

Pub integrated into an old mill! Really very nice! To visit absolutely !! Great choice of beers but I recommend their set! (6 tasting glasses of typical beers different from one another in a perforated wooden bar)

Great brewery at the base of the last windmill in Amsterdam. We tried a few of their house beers and they were all excellent.

Good place to have great beers, is where many people go for a happy hour.

My personal opinion is that being the Netherlands, the prices they have, variety, attention, the possibility of tapas and, above all, all artisans are obliged to approach you to drink a couple of beers in good condition and not to drink industrial beers in Guiris areas at gold prices. For 2.90 you have 25cl of a craft beer, it is worth coming.

Really awesome craft beer pub. The fresh IPA has wonderful citrus notes. Totally recommend the food as well. And pretty cool apparel/logo design. Check it out!

Last Saturday afternoon 21-05-2016 at 14:00 went from a company outing to the company for a snack and a drink.

Before we had contacted by telephone because of the large group about 30 people if a receipt system was possible and that was no problem.

We arrived there and indicated that we had had contact by telephone and whether we could already settle the bill and receive the consumption receipts.

Does it say to an employee: "We don't do that"

We were surprised because we had still had telephone contact and this was confirmed

Indicated that we really had contact by telephone and that would not be a problem.

The employee says "I think you are very pushy but I will look into the agenda"

He comes back with the so-called manager
He says "we never do such things and we do not need you because we have enough tourists"

Then we went to the other side where there was SERVICE and CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!

DON'T GO TO THIS BAR!

Very good beer to drink in a very suggestive place .... but don't let the idea of having dinner come to us, there is only only food to accompany the beer

An excellent modern beer hall serving craft brews and snacks. It's a little hard to find outdoor seating when the weather's nice, but overall it's a great space. The beer sampler is a solid starting point since they have have a decent range, but I found most of the beers are in line with the current craft beer trends. It's the perfect spot of after work drinks.

Very good Belgium style beers. The only damper is that it is hard to sit inside (and it's cold outside during the winter :)).

Nice old windmill who's rotation is against the wind . A nice social caffe on the bottom of windmill. On the nearest intersection you can find icecream on affordable prices

Great little place to have glass of beer. Huge windmill looks great in photos and there is always someone to talk to. Place also serves snacks.

Great brewery but too cosy, tried the IPA with cascade citrus and magnum, nice one, not as hoppy as I expected though. Cheese and salami (Combo) plate was great by the way

It was great to see this local brewery in Amsterdam. I ate a glass of IJWIT and a beer sampler IJWIT for IPA and everything was fine. IJWIT was a wheat beer and I was a bit lager and tasted of wheat beer. The most memorable beer in Amsterdam. It is recommended
