After finding out how difficult it is to get a copier service without signing a 5 year contract, paying a $200 set up fee and $250 a month , I was ready to give up. i then received a call from Josh! He made it so much easier and they are very reasonable and honest! The delivery guys were awesome too and very knowledgeable and patient since this is the first time I have needed a large industrial type copier so I had no knowledge of how they worked. The machine is awesome!! So much faster and makes me way more efficient in my business!! I highly recommend this company!! They were not pushy or rude and they don't expect you to pay 15K for a copier that you don't even own after paying those ridiculous fees!! THANK YOU JOSH!! You are a lifesaver and I will make sure I tell anyone I can about you and your company!

I love the Xerox all-in-one machine that we bought from Forward Thinking Solutions. It is so fast and efficient. We used to spend a lot of money on toner with the HP model we were using. Not anymore! Thanks to Stephen, we have the best printer for the office. Top-notch hands-on technical service, amazing customer service, and phenomenal all-around support.
