Local brewery, easy to get to on a couple of different tram routes. Located right by a windmill, so a great tourist spot. Beers are very crafty, so break out your checked flannel shirts and grow a beard! Not a late night place, has some bar snacks but no meals. Place adjoining it has some reasonable food options.

I had the flight of the first five beers on their menu, all were very good. The setting is nice too - outside has picnic style tables as well as a couple smaller tables. The picnic style tables have plenty of shade under happy trees.

Great ambiance and a nice selection of sausages and some cheese. The beers I tried were all incredible hoppy (which i dislike), like the IPAs of the Northwest states, so I wasn't a huge fan, but if you go for that kind of beer, you'd enjoy it.

The building has a working windmill on top and a little courtyard out front where you can sit, sip your beer, and watch the clouds fly by.

Brewery with attached small urban brewery housed in a place frequented by both locals and tourists near a windmill. Large variety of house beers with the possibility of trying a good part of it with the "tasting palette". There is no table service but only directly at the counter.

Got there before opening and there was a steady steam of people who want a amstel. (Wrong place)

We popped over today before our ferry back.
Its really quirky a brewery and tap room in a windmill. For a craft beer fan its great. They do one size and everything they brew is great. The walls are made up of older beer bottles (cracking wall paper)

Unfortunately due to the popularity and quirkiness you get all the lager drinking sheep also coming to try the 'fruity beer'.

the beers cracking i tried around six of their brews and none disappointed either at source or in different bars. Its a untapped heaven.

If your a lager drinking sheep or a craft beer fan check this place out. They do tasting boards for 10 so the AMSTEL lovers can feel like real beer connoisseur when really they have no idea.

Great local Amsterdam Brewery. If you ve never toured a microbrewery, or want to know a little more about how beer is made, it s worthwhile to take the brewery tour which lasts about 30 minutes and is available in English and Dutch. Lively atmosphere, and a nice outdoor patio. Try the Sluis beer.

The beer here is good, great outdoor seating on nice days. The windmill above it is unique as usually you have to go outside of Amsterdam to see windmills. Giving it 4 stars because of the snack options, they pretty much only have cured meat, cheese and peanuts. Wish there were better snack options but good beer, cool atmosphere and good place to meet new people.

Craft brewery in Amsterdam located in a restored mill. Highly recommended Good beers and local atmosphere. The tour does not deserve the price but it includes a beer so more or less it ties.

Amazing little tasting room boasting a sizable selection of some of the best locally brewed beers in Amsterdam. Best enjoyed in the shadow of one the last windmills still standing in the city. Highly recommended.

English tours are held Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 3:30. Tickets are 5 Euros and it includes a beer of your choice. You can't purchase tickets online so I would suggest you get there early on the day of the tour as it is first come, first serve, and their tours have a max of 20.

We got there at around 1 and there were still tickets available. We decided to get a flight of some of their beers and order some snacks. We had the dried sausage and the raw sausage (it's been cured). I was hesitant about the raw sausage at first but I actually really liked it! It reminded me of a salty version of beef tartare. I could have done without the dried sausage. The texture was too hard, which made it really difficult to eat.

If you've tried the food and beer, and you still need more ways to kill time, there's plenty of chances for photo ops outside with the windmill (which, by the way has no relation to the brewery)! Even if you don't get a chance to take the tour (which was alright), the brewery itself is definitely worth checking out.

It is what exactly it's meant to be, a tourist friendly Brewery with some awesome beers. It will be crowded, closes early but if you are in town or want to take your guests out, it is a fun experience. prepare to wait for a table and try the tasting option first and then choose your beer!

Very new next to an old mill. If the day is nice you can stay outside enjoying and you can try different beers, and they even have a tasting table with a five or six different beers. Worth it.

Loved this place! Fantastic beers, and an awesome outdoor patio. My wife and I spent the better part of a day here and weren't disappointed at all. Thinking about making a trip back to Amsterdam just to get some more of their beer!
