Brothers Pizza Review

Horrible service waited 2hours for a burger and it had hair on it no refund nor credit towards next visit. Worst food experience of my life.

The asset here is the crust. Great taste and texture. The pizza is edge to edge with great toppings too. The cheese is somewhat mid-grade but works well in tandem with everything else. I was a little disappointed in the sauce though. It has a generally good, sweet flavor, but it was somewhat thick and reminded me of tomato paste.

Best ranch sauce ever. Always fresh & homemade. I love the bbq wings , sweet baby rays sauce . And their pizzas are incredible also.. sometimes u dont get enougb this or tht or enough on the wings. Ugh its the best place. So sad i moved to far away tht they cant deliver.

Love the service and the pizzas are really good. Any kind of way you ask them to make your pizza they will do it.

First time and pizza is very good . cheese lovers would really like it! Ordered half sheet . little thin not sure if they can make it thicker but i hear there round ones are thicker. Ill defiantly be back to try more.

Pizza is wonderful. Sauce is just the slightest bit sweet and I love it. It seems to be of a homemade variety and not just something premade dumped out of a can like so many others. Asked for something special and was accommodated. Have had several of their salads and all were fresh and good, especially their version of an antipasto. Really recommend it. Daytime staff has been friendly and accurate -- amazing overall. If they had a rotating daily special -- they might be my daily routine instead of just a weekly treat.

Don t ever order from them. They are super slow and take almost 2 hours for just a tray of pizza.

Friend owns the place, so I am a bit biased.

Very good pizza should be Rated # around town! I never have a wait period, the food is a nice price and the atmosphere is good there in shop!

Every time i order pizza from here I order a half sheet with pepperoni. For some odd reason they put extreme amounts of cheese on the pizza and hardly any pepperonis. My last pizza was so weighed down with extra cheese that i DID NOT order i couldn t even eat it it s enough cheese to make u constipated in my opinion. One time the dough wasn t cooked long enough . Wait time is good though , wings are pretty good also. I would never order a pizza or burger (very dry) from here again

We ordered the Roma burger with fries, anti pasto salad, and stoner sticks. The burger was cooked well done (no option when ordering to select the doneness) and was SO dry!! It had good flavors, just needs to be cooked properly. The fries were soggy because they were undercooked; we tasted raw potato. The salad was good though, plenty of toppings and was big.

The best part was the stoner sticks. It's funnel cake sticks with powdered sugar. They were really good.

Great food & hospitality, Foosball game inside was fun for the wait, Good deals & good food portions.. Definitely would recommend.

I love Brother's food selections! Everything is freshly made, tasty and friendly workers. It's close to where I work, so many of us have lunch at or order from brother's!

Order I received was not what I ordered and when I called to try and get a refund I was told I couldn't. So I asked to get my food sent but was told it would take a hour and half when they jus sent my order in 20min. Never received my food, management lied never sent my food and the food I did get was not worth my time and money.

Waited 2 hrs.patiently..I know what it's like. .BUT...ALL of the food is ice cold...Didn't get sauces for dipping that I paid for ..And tipped driver $6.50..NEVER AGAIN!!THUMBS DOWN

Can't say enough about Brothers pizza and their staff. They know our orders and make us feel like family.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Grade A pizza every time. The crust is a bit on the sweeter side - which I don t generally like. But the quality of the ingredients and the deliciousness of the pizza make it worth ignoring the sweetness!

First time there the buffalo chicken pizza is very good but i ordered a meatball sub also it was good but if thats the same sause they use on there regular pizza its a little too sweet for me but if you like sweet pizza sause you will probably live this place

My husband and I usually love Brothers. However, we have reconsidered our loyalty based on the treatment we were just given. The pizza that was delivered to us was incorrect. When my husband called, he was told that the driver would be called to turn around and give us the correct pizza. We waited 20 minutes and still hadn't received anything. I called to inquire about what was going on and the man who answered was extremely rude. He said that he had told my husband something different and to just "chill it's no big deal." His tone was very snappy and disrespectful. Last time we will order from them.

We were driving by and saw this place and decided to have dinner as we were hungry. As we entered, we were greeted with happy face. The people preparing the food were very friendly and the food was awesome. My fiends ordered pizza and I ordered a sub. The quantity was great and the price was reasonable. I will definitely go there again if I am in the neighborhood. I was really surprised that such a small place can deliver great food and excellent customer service.!!!

Ordered 2 large one 3 topp one 2 top. Ordered from here before it was good!
BUT THIS TIME WE were VERY DISAPPOINTED don't know if I will order again. Probably not. Crust was thin toppings were shy, wasn't even cut right.
1st grader could have done better.

In the last 2 months we ve ordered from here at least once a week always trying new items but always getting a pizza. Their burgers are awesome, fries are fresh cut which is my fav, stoner sticks make for a great desert, but their perogies are amazing!! Everything is handmade and unique and it s awesome! I always bring left overs to work and my employees always get excited. They always hook the cheese up on the pizzas ... and who doesn t like extra cheese??? Weirdos. Anyway great staff and nice drivers. Thanks guys and we will continue to spread the word!

The smashed potato calzone with the garlic sauce will change your life.

Sometimes crazy busy and usually a super friendly locally owned pizza farm that always aims to make ya happy so long as your super friendly too. Their brownie paired with a side of ice cream from your freezer after munching down some wings is the cats pajamas . My fav is when I get a little extra sawwcse and cheeez !

Best Pizza in Cleveland. They use fresh sliced mushrooms not from a can. I am a vegetarian and I am not missing a thing.

It was my first time ordering and I was hungry they suggested the 10" calzone I choose double sausage and it didn't take long the guys behind the counter were cool we talked while my food was cooking. I got my calzone thanked them and went to my car to dig in as they were about to close for the night. It was AWESOME!!! Couldn't even finish all of it 1 big piece left. Can't wait to try other menu items.

Delivery time said 45, got my pizza in 15. Loaded fries and pizza were delicious. Will come again.

Brothers is great! The Wings, Brogies, pizza, all solid!! The Westparker salad is bomb!! The 12 wings (Spicy BBQ ) and large 2 topping pie special is a regular at our house. Very consistent and reliable spot.

Ordered mashed french fry pizza once and it was the best pizza ever then ordered it a second time and it was a dry terrible mess and they replaced it for me with the same thing but slightly cheesyer not going back dont like these italians

My absolute favorite pizza in West Park. The best crust and sauce! Brother s sheet pizzas are a staple at every party at my house.

This place used to have a lot of issues with consistency and long delivery times, but since moving to their new location to seem to have that all sorted. They have some of the best wings (and sauces) anywhere on the west side, the specialty pizzas can go toe to toe with almost any place in west park, and the ability to add super hot peppers or wing sauces to a meal make it stand out if you're a chili head.

Love their calzones and pizza too. Excellent wings.

Horrible. The food was absolutely the worst. When I called to talk to a amanger was hung up on. Then a little boy called back threatening me. Worst business practice ever.

I will not order again.
I ordered a pizza "well done" and it was not. I heard one of the workers drop the "F" bomb from my car in the parking lot. I never have problems with upset stomach or heart burn and I experienced both.

This place has absolutely terrible service! I am outraged! I ordered 1 half sheet pizza, 2 tacos, and a 2 liter of coke at 11:25 P.M. for deliverey. I literally live around the corner and it's 1:00AM and the F***ing FOOD STILL ISN't HERE!! And I'm still gonna have to pay full price for it, I called twice. Half an hour ago they told me it was just coming out of the oven. Don't order from here. I am NEVER going to EVER AGAIN!!! I don't even want the food anymore. I don't care if you don't like my review, this place sucks. In fact, I don't even know if the food is coming...

Made an order online at there website. Two hours and nothing. Called to question about it and came to find they had not even made it yet. Very poor service, not even any offer to attempt service recovery. Will not use this place again, and this is after being a loyal customer.

Excellent pizza and the other food on the menu is great. Salads are very good, especially the spinach salad!

Just tried Brothers Pizza for the first time tonight! It was great. The crust is awesome. We had the Mac Daddy Pizza, Garlic Parm wings and Buffalo Rancher wings. The food was amazing. And the price was even better. Better than Angelo's. Definetly will be ordering from here on out. Thanks Brothers!

I love this place! They always have good specials and the food is fantastic. I've had wings, quesadillas, potato skins, sandwiches and of course...pizza!

Loaded fries are terrible!!!!! So I ordered the meatball sub sandwich and loaded fries for delivery, first of all.... they didn't give me no napkins. ...ok no big deal. But when I opened up the packaged, this is what I got!! See in the photo for yourself of the "loaded fries". It was just burned up stale left over fries that they reheated and put toppings on top of. This is why they want you to get the loaded fries.....so they don't waste money on the left overs. The meatball sub wasn't great either. I mean I didn't take a photo of it, but it was very bland for me.

I miss them the chicken BEST. ever and you left akron ohio PLEASE COME BACK..........!?!?!!????!!?!!!??????????

Great local pizza, really cool fun staff. I always get their chicken tenders too, best in town. the best part is their garlic parmesan dipping sauce. Yum

The food here is delicious. I keep trying different stuff on the menu. Never disappointed.

Need to work on delivery times!! Ordered @7 estimated to be and hour!! That's fine! So we check back@8 and a gave us a different time 830! So I call and she says it's should be coming out of the oven and on its way!! Need better accuracy on time!

THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST!! first off id like to say that SOME of the pizza is good depending on the day but I used to tell everyone to try it and get it and I even told everyone at NASA GLENN here to get it, since we have pizza parties all the time and when we test we cant leave for lunch so we order this. BUT ever since then, Ive had the WORST service and everything....tonight for example I had to wait 2 freaking hours for my pizza that still never came called them they gave me attitude like it was my fault then said itll be there any second.....twenty minutes later I called and told them to cancel it which they gave attitude again and they said about the refund that they will get to it when they get to it...THEN the pizza came ten minutes after that....They TRIED to blame it on construction but I literally live down the street..I should have just went and got it but I was stuck in the house watching kids...Im taking down all the menus and signs I put up ADVERTISING them...I put it up there for them for business...NOW to hell with them

Mistake was made on the pizza. They owned up to it and gave a nice discount for the mistake.

I just waited an hour and 45 minutes for cold pizza and pierogies. I ordered it at 800 pm. I am eating right now at 945pm. I then called back and nobody would answer its unfortunate because they HAD good food! Thanks for a unenjoyable dinner on a workday i highly suggest going somewhere else instead of having your night ruined!

Not really sure why people rave about this place; its average. I got a roma burger with fries, mozzarella sticks and ceasar salad. Maybe pizza and/or wings are better than what I ordered?

Best deal on a full sheet cheese pizza in town. Highly recommend the bro-ogies. Everything I've got from here was good.

Delivery time took longer than quoted; the wrong order was delivered and when the correct one was brought back to me I was told it was in someone else's house but "didnt look like it had been touched." They offered to remake it but it would be another hour wait. They didn't offer to refund my payment or even apologize for the mixup for that matter. Their food is good but I won't be eating here again.

Good service from the delivery guy and a good experience with there online ordering tool. The pizza sauce was very sweet which I did not like at all. The breadsticks were very doughy and the cheese was overdone. Won't be trying the pizza again.
