My husband and I usually love Brothers. However, we have reconsidered our loyalty based on the treatment we were just given. The pizza that was delivered to us was incorrect. When my husband called, he was told that the driver would be called to turn around and give us the correct pizza. We waited 20 minutes and still hadn't received anything. I called to inquire about what was going on and the man who answered was extremely rude. He said that he had told my husband something different and to just "chill it's no big deal." His tone was very snappy and disrespectful. Last time we will order from them.
