Very long waiting in the queue. Also quite expensive for all that it is. Plus side good views over London

Personally for me the price to ride this is obnoxious. The queue was to long to even be worth purchasing tickets the first day I tried. Buy a fast pass, the extra 10$ and scheduled time is worth much more than the hours of wasted time you will spend in line. Also there was street entertainment around the venu that was worth checking out. If you want to avoid the crowds, Lambeth Bridge offers a nice view of the London Eye.

Amazing views. Although we had bad weather it stopped raining when we were there. We had VIP experience just 4 people and hostess serving champagne for us. Such a good experience there.

The view was great and it was super fun. The reason for 4 stars is the confusion of lines. We wandered around for 15 minutes trying to find where we got in line since we made reservations. The lines were very confusing but once we finally found someone to help us it took about 35 minutes to wait, which wasn t bad. Overall it was awesome!

This ferris wheel is one of the iconic part of London so it's a must see. Don't just take its picture tho, go ride it and enjoy the wonderful view of Thames, Westminster Bridge, Big Ben and their surroundings from above. Don't miss the view at night too, especially around Christmas. You'll be treated to a beautiful lights decoration and amazing holidays vibe.

A little pricey, but still worth it to get a spectacular view. Unfortunately the glare out of the capsule glass is high and therefore you can only get okay photos at best.

Located adjacent to Thames river . Well located & gives a spectacular view of London city . We had a memorable times visiting coco cola London Eye . though the Que for it was horrifying as expected but well managed & fast moving. Good selection of eatery is available . nice spot to spent your day . Recommended .

We booked in advance, taking advantage of a discounted ticket offer, which turned out to be just as well - not sure I'd be happy paying full price for the experience, which is rather corporate and sterile.
The queuing system works well, but the overall experience is fairly underwhelming. There are much better viewing opportunities available at the Tate Modern, which is completely free and doesn't involve looking through perspex, and St Paul's Cathedral's dome. Both of these allow you to walk right around and get a 360 degree view of the city, although admittedly St Paul's does require a fair bit of effort to climb.

London eye itself gives a magnificent look. Each module is spacious enough to accommodate 25-30 persons (approximately) and it is sturdy too. Once inside, it gives an excellent panoramic view of London. Visited in the evening. Good view.

London's iconic landmark, located at thames. The ride was attractive with a great experience. The cars moved at a slow pace which allowed viewing other landmarks / taking photos. Queues are long and tickets are pricey but definitely worth it.

Iconic part of London and really impressive after dark. The staff are great, we got free coke too, also in November there is a small xmas market with food stalls that is worth a visit

Beautiful in London. Take you a very long time in the queue trying to get there but it's a very nice experience and you get to see the whole city. On a pretty day it's really beautiful. We had such a great days. Don t bother to go whilst cloudy or raining. Waste of money then. But now it's much easier and faster.

What a great way to see London! Just a shame you don t have a tour guide on board or via the radio

London eye is one of the most popular attractions in the city. It was built as a part of London's millennium celebration. It stands on the South bank of the river Thames.
London eye offers an incredible panoramic view of the city. From its highest point of 450 feet, it promises the view of up to 25 miles. Many popular landmarks of London are clearly visible, including Big Ben, House of parliament, Buckingham palace. A ride on this takes about 30 minutes.

Great to do one time in a lifetime for sure. It s pretty pricy for what it is but definitely add the boat tour for 5 extra pounds. You also save like 3 pounds if you book online.

London Eye is a tourist attraction that you will not be missed if you come to the London riversides; however, many adults tourists may skip it. IMO, it is a good place to to take a break and have a chance to have a birds-view of London. The ride is not cheap, but it is good. We also bought the pictures that venders taking for us. They are composite pictures that are fun to watch.

London eye is a place to be, the boat cruise is such a fun,it takes you to all the monumental places in London,it is such an experience. Whenever you are in London, you need to be at the London eye.

Visit to London is incomplete without visiting this. It rorates at a very sweet pace which you won't even realize and aloows you to enjoy full view of London downtown.

The London eye is a landmark that brings any experiance togeather. Looking at the city from miles above it was truly amazing.

The ride is smooth and you can barley tell that it was moving. I'm afraid of heights but this helped me truly overcome a fear and enjoy the sights of the beautiful sights of London!

Nice ride, awesome views, even with the rainy day. The staff runs smoothly so that the really long line we joined whittled down like *snap* that. Would have been nice if they'd offered an affordable (or free ) plastic button up liner when it rains like that tho. I'd have gladly advertised for them in it as I went up and down London.

Nice place to come and get a view of the city. Wait times are not long but remember that you need to buy a ticket for a specific time to come.

Tip: best time to come is when the sun is about to set. You will get the beautiful light and it's not going to be too hot.

Kind of cool. Not as amazing as I thought one of those thing that s not real important to go to but it s not a waste of time if you do decide to do it.

I love the different aspect you get of London from so high up.

Cool to see. Not worth paying for. Buy the London pass and go up into the Shard. That's a much better deal and view

This is a lot of fun to do every once in a while, it would have just been better if Elizabeth Tower wasn't under construction! But still a great view of the skyline and being up there for 30 minutes is very cool.

Amazing view of the London skyline from the top, a bit steep in terms of pricing but a must do once in your life. The 4D experience after the ride is not too great though it's free and included in the ticket for the wheel.

A very touristy attraction, but has excellent views of London. One revolution takes about 30 minutes though it felt much faster as there is so much to take in. When I visited it was rainy and foggy, but didn't have much choice since my time was limited. Was a good experience to do once but wouldn't do it more than that.

The place was too busy, partly I think because it was summer. There was a long queue. We took a combined tour including the boat and 3D show. Don't miss the show, it is one of the best shows. The city view from the top was amazing!

Must visit tourist thing in London. Can get very very busy during peak tourist season. Advise is to buy tickets online in advance. Come and join the queue well in time. Over all it is managed well. However sheer number of people wanting to visit the attraction makes it less appealing to me personally.

As someone who is afraid of heights, I was very hesitant to do this but knew I would regret it if I didn't. Each pod is fitted with a large bench so you can sit and take a breath when the heights are too much. The views are amazing and the ride itself is so incredibly smooth, there was never a reason to fear we were going to fall. Quite an impressive piece of architecture!

It's 30 minutes, so go right before sunset to get daytime and nighttime views

This is an amazing place to visit if in London. The queue is quite long but the experience is worth the wait plus the wait is not as long as you may think. At the top you can see pretty much everything. The staff are very experienced and friendly and the general atmosphere is fun and exciting. I will definitely recommend this as it is one of the need to do things in London.

The London Eye can be given a rating of more than 5.... The sight was great specially the maximum height I touched in my life was on this majestic creation...

The pre London eye program is worth the time.
Try and aim for near sunset as the views and atmosphere is fantastic, making use of the golden hour light.

Sadly you can only pay with cards, but that's normal in London. I only saw it from outside, but even just from outside it looks amazing and it's just something you have to see if you ever visit London.

This is a must when visiting London. A little overpriced and a little hard to take decent photos when it s been raining but even with these it s worth it to come and check out the breathtaking views for yourself. It s a shame Big Ben is under renovation because there is some great photo ops that goes astray.

Lines go pretty fast and offers some nice views. Good for kids.

Great views in just about every direction and enough time to enjoy them

Always an amazing experience! This was my second time on the London eye but the first time for my kids too experience it! We had a blast! There is so much to see and the ride is a really long ride so you feel like you get a good amount of time in your container pod. So many great spots and things to get pictures of while you are on the ride. Highly recommend!

The location, Management of services and upkeep are appreciable.
The schenes of all London from height are also awesome. There are so many other places around this location that one can spend whole day in seeing/viewing these attractive places.

Brilliant views of London from here! Well worth a visit plus plenty of things to do nearby such as the London Aquarium, river boat rides, the South Bank, Westminster, restaurants etc. Recommend buying a multipass to get a discount on other tourist attractions. Very close to Waterloo station.

This is a must visit when in London! This is a popular tourists spot. Busy at any time of the day, week, month or year. It makes you feel you have indeed arrived in London. Just a walk around is enough to make you feel as one with the city.

Weather depending as to how good the view is going to be. Staff are brilliant. Don't rate the VIP entrance much - very long queue and you queue with everyone else - don't waste your time paying the extra just to get directed to a queue with everyone. Clean, tidy, you do get a view good view (weather depending - on my visit no point taking a photo south west - raining).

One of the highlights of my trip to London. Amazing views of the city. My group of 4 booked fast track tickets. I had made a mistake when I ordered our e tickets but their on site staff was very friendly and fixed the issue quickly for me. I was very impressed with their customer service. We booked fast track tickets, which I think was completely worth it to skip the line. However if you don't want to spend the extra money the standard line did seem to move fairly quickly.

Good place to see entire London. But it take almost 1.5 hours and cost of ride is 30 pounds. U can take full day ride ticket from tube and may also go to many nearby location of its.

I couldn't suggest a better way to see the whole of London. Great value for money and you get a lot longer than you would think. Definitely worth adding to your list of things to do.

My husband paid for us to get the priority pass it was wonderful not to be in line, the line was very long so paying for priority was worth it.

Amazing views across London. We had the pleasure of a private pod and it was a great group experience considering a lot of them had never visited London before.

Back in my hometown (sg), we do have this and we call it the Singapore flyer and truth been told, i have not board it. However, since I'm here at London, I told myself, i have to try this and all i can say is i am totally awed with the buildings along the vicinity. How they can maintain the integrity of the buildings.

just adding to the mystery. If you go between now and 2020, I recommend looking up chiming times ... it still chimes at certain times, but will be chiming a lot less. Still, we're left with a beautiful structure. You'll be taking pictures of it from every angle. I recommend taking photos of it across the Thames on the South Bank; taking the London Eye and snapping every chance you get on the way up; from Parliament Square; right across the street from the Westminster tube station; from Trafalgar Square (from the right angle, you can get Nelson's Column, down Whitehall with BB in the distance) ...

An experience not to miss out I would say. A fast track pass helped us out of the long neverending que.

Pretty cool first time experience. The line to get in was not long, got through quickly. Very nice views in the pods, fair amount of space. Just one of the many attractions I ticked off the bucket list.

This is a wonderful attraction with the possibility of a fantastic view especially for those who are shutterbugs. The location is quite extraordinary. When touring London, I would strongly recommend purchasing and reserving your admission tickets in advance especially during tourist season. The weather here can be an issue, for example if the fog is heavy or it rains, it may not be such a great view as it would be on a sunny day.

Still a great experience, despite being cloudy. Staff are really helpful. Don't be put off by the huge queues they go down very quickly. Lovely way to see the city, a bit expensive so try and find a deal, there's a lot out there.

Sure it s touristy, but it s also pretty cool. The view is great and the Ferris wheel is very smooth. Opportunities for great photos of London on a clear day.

The ginormous queue to get to the Eye, while expected was a bit of a let down. While the experience was good overall and the sights right at the top of the circuit are very pretty, for me personally, the Singapore Flyer, in terms of the before, during and after experience was a lot superior. But then, these are subjective!

If you are a fan of viewing the whole city from the skies, the London Eye is totally worth it! London is such a beautiful city with a lot of amazing buildings! The Big Ben is also the attraction seen from the London Eye.

The experience in the London Eye is around 30 minutes.

If you have your eyes set on visiting London, you have also got to have your eyes on the London eye! You can indulge in the views of London river side in this leisurely 30 minute ride. Book online in advance to get better prices. On busy days it could take a while to get a seat to advance booking is recommended. If you are really looking at making a moment special, add a bottle of bubbles to your booking. You won't find a better place to indulge in.

One of the finest tourist location...visited this place many times... love the crowd here... this is a hint wheel very scenic on the Thames river...at the topmost point it gives fabulous view of whole London city... one of the most admired global tourist locations....

We had a wonderful ride in the London Eye. It takes 15 minutes to go up and 15 down. The view is amazing and the wheel never stops.
