The customer service at Bpro is absolutely superior. The quality is amazing and range of services is actually brilliant like their name. I'll be a happy repeat customer for a long time to come.

I've been using Brilliant prints for years now and I seriously can not fault them, the service is always amazing, super friendly and way above my expectations(which is pretty high now :P) They really listen to their customers and continue to add new products that out shine their competition, I cant wait to see what they add next! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY their products always look and feel INCREDIBLE!!

I've had a few canvases printed over the last couple of years and all have been delivered quickly and the canvases are good quality. I'll be using them again for my next order.

These guys have a habit of going above and beyond every time. Ordered quite a large poster print once which had received some minor damage during transit, to no fault of theirs, I reported the damage to them and within 24 hours they had a new print on the road with an extra bonus. Just the other day I ordered some of their new Silver halide prints from their new printing machine. Extreme high quality and at a very good price too. Canvas prints are very sturdy and come ready to hang, (a rarity these days), likewise with the framed prints.
You will not be disappointed

Dodgy Wouldn't trust.

Wasted my time saying payment 7 days after invoice then changed to payment in full prior to delivery.

Couldn't even speak to the person I had been emailing.

Brilliant prints is twisting the truth. So glad I didn't trust them with my money.

Brilliant prints wrote to me:

We offer guarantee because we are so confident in the quality of our product and service. Unless we provide you with a fantastic print, then we do not get paid. If you are delighted by our product then we ask you pay your electronic invoice within 7 days.

Then when i didn't give my phone number to an internet company that I 've never met and that wouldn't let me speak to the person I had been emailing then Brilliant Prints demanded up front payment on a $320 first order.

Also, I didn't threaten a bad review. I said i would post a review. Which I have.

First time having my own photos printed. I almost didn't go with canvas prints, as they looked so nice on a computer screen, but I was worried they would lose detail on canvas (it's really noticeable on cheap Kmart/Big W canvases and inks). Definitely not the case here though. My Half Dome image in particular was a high-res panorama (approx 70MP), and printed on a 12x18" canvas, and I can practically count the branches on the trees on top of the mountain!

I also read they touched up the colours for you. I'm just an amateur photographer and haven't printed before, so didn't use print colour profiles or anything but I let them know in the online form that I had the colours how I liked them (kinda faded) and to only change them if needed for printing and sharpen the image as needed, and they did this perfectly and I received the photos just as I expected!

Also totally underrated feature of their website was seeing what the mirrored wraparound edges would look like - that was super helpful.

Worth noting, there are definitely cheaper places to get prints made. Personally I wouldn't get simple decorative prints done here (though the warranty is supposedly pretty good, so that's worth considering), but I had great memories from my recent holiday and I wanted HIGH QUALITY prints to remember it by, and BP delivered on that, in a way that a cheaper place wouldn't have been able to.

The team at BPRO are incredible! Every part of their customer service is impeccable and their Print Quality is perfect, I don't print anywhere else. I love their range, their colour is precise and their pricing is wonderful!

Always 100% happy with Brilliant prints - their products are world class! Your upload system is the best of any company and your communication is excellent. I still love the email you send to advise how the product has been prepared and made ready for delivery no matter how many times I have seen it. Just hoping to visit your establishment one day and actually lay eyes on the albums and smaller products.

I love Brilliant Prints and have no hesitation to recommend them. Not sure what Joanna Kingston is trying to say in giving this business one star but I have never been asked to pay up front, in fact when I pick up from the factory they are happy to invoice me and let me take the print without payment. Use them and make your own judgement you will not be disappointing with the quality or service.

Couldn't be happier with this group. The finished product is superb, it arrived quickly and safely packaged and the customer service is friendly and efficient. And best of all you don't have to pay until you have received your product and are happy with it.

Fantastic printing company. Great quality canvas prints, good turnaround time. Rare to see such great customer service these days. It's apparent that these people take great pride in their work, evident from their generous warranty and unconditional guarantees.

Order with confidence. Apparently if you don't like the way your print turned out, or if you just change your mind, you don't have to buy the print. If you damage the print moving houses (or by any other accident), I was also told they'd replace it free of charge. You don't see any businesses these days that offer this sort of service.

These guys had great customer service and even reprinted my order in time for Christmas when I stuffed up the print size. Very happy with the result and I will use them again.

Brilliant Prints has excellent customer service. I have used them repeatedly over the past 10 years. Any issues I've had they have always resolved them.

Recently I had a special request for a canvas to be printed at very short notice due to extenuating circumstances. They were able to produce and also even helped out when there was an issue with picking up the 40x60" canvas. Definitely something you don't see too often from companies.

I purchased a large canvas recently - excellent quality but I was not 100% happy with the image (my own fault as I should have ordered mirror rather than gallery wrap). Got in touch with Brilliant Prints to reorder and they replaced it at no charge - it was resized, reprinted and sent to me in no time. I just received my first order from Brilliant Prints, and I am so happy with the entire process and the results! I ordered various products for my new studio samples: framed fine art, canvas, acrylic, lumitiles and wood prints.
Customer service and staff contact was fantastic - I felt cared for the entire way through the process. Their website is informative, full of information, videos about their products, and FAQs/help sections. They have various ICC profiles for download to soft proof on photoshop, which allowed me to see the expected results, and tweak colours if needed (this was a big help!).
Ordering through their website was really simple and straightforward. Not only this, but my order was processed and delivered so efficiently (from QLD to Melbourne)!
