Their single less than 5 star review is a sham. Brilliant Prints are outstanding! Their products are fantastic, reasonably priced and backed up by stellar customer service. As a professional photographer purchasing product to sell to my clients I am a fussy buyer - the Brilliant Prints team take the time to work with every enquiry and provide great service across all areas. They also treat every client as important which should be a given but doesn't happen with many businesses dealing with a small buyer.
