Terrible, I brought a working floor jack with a bad seal. It released too fast and popped it lifted cars excellently beforehand. Brought them the pump to rebuild it first, it took them two days before they called and wanted us to bring the ram that's a slip fit into the cylinder. Then they said "oh you were right we didn t need it but there isn't going to be a warranty on the pump" 2 weeks later they called us and said that it was missing pieces and they wanted 700 dollars to rebuild a floor jack!! They said they would sell us a brand-new one for 1000 bucks!!! I can have a lift installed for 1300!!! they couldn't give us a straight answer for why the price was so high on the rebuild I found the seal kit online from the manufacturer for under 100 bucks I am not at all happy with this company terrible customer service lengthy down time and overpriced and when I received my bag of parts I was missing parts that I know where in there from the start!!! It was a working jack!!!! I also received parts that weren't even for my jack I wouldn't recommend them at all GO ELSWHERE!! I paid $45 to have my parts lost and have my jack torn apart.
