I purchased a large canvas recently - excellent quality but I was not 100% happy with the image (my own fault as I should have ordered mirror rather than gallery wrap). Got in touch with Brilliant Prints to reorder and they replaced it at no charge - it was resized, reprinted and sent to me in no time. They were extremely friendly and helpful - outstanding customer service along with an outstanding product. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend.
