I just received my first order from Brilliant Prints, and I am so happy with the entire process and the results! I ordered various products for my new studio samples: framed fine art, canvas, acrylic, lumitiles and wood prints.
Customer service and staff contact was fantastic - I felt cared for the entire way through the process. Their website is informative, full of information, videos about their products, and FAQs/help sections. They have various ICC profiles for download to soft proof on photoshop, which allowed me to see the expected results, and tweak colours if needed (this was a big help!).
Ordering through their website was really simple and straightforward. Not only this, but my order was processed and delivered so efficiently (from QLD to Melbourne)!
Brilliant Prints are clearly at the top of their craft. Their attention to detail with their products and their excellent customer experience has left me really pleased with the entire process, and I can't wait to start ordering some client work too!
