I was just going in to try on different shapes and ended up finding the wedding dress of my dreams...the quality is incredible and at a great price too.
I also couldnt believe how great the service was! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and comfortable. (I think the staff member who served me was called Ainslie? She was AMAZING).

Not an ideal experience. I emailed earlier in the week to book a bridal appointment but informed them I didn't necessarily want a white dress. They emailed back advising I did not need an appointment to view formal gowns.
I understand this method might be to save time however it is still a bridal appointment and someone looking for alternative gowns still deserves to feel special
I went anyway and was told to wait as I did not have an appointment. I found a couple of dresses I liked and when the assistant was able to help me - the first dress I liked was too small and no other sizes were available. I showed the assistant a second dress I liked and she gave me an up-down look with a bit of attitude and informed me it was also too small. (I'm only a size 12!). I asked if there was anything similar or anything else in my size. Without checking stock or even breaking eye contact with me I was told "no".
Didn't make me feel special or like a bride at all. Not a great time .
All is well though. I found my dress somewhere else with great service!
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Both Alex and Jodie were absolutely amazing in listening to what I wished for my bridal look. I tried on over half a dozen dresses and have found my dream dress for an INCREDIBLE price. And did I mention my wedding is 3 weeks away?! I was no longer in love with my original dress bought from another bridal company. These girls deserve all the success in the world, I just love this place.
The experience I had was beyond amazing, I m truly blessed to have been able to be assisted by such a beautiful and uplifting group of girls. I had been to many other shops looking for a formal dress but no other places matched the quality friendly service I got from the Bridal Company. I was really impressed with the wide range of dresses and colours that they had to offer. Overall my experience was extremely pleasant and would definitely recommend going there.

So many dresses to choose from and ladies there go above and beyond to find one that suits you best...style, price , quality and service outstanding.
The Sales person was extremely annoying, she kept repeating her self to the point I had to leave the shop, heard the tacky sales speech too many times for my liking and felt like I didn't get a chance to say my opinion on what I liked and didn't like.
What a dump. A factory style shop with no class at all. I was there for 15 minutes and no one came near me. I didn t even see one dress I liked or would want to try on. Cheap and yuck, even though a lot of them had high price tags that didn t match the poor quality compared to other bridal shops.
Thank you for selling my daughter the most beautiful wedding dress. My daughter looked beautiful and my wife said you were all great and it only cost $415!!!!!!
The staff here know what good customer service truly is. They really look after you and understand what you need. Nothing is much of a problem for Alex and her team. I score them a 10 on 10 for this. Their bridal collection is beautiful and suits every budget. I highly recommend The Bridal Company to all brides.

So after a devastating experience at another bridal salon where I lost what I thought was my dream dress, I booked an appointment with the Bridal Company hoping they would be able to help me find my dream gown. Sarah is the most special person, inside and out! She really understood me and made me feel confident in my decision and now I have my dream dress! I visited The Bridal Company on Saturday with a friend, having seen two dresses online and knowing they were my style and within my budget. Upon arriving the lady we met was lovely, suggesting we take a look around the store to see if any other dresses stood out before I could try dresses on.
After a short wait the lady who was going to help me try dresses on came over, immediately assuming my friend was the bride, to which my friend pointed to me saying no she s the bride. I was then put into a dressing room with two dresses I d found whilst browsing. I tried them on but wasn t sure and I asked the lady if I could try the dresses I d actually come in to look at. She came back with one which I tried on and felt okay in. I again mentioned if I could try the other one on and she seemed confused. She then went and looked for the other dress, coming back to tell me they d sold it that morning and that it was had quite a short under skirt on it, I m assuming as I m a bit curvier this may be why it was mentioned?
I was quite disappointed with the experience, I felt very self conscious and kept being offered styles that weren t what I d suggested were my styles. I didn t like one particular dress that was suggested and the lady suggested she d try it on next to me. Just a weird experience.

An absolute pleasure! The wonderful staff did everything they could to help me find the perfect dress. The girls obviously love their job and were so helpful. The dresses were on trend and varied from $300 -$2000. I found THE dress for me here and will be heading back to fit my bridesmaids!

From the moment I stepped foot in the front door, Irena and her assistant Ella were amazing!!! I felt like a princess being looked after as I looked for my wedding dress. I was assisted with looking for a gown with many varieties and then trying them on. Irena was very attentive asking me what I wanted in my gown and helping me as much as she could bringing me gowns till I found THE ONE that I adored. I cannot recommend her enough! She is a beautiful lady with many many years of experience, including international styling of models. Not once did I feel like they she was pushy but just wanting to assist with my dream wishes for my special day. She has also assisted me with other details and suggestions ( at my request) of jewelry, bouquet, make up and hair styles.
Girls and ladies if you are looking for a wedding dress, formal dress or ball gown...hands down amazing! Being a teacher, I would recommend girls looking for formal dresses to go to the Bridal Company also. I witnessed many girls go in and receive the same attention I did and walk out with a gorgeous dress and a big smile on their face...
I will give further feedback when I pick up my dress...I can't wait!
