I have a very bad experience related to this hospital and the so-called ophthalmology department ... Lack of professionalism and empathy of doctors. On the websites of them and your head - images are classified; also no possibility of telephone contact with doctors and the head physician Even speaking is not worth it!

I recommend people with an eye problem, I rate qualifications very highly, I didn't feel any problems, high-level qualifications apply to doctors and nurses as well as staff.
There were varicose veins of both limbs removed, one in 2010, the other in 2011, everything went OK. Head doctor dr ukawski wonderful man, care for 5+ I have no objections and I recommend ...
In the hospital, I underwent left-sided inguinal hernia. I was admitted to the hospital on April 5 at 9.40, the procedure was performed around 11.00. I learned from the neighbor from the room that it lasted soon :) Doctors and service in my opinion, very specific, professional and helpful. I barely woke up the next day (somehow after 5 o'clock), and the nurse now hooks me in a drip. On April 6, at seven minutes, I left the hospital without any complaints. The seams were removed after a week. Today, after more than 3 months after the surgery, I can say that everything has been done very professionally. Personally, I can recommend it with a clear conscience. I forgot to write that Dr. med. Krzysztof ukawski was in charge of the operation, and the visit itself before surgery, as well as surgery on the NFZ.
I highly recommend professional, wonderful, cordial, empathetic doctors and the entire medical staff. My mother (77 years old) underwent a cataract laser surgery in a very friendly atmosphere. From the very front door, Mom felt cared for, which is especially important as I couldn't accompany her - Covid and tightened precautions. The treatment went smoothly, professionally, with full explanations (which is important, because Mom is a teacher and likes to know :), assisted by a kind doctor of anesthesiology. The next day, consultation and eye examination performed by Dr. Szempli ska, who performed the surgery the day before. And again, everything went on in a very cultural and pleasant atmosphere. We sincerely thank the entire team for creating these wonderful conditions that have a huge impact on the patient's feelings, and I am convinced also for a much faster convalescence.
Very polite registration service. The date of surgery was postponed to a much earlier date - notifying me by phone. Sensational eye care, additional tests ordered. Extraordinary care and care for the patient - Dr. Czyz.
You pay 150 and you wait, you wait, you wait, you wait and you don't know how long. The date of the visit and how is the time you have to sit in the waiting room. Despite the payment to the Cardiologist, I gave up after almost two hours of sitting in the waiting room and waiting.
I have been dealing with this hospital for many years because of frequent eye problems. With each conjunctivitis it did not end at one visit because the first treatment did not bring results. Intimidating level of incompetence for a professional clinic. I advise against anyone who respects my time, money and health. I do not greet you
In this institution, the nasal septum was straightened out. As for the procedure and care in the emergency room and ward, I have no objections. I was operated by a great doctor - Dr. Szymanski (thank you and I recommend - a really good specialist and at the same time a nice, cultural and cheerful person), a doctor anesthesiologist and other staff also looked after me with care. However, I have comments on the organization of the facility itself - not much can be found in registration and ladies are not very nice. Poor is also information on how to prepare for surgery (perhaps patients should get a leaflet with instructions how to prepare for, or at least a note with a link to a website, you should develop a hospital). I had to ask about everything and sometimes I felt like an intrusive person. This institution should really work on it. But I am very pleased with the treatment, care and effects of the Doctor's work and thank you very much for that!
Care very nice and cordial, but you can approach the patient with respect. It would be even better if the sheets were not leaky from repeated washing. All positive reception, however, is spoiled by the person of an anesthesiologist, whose choice, however, I had no influence. This person can be described in three words: arrogance, impertinence, brusqueness. As she was referring to the support staff in the operating room in the same way, I can hope with her colleagues that she will retire soon. Emotional maturity too late.
The hospital itself is theoretically fine, but postponing the visit EVERY TIME is too much. First visit to the cardiologist moved from February to May, phone a week before the visit. Two tests - fortunately postponed only two weeks, but the phone two days ahead of schedule.
I am after nasal septum surgery. SHOCK - I finally feel that I'm breathing fully !! Great respect and appreciation for Dr. El bieta Ozi b o for professionalism and fantastic warmth and respect towards the patient.
I would give -1 if it was such a scale. I am a cancer patient, but I am not dying as an auxiliary, rude, incompetent, "oily" staff thought. I did not receive the honor of talking to a doctor. I had a NFZ referral, so worse sort! He would probably talk for money. Scandal!!!
