Not an ideal experience. I emailed earlier in the week to book a bridal appointment but informed them I didn't necessarily want a white dress. They emailed back advising I did not need an appointment to view formal gowns.
I understand this method might be to save time however it is still a bridal appointment and someone looking for alternative gowns still deserves to feel special
I went anyway and was told to wait as I did not have an appointment. I found a couple of dresses I liked and when the assistant was able to help me - the first dress I liked was too small and no other sizes were available. I showed the assistant a second dress I liked and she gave me an up-down look with a bit of attitude and informed me it was also too small. (I'm only a size 12!). I asked if there was anything similar or anything else in my size. Without checking stock or even breaking eye contact with me I was told "no".
Didn't make me feel special or like a bride at all. Not a great time .

All is well though. I found my dress somewhere else with great service!
