Great building! The amenities alone are 5 star. Yes, the parking is temporarily off site, but you are able to unload groceries, luggage, etc., in the valet area. I prefer to walk everywhere since there s so much to do in walking distance, so it doesn t bother me.
Beautiful building, extremely nice and helpful staff, but management and parking are the worst. Everyday they come up with new rules or a new parking spot or a new decal or restrictions/procedures, insane $500 fines no space to park for 15 minutes without having to go all the way to the 8th floor no covered or even a decent parking space guaranteed. $500 fines for parking 30 minutes in any other than 8th floor or to charge your car, so if you have a life or kids or a job and don t have time to go up and down 8 floors to park and leave your house this is not the place. Also apart from parking on the 8th floor it is accross the street from the building parking so get ready to carry heavy stuff and getting wet if it rains! Been the same for the last 3 years so don t expect it to change... or believe they are really fixing the parking elevator.
Great Building with great amenities. The building appeals more to young professionals. A great community environment has been created with an abundance of events for it residents. The project for the garage will be starting soon and the ownership is working on renovating its amenities and creating new services for its residents. Condo approval is the fastest in the market with a turn around time of 3-5 days.

Beautiful building with great 5 star amenities. Staff is extremely helpful. The building has wonderful areas, a spacious gym, resident coffee lounge, etc. approval process takes about 2-3 days. I would definitely recommend anyone to move into this building.
