Merrick Manor Condominium Review

Glorified dorm. Boast of luxury, all surface. Dreadful management. No wonder the building is empty.

An amazing living experience. I have lived in other places in coral gables and no where else has come close! It s pretty rare to not have one single issue in renting a place. From start to the end of my lease everything was great. Everyone that works here is extremely kind, the apartments are absolutely beautiful, the building is extremely well maintained( Constantly cleaning, always smells great, no issues with trash or bugs.) Would highly recommend to anyone. Also not sure why someone said glorified dorm...did not have a single issue with noise my entire time living here. I rarely even saw a student

I personally came in as a renter and came out as a buyer. When I was looking for properties in Coral Gables, this one really stood out, so I took the jump! From the start, the team has been very professional and easy to access if there were any concerns. Definitely recommend!

This Hass to be one of the most horrible operated building in Miami by the association by the building manager which is her name is slavena
They're very rude they're not professional they were on the property like a Hitler zero courtesy you're not you mean unprofessional disgusting individuals no common courtesy they're horrible I wouldn't purchase or rent anything in this building waste of money waste of time

I recommend small shopping with good stores like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus

I live here and I enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is very nice and the interior even nicer.

Gorgeous building, very detail on the entrance and finishes on the building and every unit. Henry Torres is one of the few developers that really puts his heart and soul into something that has elegance.

I'm looking at living here starting and June and they gave been very accommodating thus far. Although they are still unsure whether a unit will be available they have still given us a tour and ask the information we have requested. The facilities and ammenties also seemed really nice.
