Nordica apartments Condominiun is an excellent building .The staff very friendly but the walls that are not soundproof, they are always calling to complain about a simple conversation.

Horrible place. Infested with all types of rodents, roaches and ants. There was absolutely no help from any of the staff. It looks nice on the exterior but the interior is horrible with walls that are not soundproof. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Been here two months and it is all and more than I expected. The cleanliness EVERYWHERE is incredible. The amenities, the front desk staff, maintenance, clean scent throughout the building.....etc. You could almost eat off the floor where the trash container and garbage shute is housed! The north/north-east views WOW! are absolutely breathtaking, daytime, sunsets and night lights are totally breathtaking.Inside it's quiet and peaceful, respectful in the hallways and elevators I'm certain its not perfect BUT there's little to criticize or complain about.EXCEPTIONAL MANAGEMENT!!!

Just moved in two weeks ago and the moving process was very smooth. The administration was very attentive and helpful. I am very pleased with the attention to detail in the building, amenities and overall care by staff and administration.

Great views, not bad decor, a super nice lobby guy BUT during a hurricane which wssnt even that strong we didnt have AC or power for 2 WEEEKS TWO~ also some of the staff are friendly but some are just plain rude like idk who they think they are but the guy i always saw was amazing and made up for the attitude from others - lived here for 2 years but after that hurricane i never wanted to leave somewhere more

Love my apartment I feel safe and everything is clean

I loved living here! It is beautiful, huge units and helpful nice staff. There are tons of rules though... cant do this, cant do that... lol. Moving in was such a pain, you cant "self move in"... had to hire movers last minute (and they have to have insurance). Besides that, it is a lovely place.

I have been living here for 2 years. I am so glad that the contract is ending and I can move out of here. The big problem is the administration. They are really unhelpful to the residents. I accidentally dropped the keys of the apartment to the elevator shaft room. They told me that they can t help to open the door and grab the keys because only the elevator company has access there, which is a lie. Then, I was trying to pick the keys with a wire and they run to me to tell me that I cannot do that for no reason. They offer to give me the elevator company information, so I can call them but that they will pick up the keys for like $1000!! What the heck this people think! So, I call a locksmith for change the apartment lock. Next day, the locksmith came again to make a new key for my car, but now they don t let him enter the garage to work in my car because he is not register!! They were thinking that I will pay $100 application fee to register him as a resident in the apartment so he can enter the garage???? Or I will need to leave the car there forever?
Now it get worse... the resident community president believe that he owns the stupid place and he is always looking what others are doing to stop them and call the administration. He was there when I dropped the keys and when he saw me trying to pick the keys he complained quickly because that is the only he knows to do. So, after he called the front desk and they caught me trying to get the keys with the wire, and almost call the police to get my arrest, he came to give me a great solution (I am sure that in a sarcastic way): I can go to the dealer and make a new keys for the car.
At the end I finishing spending over $400 to change look and make new keys for the car because they don t let me pick the keys with a wire which I would do it in less than 5 minutes with no damage to anything.

If you think about moving into this building, think about it, it could be a bad decision. The building is very nice very clean. But it has big structural issues that it all sounds like it's on your neighbor's property. In my case the neighbor does not stop bothering me and constantly calls the reception, you can not watch TV, or listen to music, let alone bring visitors even by talking on the phone inside my apartment has complained. As much as I have notified the administration, I have never received a response and whenever the employees of the building arrive at my apartment, they have never detected loud noises or sounds, etc. Take my experience for a better decision before coming to live in Nordica. I just want to thank Mr Francisco from the reception and the daily cleaning lady, really excellent people.
