Building is nice unfortunally management is worthless! Elena should be fired immediately.She is very disrespectful to the owners, never answers calls and abuse staff all the time

The apartments are expensive and the reception is hostile. They will act super nice and polite but then they will send the pizza guy upstairs without calling you. But I'm not even mad about the calling, the elevator keys serve no purpose anyway so.. glad I moved out.

I ve met 3 different front desk individuals and none of them provide any type of customer service. We said hello to each of them and two out of three said nothing and looked back down on their phone.

Not the service I d like to have living or visiting here.

Great condo community with new, quality amenities and an urban, loft-like vibe.

Reception and management consists of a couple of skunks. Not safe for when my nieces and nephews come down to visit. The elevator lock does not work, strangers possible sneak their way up. Air BNB strangers that don't follow guidelines. That's why the word skunks is well deserved by the management. Sending my best, Johnny

lived here for a few months and honestly the staff was super nice back then but then managment changed not sure why and it all went down hill but i mean the parking guys are most of the time cool but definetly over priced

Absolutely stunning building. I appreciate all the security measures that the key fob s add. Valet is an option if you like and the workers at the front desk are so friendly (as well as the cleaner s that I ran into cleaning the lounge). Not necessarily the best/ most convenient area to be located (ex. the presence of homeless people on the streets) but still fairly central to most of the greater Miami area. The gym and pool are open 6 AM - 12 PM which is very convenient. I was only visiting but would definitely consider living here (the residents are very friendly as in addition to the staff here).

This is the worst building in which you can live ... Everything is constantly breaking down, the humidity in the apartment is 74% !!! Nightmare !!! Concrete floors and ceilings. The sun does not shine into my apartment, which is why the humidity is unbearably high !!! I have been living here for 3 months. And this time everything is broken: the air conditioner, the handle in the bathroom, the pipe burst !!! I pray when I leave this apartment !!! No parking, elevators not working properly, this is a nightmare, not a house !!!!

They don't enforce mask policies, and there's a lot of people coming in for air BNB rentals, not wearing masks anywhere. the staff don't seem to care, they'll risk their own health and that of the paying residents just to make some air bnb out of town folk happy. disappointing.
