Since the shoes were no longer available, I was kindly ordered extra. I was also informed that I have to pay the full price (difference 145 ). But that is exactly what I am concerned with: should an exclusive dealer like Breuninger not offer the customers a uniform price? It interests no customer, whether it is ordered at the manufacturer, in the Far East or elsewhere where extra? There is a BREUNINGER PRIZE, period. That's how I know it from the competition. A complaint to the management and customer service brought nothing. It only brought in the extent that easily my debit card was locked because I insisted. :)

Even in the bargain market, I found only very expensive products.
What I noticed was that I saw several shoes that cost about 1000 per pair.
These were definitely needed.
I had the impression that here several "would-be ladies" stock up on expensive shoes, wear them for an evening and bring them back the next day.

Breuninger is THE shopping center in Stuttgart. So if you go to Stuttgart for shopping, do not miss it here. The cosmetics department is really an eye-width. However, it is not necessarily for the small budget. There are clothes that cost more than 1000 . But not only. Therefore, you should still have a look. There are also clothes for about 30 . It is also a traditional department store.

I have had a very bad experience with this company.
Apparently, 2 times unauthorized 4-digit amounts were debited from my credit card by a user of the online shop.
I asked Breuninger to explain to me why, despite the double authentication required, these unauthorized debits could be made. Unfortunately, despite multiple complaints, I did not receive an answer. A corresponding request to the management was also not answered. So no recommendation on my part and a clear rejection of unacceptable behavior towards the customer.

Unfortunately, a very bad buying experience in the online shop. Package has arrived unlocked (neither adhesive tape nor plastic tapes). The cover was even open when it was picked up at the post office. When checking for completeness, it was found that articles are missing - immediately complained. No reaction - after 2 days a standard answer - processing is still ongoing. No one can be reached on the hotline - after 10 minutes I gave up. I hope to find a good solution - otherwise PayPal Buyer Protection. It's a shame that supposedly high-quality things are not properly packaged and customer service doesn't provide any feedback.

Was in the Gucci store within Breuninger. No seating and taxfree, which certainly every second customer wants to do is on the 4th floor. You do not feel valued.
