ATTENTION!

ATTENTION!
Ordered shoes that were reduced online.
Since the shoes were no longer available, I was kindly ordered extra. I was also informed that I have to pay the full price (difference 145 ). But that is exactly what I am concerned with: should an exclusive dealer like Breuninger not offer the customers a uniform price? It interests no customer, whether it is ordered at the manufacturer, in the Far East or elsewhere where extra? There is a BREUNINGER PRIZE, period. That's how I know it from the competition. A complaint to the management and customer service brought nothing. It only brought in the extent that easily my debit card was locked because I insisted. :)

Customer loyalty and satisfaction? At Breuninger an absolute NOGO!
Another customer less, who will spend hundreds of euros on many other competitors. And then one or the other dealer wonders why sales are falling and customers are shopping more and more online, Breuninger makes it easier for me in my decision and :)

See you soon
