Very chic, so are the prices, but if you enjoy getting the door held open, you'll be happy to give a little more.

Friendly service and extremely competent advice. Diverse selection - just the right thing if you are looking for something individual. The store is designed with attention to detail and underlines the value of the products.

I ordered something online. So that it arrives the next day I ordered it by express shipping. I.e. I ordered Wednesday morning around eight, Thursday was a holiday and I received an email that the goods would arrive on Friday!
Puff cake! Nothing came on Fridays and, according to the broadcast, hadn't even left the house! Very annoying since it was a gift and announced to the recipient. Also annoying that I paid three times for this supposed delivery within 12 hours.

That was definitely my first and last order !!!

It's my personal horror store because

1. I always get lost in it
2. because I never find what I'm looking for
And 3. because some salespeople roam around you so obtrusively that you think you are being watched for suspected theft.

There are also a lot of nice salespeople, but this department store is a tad too snobbish for me.

Terrible service. Breuninger is constantly doing you a favor in selling you their items. I prefer to buy anywhere else. Buy there only during sales, at least I don t pay the premium for their bad service.

I found the BEST suit seller. I can recommend any man who wants to buy a suit, only to advise Mr. Seemann. I have never experienced such a good and passionate salesman or a consultant.

Great business, everything your heart desires and professional, friendly advice. The only thing that bothers me every time is the classification by brand. And at the sale, there are some of the tastiest things the world has seen. This costs a lot of time until you "searched" there.

Ordered suit - Security part still on it - sent back with the request to remove the backup - Since then, neither by mail nor by phone reachable - received reminder for items I do not have. Unfortunately never again !!

Unfortunately as a slightly younger (early 20s) customer not taken seriously, as the staff probably thought I would not have the money.
This meant that I had brought my desired shoes with the competition, because I received the appropriate advice there.

This shop is my absolute favorite shop! Everything I need for clothes, shoes, handbags, household goods, bed linen, I buy here. Only once did I have an unfriendly shop assistant, in the ladies laundry department. Otherwise, everyone is friendly and helpful!

I was totally surprised. The door was even opened to me, and everyone was very, very friendly.
A nice business of the upper class. Here the customer is king top. We only bought a small or a large salad bowl. But the staff helped us a lot.

The Breuninger in Stuttgart has a huge selection. Many designer brands but also articles for the smaller purse.
Household products are also to be found and there is nothing that does not exist.
A small point of criticism is the orientation not Stuttgartern certainly not easy.
The bar on the ground floor has a nice ambience but the wallet is not too short.

Breuninger is definitely worth a visit!

Good advice on clothing.

I am sick and have asthma and, on the orders of my family doctor, I am not allowed to wear a mask because I am short of breath. The entrance staff called the police and the manager and banned me from the house, although there is no law on the requirement for masks. Discrimination in 2020. This is how customers are treated.

Rarely experienced such friendly staff. Really nice and competent salesgirls! I can only recommend.
