I have had a very bad experience with this company...

I have had a very bad experience with this company.
Apparently, 2 times unauthorized 4-digit amounts were debited from my credit card by a user of the online shop.
I asked Breuninger to explain to me why, despite the double authentication required, these unauthorized debits could be made. Unfortunately, despite multiple complaints, I did not receive an answer. A corresponding request to the management was also not answered. So no recommendation on my part and a clear rejection of unacceptable behavior towards the customer.
