This store is the Saks 5th Avenue of Stuttgart. If you love fashion, then this is the store for you. All the top designers from around the world are featured here. One of my first shopping stops when visiting Stuttgart.

Personnel are more concerned with themselves than looking after the customers.

Vendors are mostly unfriendly, snooty women who prefer to chat rather than advise customers.

If they have dared to show up with jeans and sneakers, they will be appraised by the employees and eyed with condescending looks. Even if you wear a branded jacket for over 1000, which you unfortunately bought in this house.

When I have errands in Stuttgart, a path naturally leads me to Breuninger, where I like to stay and leave the house with new impressions, as well as mostly buying something.

I always like Breuninger. The events are awesome. Good music and great DJs. A request. If you are already pouring champagne everywhere, a CokaCola as an alternative or a sparkling wine would be good as well.

Good offer and noble atmosphere. Unfortunately, the sellers are usually rather arrogant. Shopping in a suit after work for overly courteous service in a leisure outfit is ignored.

Service is not capitalized here! Have a jeans as a complaint. The seller said he will contact me as soon as she is back from the tailor shop. The employee has still not reported after 4 weeks. When I was in Breuninger I was told the staff is no longer there. They will take care of the problem and would contact me. After almost 2 months no feedback received. Very weak from the Breuninger team.

If I could, I would give minus points today for the women's underwear department and especially the head of department Ms. M. Melzl. A week ago I bought a sleep t-shirt that I wanted to exchange due to material defects. Two salespeople and Ms. Melzl were so unfriendly and refused to exchange them. Although the seam warped several cm after washing. I'm used to a different service from Breuninger. As long as Ms. Melzl is head of department, I will definitely not buy anything in the department. The competition is big enough. In every other shop you can easily exchange the goods, even at the discounter. Perhaps you have not yet realized that you live from your customers and not the other way around.

Oh dear, dear, it took me almost 1 hour to get 2 vouchers for a gift. First I was sent to the 4th floor by a seller and then after a waiting time of 35 minutes I was informed that payment can only be made with a Breuningercard. Then I went to the second floor to wait another 20 minutes.
Power failure or not, in such cases you have to staff the other checkouts with more staff. Badly organized.

I was at Estee Lauder, it was great! The lady there: competent, friendly, of course. I felt very well and in good hands.

Very nice department store. There seems to be everything there. At first, it seems quite small, then when you went up and down the escalators and the paths left and right, then you notice the un-suspected size
