Unfortunately, a very bad buying experience in the online shop. Package has arrived unlocked (neither adhesive tape nor plastic tapes). The cover was even open when it was picked up at the post office. When checking for completeness, it was found that articles are missing - immediately complained. No reaction - after 2 days a standard answer - processing is still ongoing. No one can be reached on the hotline - after 10 minutes I gave up. I hope to find a good solution - otherwise PayPal Buyer Protection. It's a shame that supposedly high-quality things are not properly packaged and customer service doesn't provide any feedback.
