The big original business, which is different from the textile and clothing business by integration of other shops, like e.g. Stationery and jewelry, developed into a large and comprehensive store in the center of Stuttgart Has many branches in the big cities. High quality offer with competent advice and excellent friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

First call: Waited two minutes for the head office, it connects and then I listened to 10 minutes of toilet music until I gave it up (seriously, the same music is playing in the house - as appropriate).
Second call: the control panel no longer answers at all.
Third call to customer service: after a minute, the call is hung up.

Thank you, no further questions regarding the service.

Breuninger is definitely one of the most popular and well-known department stores in Stuttgart. In this department store there are definitely more exclusive goods, which is also reflected in the purchasing public More

Good selection, but unfortunately just a confusing burrow with highly variable quality among the sellers - some extremely committed and helpful, others unfortunately only unmotivated to arrogant, completely independent of the price range

A large and well-stocked selection. However, I wonder with one or the other saleswoman the question of whether she should not rather do a job without contact with people. My wife wanted to buy a jacket in the premium More

The Breuninger in Stuttgart is one of my favorite department stores, it offers a huge selection of the latest fashion and trendy luxury labels. The Breuninger is a fairly upscale department store and therefore more for people with a slightly larger budget. The atmosphere is really great.
However, it is relatively difficult to keep your bearings in the shop, as it is not always clear where you are and how you can get back.

Good Morning,

Good Morning,

I would like to judge my evaluation of the online behavior of the company Breuninger.

After being confronted with visited Breuninger contents in an inappropriate way on every open page, I no longer visit the online shop or website of this company.

In 2018 it assumed such proportions that even mobile on a completely foreign website visit, previously confronted with a Lockseite of the company Breuninger, which one must click away manually.

My question has to be this?

Browsing Breuninger has the consequence that one is harassed by this company beyond measure

You hear so often that your staff is arrogant towards customers. Why is nothing happening in this case?
My shopping experience at Breuninger:
I came to Germany / Stuttgart for work and needed new leisure clothes because I had left a lot in my home country. I looked around the men's department at Gucci and D & G. My partner and I had jogging outfits as we arrived directly from the airport after a 14-hour flight. We did not look fit, but we needed clothes for the next few days.
A salesman eyed us. Thereupon, a second seller came to us, which also examined us. Then the two laughed heartily and their ways parted again. We were left alone. No problem for me, because I can choose my own clothes. When we then went to the checkout with goods worth over 6,000, the first salesman came running after us. He wanted to stick stickers with his name on the labels. I asked him what he wanted to do that for and he meant "for my commission". Then I said "Commission for what? For that you laughed at me and my wife and left us alone?". I got the answer "They did not look like our typical clientele, so I did not feel like they wanted to buy something seriously".
Such employees are a shame for this traditional company. The average salary in Germany is higher than the salary of a retailer. Then how does the seller come to the conclusion that customers can not afford clothes if they can afford themselves a gucci belt with a lower salary than the average earner in Germany?
I do not expect anyone to slurp or make me coffee because I do not go to a store for drinking but for clothes shopping. But my wife and I do not need to laugh at the two salespeople and then run after commission begging behind.

1 star at most !! I'm seriously ill, exempt from the obligation to wear a mask, with a certificate. And still not allowed to enter the house. There is hardly any more discrimination, I would have expected Breuninger to treat us sick more kindly. Breuninger lost me as a customer, oh what, you don't want to have sick people in the house anyway. Just pitiful, and that in the 21st year. in Germany...
