Wonderful department store, you really get everything, the higher price range

The shopping address for ages.

An employee in the perfumery department was absolutely rude. You heard how loud you called in our direction: "disgusting". She probably meant our clothes. I would have liked to warn you physically, but there are so many hidden cameras there. With this unfriendly service never want to do something again and have complained to the management.

Always worth a visit. Well positioned even in times of Corona. Friendly and helpful staff.

What should one say to this mega shopping temple? Maximum selection at exclusive prices. You pay with every purchase the building and the competent advice. Cheap is elsewhere. A place for the beautiful, the rich and the very rich.

I have known Breuninger for many, many years and always drove well. You can shop very well and have always found only friendly staff.

The Breuninger department store is an institution and cult in Stuttgart. Everything chic and clothing can be taken home as a selection. Very friendly and attentive staff.

For the first time (I only knew Ludwigsburg) I was there with - my son in a stroller - and searched in vain for the children's department. I'm determined despite 4x durchfragen with at least 3 lifts. The elevators I searched in vain and finally the cash register. In no department store I ever felt like here in the "crazy" labyrinth. There should definitely be more signs attached to the ceilings, because I lost the mood! The children's area in the restaurant should be freshened up again. Toys old and a lot broken. Too bad, I came across because of "child-friendly" recommendation on the Internet!

Ordered 3 times the same product, within 1 month via Internet / MasterCard.
First got confirmation, after a few days
3 times received the same email, the product is not available. At Amazon or Zalando, I don't have such problems. If I buy something, I get it. The store is good. But as far as the Internet order is concerned, it is negative.
The system is not in real time.

I share my experience from the online shop here because I have not found where else I could have placed it on Google!

After a return did not arrive (parcel never left post office, according to the tracking), Breuninger did not arrange for the repayment of almost 800 euros for weeks. One wanted to wait for the result of the DHL investigation order. The trader bears the transport risk - this is obviously unknown to the Breuningen employees. My guess is more of a work instruction!
Altogether 3 times I called this "Klitsche". In extreme cases it took a whopping 22 minutes of unbearable waiting loop until my call was answered. With one exception, rather mushy employees. The machine announcements are one of the most unbearable things I have ever endured. Incidentally, several items of clothing in my order were not shipped for the first time!
I can only warn against using this company's online shop. I could ******* that I had kept and paid for parts of the delivery.
Sad that I have to give a star at all!

Breuniger so okay to slack off, but for long stays very bad air you get a headache and get tired for a shopping tour unthinkable bad sellers are nice nice wrong thinking on average .. Breuniger is no longer a classy boutique.

The website advertised until Friday that all orders would be there in time for Christmas. I ordered the goods one day in advance, i.e. on Thursday, and I have now received the dispatch email with the delivery date after Christmas. An impudence. Ordered there for the first and last time.

Great products but sometimes bad staff. The staff could not answer questions about the range (where to find jackets). So there was no help. As soon as you have something on, the staff comes to stick their glue on the product.

Breuninger in Stuttgart is a real institution. It is an experience to be there and to shop.

What the KaDeWe in Berlin and Harrod's in London are like, Breuninger in Stuttgart. Noble and worth seeing, that should not be missed.

A first bad experience with Breuninger Stuttgart Centrum.

I would be in Breuninger at the beginning of June to buy some fashion stuff for my mother.
As I was there, I would be disappointed with the service ...
Have seen 3 Balenciaga T-shirts, and a Balenciaga jogging pants, I have just under an hour until I find a seller for other rough to have!

Unfortunately, only there was presented, and nothing in stock, the seller has ordered me to drive to Dusseldorf ...

Have taken the 3 T-shirts and jogging pants, after which the saleswoman was very indebted that I buy one or two T-shirts more, I had to tell her 5 times that I need nothing more.

The waiting time to pay was extremely long ...
